They killed my whole litter of puppies. After I gave them the wormer they prescribe all of them died won't be back their anymore

I unfortunately had to do the hardest thing a dog mom can do and that is put my sweet Trey to sleep. My “normal” vet didn’t have an opening until 1:00 and I was in desperate need to have this done so he wasn’t suffering anymore. I called at 7:30 and the receptionist was so understanding and asked if I could come in. I got loaded up and arrived where the entire staff from the receptionist to the doctor went above and beyond to make this difficult time bearable! They even gave me a paw print memory! I can’t say enough about this experience! They will now be my new “normal” vets office.

My dog was put down almost a MONTH ago, I was told she had been sent off to be cremated and I should expecting her ashes any day now. Called to check on them and to my horror was informed that she was STILL “in the freezer in an airtight bag” and hadn’t been cremated. Probably one of the worst things I’ve ever been told AND they failed to deliver on the promise of getting my 16 year old dogs ashes back to me, instead threw her body in a freezer and forgot about it..

The staff is very friendly and prompt. The vets there are very informative and caring. I couldn't have ask for any better. Both my dogs had surgery there and I was very pleased with their treatment and follow up!! Very reasonably priced and surpassed my expectations!! Thank you Dr Harrell and Harrison!!

We made the difficult decision to send our 14 year old pup over the rainbow bridge. It was time. These guys... from getting us in the same day (on a Monday no less), very affordable pricing, compassionate people from the front desk, to the nurses, to the vet. They use a newer series of drugs (made sure before I set the appointment) that causes the pup to go painlessly and quietly as she deserved. Never a word about doing it on the floor so my wife and I could hold her on her favorite blanket. Nothing could have been improved in this VERY difficult situation. Top notch all the way. Thank you.

My sons chihuahua Honey Moody was literally dying from congestive heart failure that came out of nowhere & they saved her life for only $51.they was so mind & compassionate to my honey.ill never EVER forgot how they helped me & honey.My family also has several chihuahuas so I immediately told them how great honey was treated here & now they r going to exclusively use singing river as well.I went in knowing my honey was very sick & on deaths door & scared of how I was gonna pay to save her & I was shocked when I left under 2hrs later with her & for such a great price.The dr was very honest & I’m Literally shocked at how well it all turned out.Thank you all for getting my little honey better.You guys r miracle workers.These people r fabulous & they also love your pets & will do everything they can to help them.Thank God for this place!!!!!

Our family LOVES this clinic! Dr. Harrell is fantastic with our sweet senior pup and always takes time to answer any questions we have.

The staff was amazing. We had one of our babies hit by a vehicle. The care she received was out standing. After an overnight stay she is back at home with us and recovery is going well. A very big thanks to the whole staff there.

It's a shame that this clinic has so little regard for their clients that they would not honor a prescription request for heart worm meds after an annual exam. No...they insist that you buy from them at an inflated price. When the Dr. …

We have a dog and three cats. They are great with regular scheduled appointments and have always seen my animals quickly during emergencies. Everyone is professional and you can tell that they truly care for all animals .

Just visited for our first time, and we're happy to say we'll definitely use SRAC in the future! Gina and Cindy were very friendly greeting me and getting my info, and setting up our next appointment. Dr. Harrison was very helpful answering my many questions. I’ve used the same vet for 30 years and tried Singing River simply out of frustration. I am so glad I did! The reception/front desk staff was very professional and polite on the phone and in person. I was very impressed with Dr Harrison and the time he took to listen and answer questions. I cannot say enough good things - you just need to try them for yourself!

Great vet!! Very friendly my dog loves them. Fast acting when my pup had parvovirus and gave great care.

Jackson was treated wonderfully! He has never stayed in a kennel and was well taken care of while staying for his dental cleaning. His teeth are beautiful and clean. Thanks for taking such great care of my dog.
