They always do an amazing job with my little dog. They really handle him well and I always feel like they really care about him. They always have his best interests at heart. I have been bringing my pets here forever and I have never had a bad experience. Even when having to make hard choices they have always been very compassionate. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We have been taking our rottweiler there since he was 8 weeks old. Up until he was 8 months old we had no issues, but since then he has been an anxious mess at the vet. They started muzzling him and have since required it each visit, he has never showed signs of aggression. I took him to be neutered, premedicated him for his anxiety, they called me 10 minutes after taking him back and told me they were unable to start because he wouldn't let them near him. When I arrived, the vet techs were all very uneasy and standoffish towards him. Their body language made it apparent that they were uncomfortable with him and it was making him uncomfortable as well, this is not the first time they have made me feel as though they were not comfortable taking care of my dog. Will not return to this vet

I can't say enough about the exceptional care and service I received at Arnold Animal Hospital. I have an older cat, and everyone who I came in contact with took exceptional care of her every step of the way. I can't recommend Arnold Animal Hospital enough. I will be a client for life.

The puppies were given that same love and affection given to all animals and the dedicated staff make you feel welcome and accommodating.

The vet and vet technicians were amazing calming my 122 lb German shepherd for his shots!!

I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and was flat out told no, and if I wanted to get in I need to call at 730 am to see if there are any cancellations, if not I have to try again the next day. Called a different vet and had an appointment set up in 5 minutes.

They have been taking care of my cat and 2 dogs for years. I have confidence in the care my animals receive here

Dr. White is very good. She sent a card for each animal's passing and remembers small details from each visit.

Recently had to put my dog down after a long battle with liver disease. I felt nothing butcompassion and understanding from their wonderful staff.

Only ones I trust to take care of the pets.

Called first thing in the morning and they were able to fit me in when my pup was in so much pain. Place is amazing!

They were busy.I was told to have a seat it would be about 15min to get Heartguard since I didn't call first.I was called up earlier.She said 50 something for a 6pk.I gave her 60 & recieved some change back.I don't recall it being that expensive.I am going to check around on that.

While the vets and veterinary technicians very nice and gentle with my fur babies, always appreciated, I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes past appointment time and my having aa 90-pounds plus dog who’s VERY anxious and dog aggressive (NOT my fault, long story) and I arrived 20 minutes early - drive to the vet was much faster than I thought it’d be - so ACTUALLY we waited for a veterinarian tech to come out to help get him out of the SUV and take us through the side door for 35 minutes wait. I called inside because it was taking WAY longer than it should and have an anxious dog who was likely going to pee in the backseat. They said, not nice and with a “so what?” attitude. It’s short staffed? Manager is expected to require employees to come in right away, and yes I get that many places are short staffed, my employer is also, but if you can’t make this day’s appointment then reschedule some!

I've been bringing my cats here (when needed) for 20 years, and I think I've seen all of the vets that work there, and most of the vet techs as well. They have a good working atmosphere and I've never had difficulty in scheduling regular appointments. Short-notice appointments are tricky (understandably) but in a few cases they've still managed to squeeze them in. They have treated my cats well during examinations and talked straight with me about options when I asked. The new building is much more street-accessible than the old one and has easy parking as well. Seems more like a more airy and open building as well. Maybe it's just going to a new place but it feels nicer. My cats are getting on in age now and so I may have some kittens in the future (or maybe more older cats... I find they suit my less energetic personality!) but whatever new pets I get I'm sure I'll be bringing them here for their care.
