Went in to ask questions about newly inherited puppy. Vet was extremely nice, knowledgeable and experienced. I was able to get a plan of action established for future of my puppy as well as new doctor for older dog who will be seen here in near future

My 4 year old boxer , Hugo, has been coming here all his life. The vet and their staff have treated him very well. *Update* October 11th, 2021. Hugo is now going on 8 years old. Doctor Neal removed a 11 pound tumor off Hugo's kidney. They did tests to check for cancer which came back negative. I want to praise Doctor Neal and his team at Town and Country Veterinary Hospital for saving Hugo's life! I am eternally grateful to them for this. May God bless them for all their hard work! I highly recommend this place for their quality care of their fur baby patients!

Very nice people and they also allowed me to get flea medication without having to take my dog to them. The other vet office in fosters wouldn't sell me the medicine without taking the dog for a yearly check-up. Not that you shouldn't take your animals for yearly checkups, if you have no reason to do so, I don't think you should pay the money. So, if you need flea medication for any of your pets and you are in the same situation as I was, go here. Plus, they are really nice!

My daughter and I love Dr. Neal. All the staff is straightfoward and to the point. My daughter says she has found THE vet for her puppy.

I enjoy this vet. The people up front are very sweet. They have reasonable prices for their shots. A lot of options for heart worm medicine, flea tick prevention. And I use Chewy sometimes, which they are very easy to work with as far as ordering through Chewy. The vets do a nice thorough job. I don't feel rushed. And it doesn't smell terrible like some vets!

The staff and Doctor are always punctual and professional. Their services are accurate and affordable.

Puppy was feeling fine with energy. Went in for worm treatment. They gave her shot and meds for her take. It was downhill fast after the visit. She died just days after. Go to a better vet.

I have bringing my dogs and horses to vet for over twenty years. The doctors are fabulous. My first dog lived 17 years. She was so sick at theVet. My husband was in the hospital. So the town and country Vet took good care of my dog why my husband was in the hospital. My dog passed back in 2015. Again the doctors at town and country vet are very kind to your animals. I have another dog now named Panda. She loves to watch dog movies. So I give Town and Country Vet. A rating of 5 Stars. Janet Morris

I love Town & Country! Even though it was my first visit and I took Beau (my puppy) in just for a nail trim, it was pretty quick and the ladies were really nice and professional. I would take Beau to visit again for sure.

This is the first time I've ever taken my animal to a vet were they make the pet owners wait in the waiting room while they take your pet to the back to be examined and vaccinated. How do i know that my pet is getting the treatment that im paying for????

Thank you for killing my dog! My dog had seizures for nearly a year, if not more, but every single time I took him to the vet they brushed off my concerns and told me it was because of his back because of what breed of dog he was. I had video proof of what was happening to him, but they still wrote it off despite the fact that he was foaming at the mouth (imagine your textbook definition of a dog seizure. That's what was happening). I visited Town and Country Veteranarian several times over a period of years, and every time I expressed concern over the health of my dog they made it seem as though I was being overbearing and obsessive. It's astounding how incompetent their doctors are. After several visits, nothing changed except for the steadily increasing medical bills - just the way they like it. If any of the staff here are reading this - how does it feel to know that you are responsible for the death of an innocent animal? That you killed an animal that kept my elderly mother company while all of her children were away at college? That you murdered a family pet due to your own sheer incompetence and disregard for the lives of living creatures? I grew up with that dog, and now he's dead because of you all. Maybe he's still be alive if I'd taken him somewhere else. To everyone reading this: steer clear. They care about your money far more than they care about your animal. I'm meeting with my lawyers later this week - hopefully I'll be able to get this place shut down for malpractice. I know that I'm not the first to experience this, and with the way they treat animals, I won't be the last unless I'm able to put a stop to their ineptitude.

Was told to call and bring my new dog in for shots on friday. so Friday we call and doctor has went home after we drove from lake Tuscaloosa. But wait good news is there is another doctor! Oh ! but wait he's not ther either so call again this evening and he may be back but they have no idea when or if!!!! So called 69 south vet and they will take him in at 4. I now have a new vet!!!!

We took our 2 dogs there early one Saturday morning right after they opened. We were told the vet.would be there in about an hour, so we ran some errands. After returning after one hour and a half, we were told that the vet. would be busy with the horses that day. Then we were told to come back Monday morning, so I offered to make an appointment but was told that didn't take appointments. Surprisely they offer to call if the vet.became available that day but we never heard back.We had use this place a few other times and was always pleased but I was disappointed enough that I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

Dr. St John is AWESOME. He always does right by me and my horse. I recommend him to any and everyone! and so does my girl!

Dr. Neal will always hold a special place in my heart. He treated my newfoundland with love and compassion at his last minutes years ago. He also helped me treat Subas condition the best we could to keep him comfortable. Today I start as new journey with Dr. Neal taking my kids puppy for shots!
