This is people that actually still care about the animal instead of just the money. I had taken two of my dogs to the tupelo humane society to get spayed. Had to take one of them back a few days later because her incision opened up, their vet wasnt there that week and they had no staples to close it. I called this place and explained my situation but that i couldnt pay them much that day because I was on disability and had just spent what i had paying to get both my dogs spayed a few days before. They told me in the spirit of Christmas to bring her in and they would close her wound without charging me! I cried because I had no money to pay another vet to close it and was afraid it was going to get infected or i would have to try to close it myself. Thank you guys so very much!

I have used Dr King and Dr. Thomas for well over 20 years. They and their staff have always treated my pets like their own. Always very well pleased by the care and service I receive here.

These people are amazing! They gave my little kitten a pain killer before they gave her the vaccinations. Super thoughtful and kind

My 10 year old Great Dane was having problems. I was scared her stomach had flip. Luckily it didn't they took very good care of her called to check on her the the next day. She was just bloated. Sent the reports to my vet. Thank you so much ????

The service is excellent and the staff warm and friendly. They are always most helpful. I don't trust anyone else with my Ermey.

We moved here 3 yrs ago, and we already had 2 dogs, them we adopted a rescue pup from Lee County Humane

Evacuated for Ida to Tupelo, Ms from New Orleans. Called the office and asked if they could board our 2 labs for a few days until we could go back. Had room on short notice. A couple of days later we were able to go home. We picked them up on a Wednesday. 2 weeks later they started scratching furiously. Took them to our vet, they had flea bites all over them. One of my dogs had a reaction to the bites. Cost me $157 at my vet for steroids and antibiotics and now I have them in my house.

We were traveling and our dog needed a vet. I called them (on a Saturday) and they made time to help us. The Dr was outstanding! He took time to examine my dog and explain things. I can't say enough positive things about our entire experience. If I lived in Tupelo this would be our new pet care provider.

Very impressed with 1st visit. Dr. King and staff are so nice, Dr. King even followed up with a phone call to check on how my dog was doing.

They are always so caring! They call to check on my animals if there is a problem. They call just to see how they are holding up! They take the time and care for the need of the animals. I drive from Starkville just Bc of how well they do their jobs! And how well they take care of my animals

I was a walk in with a sick kitten, the vet and his assistant were very nice, treated me like a person with respect and they treated my kitten like she was family and the cost for the visit wasn't expensive

Top Notch Clinic! I like the fact that I am present at my dog’s exam so I can ask questions as they come up. At another vet office in Tupelo, they would take my dog and send a tech to speak with me for a follow-up. At Tupelo Small Animal, you are in communications with vet through-out!

Excellent service by all staff! My 15 yr old blind dog is treated gentaly but thourally examined. My many cats over the years were and are treated with same care.

They really take care of your pet

I have been taking my cats to this facility for 10 years, and I have always been happy with my experience. The receiving staff is kind and attentive, and Dr King always goes above and beyond in making sure that I understand what is going on with my pet. I have not used the boarding or grooming services, only their medical care services.
