Wonderful staff cared for my cat Sadie for 20 years. Recently we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize her. They were so caring and gentle… one of the providers shared her memories of Sadie and carefully cradled her head in her last moments as we both shed tears. It was very peaceful and dignified . As I asked about payment for services they told me they would send a bill and to go and grieve and take care of myself. I even received a handwritten note on a sympathy card a few days later. I could not recommend them more highly. They genuinely love pets and care about their owners, too.

Abysmal Record Keeping. Had to change veterinary services to keep sanity...best decision I've made for my animals.

When Dr. Luebbering moved to Norton, we also moved because she is an excellent doc, knowledgeable, profession, friendly, and very compassionate. She chose the right field, and our dog is lucking to have her as her vet. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

Dr. Lubuering is great with our rotti! She was also an angel with our collie Sam who had to be put down he was 17yrs old. She gave us an extra 3 months with him when we thought it was useless and had given up. She truly cares about our babies!

Wouldnt make time for new cuatomer during aninal emergency. Absolutely no help to non current clients. What good is an animal hospitsl that only helps current clients...none!

The ladies on the night shift were very helpful and very kind. And also very friendly with me as I may have been worried about my pup. I was pretty impressed also with the hospital itself.

The vet is very knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions based on my own research and she was able to understand exactly what I was talking about. The staff are very friendly, and our visit was quick.

Susan Sczepanski has been our veterinarian for 25 years. She is an outstanding vet from every respect! She always takes the time necessary to answer all my questions. She is compassionate, effective and I value her advice. I am delighted to have her as my pet veterinarian. Alexandra Athanassiou

Had to take a cat I am house sitting in when owner was concerned about behavior being maybe something more. Staff and Dr Sczepanski fit the cat in during a very busy day and called me with answers asap. Dr. Sczepanski was very friendly and attentive. A great listener and explained what I needed to do with the cat. I would recommend this business! Staff was pleasant to interact with :) seems like a good place to work !

I would love to tell you how great the vets are but sadly after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting I left without seeing either one of them. In there defense they had two emergencies come in right at my appointment time. I may have been able to see one of the vets after an hour and SIXTEEN minutes, we’ll never know.

Very nice staff and veterinarians! They are quick to answer phone calls and questions when needed. The appointments are quick and efficient! I highly recommend.

My wife and I had to put our 14 y/o German Shepherd down last week. The kindness shown us at Horton was wonderful and very appreciated. Special thanks to Leah for being so very kind to my wife on the phone. A very special thanks to Dr. Sczepanski for her gentleness toward Elke and her true kindness to my wife and I. She sat down on the floor with us and talked gently to both Elke and the two of us and when Elke passed she gently squeezed my wife's arm and I swear she had tears in her eyes. I love all the doctors at this clinic. Update May 2021: Dr's Dorr and March were so compassionate in helping us navigate our kitty cats life ending condition. Not just the doctors but the whole staff. It is always hard to say good bye, but they made it as comfortable as it can be. Thank you from all of us.

Dr. S is simply the best. She's super knowledgeable and to the point. We also experienced our first chemo treatment with a pet with her and she and the techs were so good to our dog through it all.

Our go to place for veterinary needs and one of the few places that you can find an exotic animal vet. I know my pets are in good hands when I bring them here. I bring my rats and hedgehog often and they're always well taken care of.

Dr. March took the time to explain her diagnoses and our options. She was personable and took time to listen to us. Grateful to have found a good veterinarian close to home.

I drive from Wisconsin to see Dr Sczepanski. She is the best. I will continue to drive 8 hours to see her for my pet surgeries. The best vet surgeon there is.

My rabbit had an abscess and related issues for over 3 months. She was in pretty bad shape. We'd be seeing another great vet for the first couple months of treatment for her, but wanted a second opinion before more surgery. Dr. Sczepanski with Horton-Forum has been amazing, and as of today my rabbit is 100% happy and healthy again. I understand surgery is often necessary and unavoidable, but somehow Dr. Sczepanski helped our bunny pull through without it in a pretty pain-free, cost-effective way. They've been so accomodating. Making an appointment is easy and convenient, the staff is totally professional, and Dr. Sczepanski is great to talk to. I can't recommend Horton-Forum enough!
