Very kind to me and my dog. Explained things so I could understand just what the problem was.

Great service & continue to do so. We dont have an easy dog to work with in the 1st place so when we went their and they were kind & understanding. Well it meant a lot to myself & my husband. My little 200lb baby is very much a part of this family & we are very Thankful.

Very friendly, professional, copentant, informative. Treating your pet as if it were your child. Very capable doctors and techs.

We left our cat for boarding for a week, and he came back fine. We emailed them throughout the week for updates (as he’s a kitten, so we worry about him), and they got back to us most of the time. Strangely he had a bag of food left. We will definitely try again and are overall satisfied! Updated Review: We left our kitten here a second time and they did wonderful! Five stars!

They aren't the cheapest but they are excellent with years of experience and can handle just about anything. The staff is excellent and courteous and the wait times aren't bad

I love Rehm Animal Clinic they've been taking care of my Cats for years. Always friendly, compassionate, professional and affordable. Dr. Mike is AWESOME!

This certain location is just not great. Rude front desk ladies, and when you drop your dog off for grooming at the certain time you’re told to (7-8:30 AM) they won’t finish with your dogs til about the time they close (8:00 PM). Meaning you have to be available all day and if you have questions about when you can possibly pick of your fur babies, they give you no information other than “later today” . I recommend not taking your sweet babies to this location.

When our 4lb puppy ingested a sago palm leaf after hours on a Sunday we rushed her to Mobile knowing time was of the essence. After waiting forever to be seen at another local emergency vet we were thrilled to discover that Rhem was open for emergencies. We rushed our baby over to there and were immediately seen by Dr Mike. He treated us and our puppy with both kindness and compassion. He helped to ease our worried minds. Dr Mike called to give us updates and treatment plan options. He also called us the day after Ginger was discharged home just to check on her.We were also provided with an itemized bill explaining all potential costs up front. The caring attitude and competency displayed by Dr Mike and all other staff at Rhem made a very scary experience much easier for us. Thank you Dr Mike and Rhem Animal Clinic

Dr. Rehm saved my dogs life! Hands down he is the best veterinarian I have ever seen. I've owned pets for 40 years and have never come across such a gifted vet before. My drive is an hour from his office and and its worth every mile.

The staff are always so friendly and clearly love the animals they see! I don’t trust many people with my dog, but this clinic has proven they care about my pup and want to see her healthy! They are easily one of the most fairly priced vets I’ve been to.

Brought our dog to Rehm to see ultrasound specialist to monitor cancer tumor. Rehm won't provide initial diagnosis to pet owner directly but rather through primary vet a few days later. Frustrating to pay for a service and not be provided the results. Literally zero customer service. UPDATE: Thanks for your response Kristen. My point, which you affirmed, is that Rehm provides ultrasound services to referring vets rather than the pet owner. Our frustrating conversations were based on your staff's insistence to protect Dr Holland's time which I fully agree with and didn't request. Your response reinforces our frustration of Rehm not actually listening to our request for simple measurement of tumors and not a request for full analysis or discussion of results (we've visited over a dozen oncologists over past two years so not new to this particular medical situation). We understand that the full analysis/reports are generated later, but Rehm is the only clinic that we've visited that's refused to provide the initial measurements on same day which added to our frustration (we've received initial ultrasound measurements at Florida/LSU/Auburn vets schools with 3+ visits each and MedVet in New Orleans & Mandeville.) Additionally, I'm appalled by your description of events...not sure if you personally spoke with me or my wife on either visit or just relayed your CSR's side of the story as it's a bit off. Dr Holland was kind enough to see me on our first visit per my request along with your explanation as a unique exception (my wife wasn't there and no call by my wife or scene required). And I waited in the parking lot 10 minutes after the second visit while feeding my dog (no meals allowed night before procedure) as your staff told my wife they would try to get the results...your staff did bring me a sticky note with measurement of one tumor but we also wanted to get measurements of the other tumors too. We've already found level of service that meets our expectations, but ironically will be a 4.5 hour drive for us again every 3-months.

Our almost 8 year old ACD was well taken care of by Dr. Lindsey. Our dog gets new lumps occasionally, so it's not our first go getting them examined. She was personable, explained the possibilities, and when I told her we may feel comfortable removing it versus waiting, she was on board to take care of our boy. He did great after surgery, and still hasn't slowed down. After the removal she told me she hoped to get the results by Tuesday. When Tuesday came and she didn't have the results, she called me to let me know they hadn't come in yet. It meant a lot for her to call and check on him, and also update us on the status of the biopsy.

I love the staff at Rehm! We moved here about 8 months ago from out of state, and found them for emergency care our very first weekend in Mobile when our terrier mix was attacked. Dr. Lindsey took great care of our baby boy! Dr. Mike & Dr. Chris have provided our lab mix amazing with care as she’s progressed in age with arthritis and heart issues. Everyone from the front desk, the techs, and veterinarians have all been so kind and helpful. I have also loved the grooming with Amber here-always great cuts and affordable prices. Bonus, Christie just helped us find our new fur baby to adopt! ???? Thank you to everyone at this location!!
