Took puppy for neutering and was told twice on the phone that it would be $60 to $80 dollars. Got there and was told $140. False advertising at best.

I do not do only negative reviews as I just left one for the wonderful vet that assisted me. However, I felt this place note worthy just not in a positive way. I have never used them and will never do so. I would drive to another state if they were my only choice. I picked up a starving dog on side of the interstate and called multiple places to see if someone could do a drop off and fit him in. First, let me say money was no object as I had rescued 2 in 3 days and was perfectly willing to pay whatever it took. However, when you are talking to me and basically ask me if money is an issue or tell me if money isn't an issue in order to find an appointment for the next day I AM OUT!! I WILL NEVER WALK THROUGH THEIR DOORS WITH ANY ANIMAL, PERIOD!!

My pets always get great care. The staff genuinely cares about their patients. I have a high maintenance pet who I can board when I go out of town and I don't have to worry. I know he's being taken excellent care of.

Make you buy the cone after surgery, ridiculous that should be included in the surgery. Did not even call the next day to see how Maddie was doing.

Showed care and compassion for our cat. Was able to get in with same day appt. Reasonably priced.

Staff is super friendly. I brought my sister's cat in and they were very knowledgeable, not pushy on adding extra stuff like most vets and the Vet even gave me advice on one of my animals. Would definitely recommend to others.

We have been going to Great Oaks for 12 years. It is one of the best vets that we have ever been to. Dr. Beth is the best. Compassionate service. Could not ask for a better vet

The best vet in town. Dr Beth Overton genuinely cares about your pet and ot shows. All my dogs go to her for shots, seamen shipped and pregnancy delivery. She helps no matter what.

Great staff members at this Vet that remember you and your pet. The Doc’s that rotate through the practice. (I know they are busy) All the Doc’s that have cared for my dogs have been great. Emergencies happen and they have always been there for us on weekends and holidays. My dogs have an advocate always at the ready. Thanks for the efforts. ????

Mo dog Sophie loves this place. They always treat her well. Dr Beth is great. The entire staff is nice and always professional.
