Recently had two occasions using these services. Easy to leave instrucitons via client portal and make changes if needed while away. They took excellent care of my parakeet and cat (who stayed hidden while they were in house). Sent pictures of all they did and even cleaned the birdcage and swept up scattered litter. Very please and will be using them when I am out of town again.

We love them! My dog has stayed with them many times of the last few years, and I think he'd go live with them permanently if he could! They are very communicative, and I get lots of updates while I'm away. Definitely feel peace of mind leaving him with them!

I was very disappointed on three major fronts. Most importantly, my pets were not fed in a timely manner. I can live with a feeding being 1-2 hours later than their normal time, but 5 hours is unacceptable. Innocent animals should not go hungry because a petsitter overextended herself and couldn't get to my house until hours after she was expected. The time expectation was made clear on more than one occasion. Second, the litter box area and the trash can were left in a very messy state - definitely not anything the cats could have done. Third, I Ieft detailed written instructions on how the cats' bowls should be cleaned between meals and LEFT SPECIFIC FOOD OUT. The instructions were not followed, and the cats were fed bad food the petsitter dug out of the back of our fridge (which we were taking back to the store for a refund) and fed it to the cats. Not OK. This service will not be welcome in my home or near my pets again.

We were very pleased with this service. Terri and Terry provide a relaxed service for the animals. Would use again and highly recommend without reservation. Use this service and relax, they have you covered.

Terri and Terry took wonderful care of our two fur babies Stella and Blue for the nine days that we were out of town. We received daily updates as well as daily photos. The home was warm and inviting. And just knowing that they would be in the home being able to roam rather than being in a kennel type boarding was that much more comforting. Highly recommend this company as they have shown to be wonderful, reliable, responsible animal loving people. 10/10.

I have been using Always Home Pet Sitting for years to take care of my fur babies while I'm out of town. They are amazing! They always show up as scheduled, send pictures each visit so you know your pets are doing great, let you know what times they were there, keep you totally updated on how your pups are doing, and really engage with and take care of your pets. Cannot say enough good things!

I was not able to get my money back after my trip was canceled due to the conrona virus! I feel this was very unfair and there should have been an exception made during this desperate time! I lost my money and will never use this company or recommend to anyone!!!!!

Will definitely be trusting her again with my dogs. Extremely nice, very responsive, updates regularly. She sent tons of pictures of the babies while she was with them. Will definitely be recommending her to friends and family. She is someone you can trust to care for your animals while you are away. She is amazing! Cannot thank her enough.

Wonderful. I love the daily photo and video updates of my furbaby. Also love how she treats each pet with great attention and allows them in her home. My baby Loved her and would be excited to visit. She was also able to accommodate my last minute request. Highly recommended

My dogs are always happy and healthy when I return. I know they’re spending time with them because of our security system. They take great care of our fur babies.

Best place to leave your pets. I love that they send pics of dogs having fun!! And my dog was not locked up in a crate or a concrete space. The dogs are in their house and some sleep on their couches. This gives me so much peace when away from my baby. Napoleon loves them too and loves going there.????????????✈⛴????????

The best! Terri is really good with the dogs. They have their own space, can get up on sofas, watch TV, go for walks. Just like home for mine. My dogs love her! Will definitely use again, especially now that she moved into my neighborhood.

Terri is the best of the best. She takes such good care of my girls while we are out of town or on vacation. It really helps us have peace of mind to know our fur babies have round the clock love and care. One of my pups had such bad separation anxiety, she let her sleep in their bed to make her feel more comfortable. How sweet is that? She sends pictures and keeps us up to date at all times when we are missing our girls, I could go on and on. Would never wanna use anyone else!! Worth every penny ❤️

The care they have given my three cats has been outstanding. Even my shy girl comes out for some loving when they are visiting. Love getting pictures of them daily. Couldn't ask for a better service. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this boarding service to anyone looking for a “just like home” space for your fur babies when you can’t be there. Terri and Terry were willing and able to take on my senior Golden Retriever when I had a last minute request. I’m always worried about my baby when I have to board her, but I could tell by her body language that she was more than comfortable with Terri and Terry when I dropped her off and picked her up. I appreciate the fact that they are willing to open their home to pups and keep them in such a warm and cozy environment. I loved receiving photo updates and messages while I was away. It really eased my mind to see her looking happy and healthy and made me feel like she was in good hands. I will definitely call Always Home the next time I need a babysitter!
