Gigi the front desk gal is pleasant & efficient. The other gal acts like a drudge, clearly hates people and animals. My young female vet is a very sharp class act, with a bright future ahead of her. My vet from now on.

Dr. Whitlow and Dr. Morgan take such great care of my cats. They are very thorough and the prices are reasonable as well. Definitely a great vet to take your pets to in the area.

Dr Whitlow is a wonderful vet with an excellent "bedside" manner for both patient and owner. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially Jennifer.

Dr Whitlow is a kind, caring vet who takes excellent care of my dog's needs, and she's a bit of a handful. He was literally life saving when she was attacked by another dog, and he and his staff are all exceptionally sweet and skilled. In addition to The Man himself, Jennifer is always amazing at answering my questions (of which there are usually many) on anything and everything; Kay makes sure my dog looks and feels good (which isn't even her job, but she's awesome like that); and I've never left the clinic feeling anything other than happy and assured my pet receive excellent care in a compassionate environment. Everyone that works there seems to have one goal: making sure people's pets are well cared for and healthy. As a bonus, I find this clinic far more competitively/fairly priced than other clinics, which is a downright steal considering I feel like they're the Rolls Royce of veterinary clinics. Plus they have limited hours on Saturdays. I love these wonderful people and would recommend them without hesitation.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I was even able to pick up flea pills without contact from anyone!

My wife and I utilize this location for our pet care and it is by far the best company either of us have ever used. They work with you, and for you. Will recommend ever single time!

I really like Dr. Whitlow, but the front office staff is terrible. I have been going to Helton Plaza Vet for years, but the last two times I’ve tried to take my pets they’ve turned me away; once because I didn’t have an appointment (which isn’t always possible if it’s an emergency) and recently because Dr. Whitlow is going to be out of town. The extremely rude lady at the front desk told me I needed to get my cat in somewhere else so I did and will permanently take both of my cats elsewhere because it’s clear Helton Plaza vet no longer wants my cats as patients.
