Nice and friendly staff to take care of your fur babies!!

When I first retired in 1995 the first thing I needed was to take care of my two Irish Setters and W. Lauderdale was recommended to me. I have been with Dr. Jubb and staff ever since. I have had many dogs die of old age and everyone there has been very helpful and passionate. They took care of every detail. My current dog is 12 and has always been a patient there. He has old age problems like the rest of us but after his recent SENIOR CARE exams he is confused, he now thinks he is a puppy. Its amazing how much they have improved his life. Thank You, and I will refer anyone seeking a vet for their pets to go see them. I think they are the best in the profession. Jim

The vets at West Lauderdale are awesome! We have a giant breed dog, when the Newfy passed they sent a beautiful card. At Tuck’s (the Old English Mastiff) was in this week they perfectly explained his issues to me and gave me hope for the future. Giant breed dogs have a little bit different treatments than smaller dogs. Highly recommend!

We LOVE this vet they are very thorough. They have always handled our boys with the love care and concern as if they were their own.

Very friendly, and they really care about your fur baby. My family moved here from Nevada and we needed a good, honest veterinarian that care about animals and wants the best for them. This place was all of that. I am so thankful to have found them. The Doctor was super friendly and explained everything as did her assistant that was always in the room with me and my precious Daisy. I thank God for leading me to a great doctor that really does love and care about animals.

Dr. Jubb has been my pets vet for a while. We recently moved 3 hours away and I drove all the way back to have my fur baby treated. They treat my baby just like their own ❤

They turned away my sick cat did have appointment but who can make a appointment every time when your animal is sick you got no choice but to take your animal to a doctor they were very rude and turned me and my cat away just blows me away a vet can turn away paying customers in there time of need animals don't get sick on are time they just get sick . Your one place place

We have just arrived in the city of Florence. A neighbor referred us to this facility. We relocated from out of state. They took us on as a client. Our dog was very comfortable with the surroundings and not anxious with any of the staff. The place is very clean and comfortable. The staff took time to welcome us and find out our needs. The technican was very friendly and very attentive in listening to the history of our dog. Explained everything that was to happen, answered all of our questions and told us about the facility and doctors. Very impressed with the doctor. We plan to make this our vets and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vet in the Florence area. Dr. Baggett was great and explained everything to us. We will definitely be back with our dog Holly.

I brought my dog Lincoln in with a swelled face. Turns out he had an absessed tooth. The staff had him feeling better and had us in and out in thirty minutes with his medication! I highly recommend them!

Oscar's problem was explained and addressed. I was given instructions to prevent a recurrence.

Dr. Baggett got my little man on the road to recovery! He explained everything in detail, and what we would do next, if needed. I had zero questions about the care my Jalen was getting. The staff is wonderful, especially reception. They make you feel like you’re right at home. I highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with the care of my new puppy,thay were super friendly and took the time to explain everything to me about the care of my puppy and throughly explained how to give his medicine,thay made me feel that my puppy was being treated the best!!! Thank you!!!!!♥️????

I don't think you will find a better staff around Lauderdale County. They have taken great care of my dogs every visit. I would highly recommend this business.

Receptionists are very friendly. The vet was somewhat pushy and was not very receptive to questions about where you money was going.

I was blown away by the helpful staff, wonderful customer service and the vet! Dr. Jubb and Ashley sat down and explained what was going on with my pup and exactly what to do to take care of her. I have been to many vets over the years and this is by far the best experience! I will be making them my vet from now on!

Amazing service from the entire staff. Had an emergency Saturday visit after our dog was bitten by another dog while visiting the lake. Our dog is normally anxious while visiting his vet but Dr Hale and her crew kept him calm and got him fixed up. In and out within 20 minutes very reasonable priced. They also went out of there way to email everything they had diagnosed and prescribed so we would have for our home vet. Highly recommend super compassionate care.

Dr. Judd and her staff could not be any kinder. They took such good care of my baby today and saw him with a very small wait. This is definitely our new vet home.

Poor customer service, this vet is more concerned with money than health of the animals. Refused to approve a prescription from a known pharmacy due to not accepting "3rd party requests". Didn't tell us this until after paying the $450 for 2 dogs' annual vaccinations. Take the extra time to drive further for vet who cares about the actual health of the animal.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff! Dr Jubb is an obvious animal lover and takes care of our pets like they are her own.

Very nice vet. Looking forward to going back.
