I want to personally thank Rachel, Dr. Sodko and Dr. Gerfen. You guys got Bo in quick when we needed it the most. Dr. Gerfen showed understanding and comfort through our Bo’s last moments. I cannot thank you enough! We will be back when timing is right.

The dog injured her paw. A split nail. It looked really bad. I was really worried. But they got her in really quick . Took care of her injury. .thank you so much. We both feel alot better

Honestly this place should be ashamed. Called to get my chinchilla an appointment for his eye as he can not keep it open. and the lady plain as day told me they would not see him because they are too busy with the dogs and cats. Glad to know my animals life means less then another’s. When their website specifically states that they will treat exotic animals as I checked before even calling and this is how I’m treated? Already scared to death and I get told his life pretty much doesn’t matter. Would never give this business another moment of my time. Posting as a warning to other exotic owners. Once replied go on Facebook they proceeded to try and push the blame on me as Is expected.

I have been bringing my pets here for years. The vets and staff here are nothing but amazing. We make the drive from Florissant all the way to Arnold to see these guys. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my critters.

Sumwhat disappointed in the lack of communication of information, as I am a new pet parent....???? Proud momma of a new female Boston Terrier!!! Oh, the atmosphere, you ask... Well, not too pleased by how somewhat uncomfortable I was made to feel by the behavior of my, "lil crew". The looks &smirks were not well received. I was SO OVERWHELMED, to begin with! I had my new pup, one of her litter mates, and their mother. Wound up, they were!!! Not to mention was the 1st time the pups rode in a car. Js...

I recently moved to this area, my cat has been on special prescription food for over 9 years. They couldn't care less and have made it very difficult for me to get her food. I will unfortunately not be going back as this is the second time and I give up! It's CAT FOOD lol. I completely ran out because they won't renew her prescription and the blonde receptionist was a bit snotty ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They obviously don't care about their customers/patients, as I never see the same vet when I bring her, and their records are shoddy at best. Also they are WAY OVERPRICED.

Take your money and don't care about the health of the animals

When my cat came down deathly sick they took my frantic calls and got me in quick. Long story short their assistance saved her life. Would highly recommend.

I've been taking my dog to Vogel Vet Hospital for the past 4 years, and it is always a pleasant experience. The front desk staff and the vet techs are very professional. They are always empathetic when I show up with a sick dog, even though I'm sure they've talked to 50 other people that day who are also concerned about their pets. Their doctors are extremely knowledgeable and consistently choose the best treatment for my dog. I would highly recommend Vogel vet for anyone looking for veterinary care.

My German shepherd is very high anxiety especially at the vet. The staff at Vogel are amazing with him. They are so patient with him making the experience a lot easier on both of us. I would highly recommend them.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Veterinary Hospital. I had a slight hiccup once and the misunderstanding was discussed right away which made me feel really good about the fact that they cared about my comfort. Which is an important aspect for them to have care for my pets. I love Dr. Griffon and the Vet tech there. I am sorry I forgot your name, but everyone was wonderful. Even the receptionist!!! :)

Came home from work to a very sick kitten. Called and they got us in right away. They knew exactly what was going on and how to treat her. The treatment is working right now and we hope for the best outcome! We've used Vogel Veterinary for a couple of years when an older cat was sick and needed a lot of help. HIGHLY recommend them, staff is great! Smooth visits when you go as well. Vets answer all your questions!

The staff and owner are very friendly. They are excellent with my babies. I feel very safe with the care they give my fur babies. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian.
