Great staff. They truly care about animals.

Absolutely the best in Tupelo. Had an emergency Christmas eve and they helped us by opening up at 11:00 pm. Was met with open arms and found out our little girl dog wS invested with bladder stones. We were kept up with her process by emails,phone calls, AND PICTURES. WE WERE MADE TO FEEL AS WE WERE A PART OF THE CLOVERHAVEN FAMILY. Nothing but GREAT REVIEWS HERE!!

My dogs seemed like they were well taken care of

My family have been bringing our pets here for years now. Great service and staff and decent prices as well. Love Dr Kelly, she does a great job with our European Doberman puppies. Highly recommend this place. ????????

The absolute best vet there is!

The doctor didn't discuss what was going to happen to my dog and I feel as though he could have done something more to help my dog its been 2 weeks and no sign of improvement only getting worse....update my baby died June 7 2021 after his long fight I told him it was ok to let go my heart is shattered....

Absolutely adore this Vet Clinic. The staff is friendly and helpful and my dog isn't scared to visit the facility.

They were very nice and respectful. They gave us a call promptly after our dog was fixed and let us know she did well. I will definitely use them again for our pets needs.

I have been using Cloverhaven Animal Hospital for over 3 years for my cat, Maisie. When I first adopted her, they took care of all her shots, etc. I started shopping around for a place to get Maisie's nails clipped. PetSmart wanted TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS!!!! Cloverhaven started off charging just over $6, and even now (after 3 years) they ONLY charge $10!!! Amber (at the front counter) is always friendly & helpful. Lori has been clipping Maisie's nails... and I don't think I'd trust anyone else!!

I took my dog there for the first time. The staff was friendly and you could tell that they love animals. The doctors & nurses were very patient and informative. The prices were reasonable and they made suggestions to help me save money. How awesome is that!! I will definitely continue to take my dog there. ♥️

Very reasonable price and very caring

Honestly in my opinion they prioritize dogs over cats. Went to have my cat spayed there & the only reason I got her was because after they forgot to call me I called them myself to double check. Even after paying and signing paperwork 3 people who signed after me got their dogs before i had gotten my cat(I'm talking 10+minutes). It's also more than just that, Their cellphone person( 1 of them) ALWAYS hangs up on me and is very rude . after I get the last services I need I will be taking my cats elsewhere.

Everything about Cloverhaven from Dr. Kim (Dr.Kimberly Kelly) who started it, to everyone, yes! EVERYONE, who works there is wonderful. The professionalism is unmatched, yet it is balanced by a caring and a genuine relationship with my rescue pittie, TaMolly. Dr. Kim saved Molly’s right leg thirteen years ago and probably saved her life. She took her in as an abandoned pittie when no one else did. When Dr. Kim moved from the west side and established her clinic in East Tupelo, Molly ‘moved’ with her. I could not imagine anyone else caring for her. We have since moved to a drier climate, and the one thing we miss most is the fantastic care Molly received at Cloverhaven! I’ve even thought about driving the 3,000 mile round-trip journey to visit dear friends and let Molly have a Spa week - she loves the special attention????????
