Very professional and well kept. Our dogs hate being away from their owners but do surprisingly well here!

Best facility around. The lady running it can be difficult. She was constantly bad mouthing other clients and even my vet. I have no doubt that she is talking about me as well.

There are so wonderful. My dog loves them and they treat him so well. I'm very happy we found them.

Pam is the bomb! Very friendly, found out I went to school with her husband. She has a great sense of humor. They took excellent care of my Mr. Willard. Take a bed, blanket for them to lay on. I also took worn t shirts so my baby could smell me. I rarely board him. This was the second & third times in 7 years I have boarded him.It has to be someone I REALLY TRUST! I trust Pam! This is my child so that is saying multitudes for me.

My Babies are always excited to go, they love the owners and staff and are always happy and in good health when I pick them up. I Love the fact that they get to go out and run and play during the stay... the peace of mind that I have knowing my Dogs are safe and well cared for is priceless!

Swan Kennels...it's not just for dogs! We moved to Columbus from Atlanta just a little over 2 years ago. I was so worried about when we would finally have to board our 4 very social, well adjusted, adult cats. I figured I wouldn't be able to find a place that was near as nice as where we had boarded in Atlanta. I was wrong! I lucked up and found Swan Kennels. Just a year ago, we boarded with them for the first time and it was a such a fabulous experience for us and our cats, we will be using them every time we need to board our fur babies. They are just as great with cats as they are with dogs. Pam and the staff are professional and friendly and the kennels and cat room are neat and clean. We know when we leave our cats there, they will get top-notch care and that's a great feeling. The Golden Triangle area is so fortunate to have this facility. Thank you Swan Kennels!!!

They take care of your pets as if they were their own. I am very pleased with their service and care. The kennel runs are very nice and large. I will definitely continue boarding my pup with them in the future.

My boyfriend and I had never boarded any of our dogs before, so naturally we were nervous about it. We began asking around, and everyone we asked recommended Swan Kennels! The dogs have the option to be inside OR outside, at their own leisure, which is peace of mind for us, knowing that they're not confined to a small space. They also exercise the dogs and give them personal one-on-one play time, so we know that he's having just as much fun as he would at home.

The absolute best boarding facility. The employees and owners genuinely care about the animals and their well-being, going out of their way to make sure every pet is happy and well cared for. If you have special circumstances or your pet has special needs, they will do their best to help you and your pet have the best experience. The kennels themselves are clean and spacious and allow the dogs to have safe interactions. The additional exercise service is great, too, and all the services and costs are reasonable and affordable. They also board cats, too! I would never dream of taking my animals anywhere else!

We only kennel at Swan. Our bird dog needs to run and they exercise daily. They care for her like I would. We also started feeding the food they do and live it! I can't say enough good things about them.the only people I trust with our sweet Raina.

Swan Kennels highly exceeded my expectations. The individual kennels are extremely spacious, providing plenty of room for running around. And I can't say enough about the staff: They were so friendly. You could definitely tell they were passionate about their jobs. Would highly recommend these kennels! My fur baby is currently being boarded there now, which is her second time there. So thankful to have found this place!

Spacious, clean, climate controlled kennels. The health of the dogs they kennel is of utmost importance to them. Our shy boxer loves it there. Plus the price is very reasonable.

Excellent service, my dog loves going there. Great facility for the animals, the pets have plenty of room for exercise. The staff is awesome, they genuinely care and take time get to know you and your pets. Nothing else in the area comes close.

After a terrible experience with another boarding facility in West Point, we were a little hesitant and nervous about boarding our German Shepherd, Kekoa. We decided to tour Swan Kennels after reading the great reviews on Yelp. Talk about great curb appeal! We loved that it was out in the country on the owners' beautiful property. The facility was extremely clean, and all the dogs being boarded looked comfortable. I loved that each kennel had a small outdoor run to get some fresh air. After the tour, we decided to reserve this past Halloween weekend for our dog. I was still a little nervous all weekend because they didn't have a webcam (which I usually like to have since I'm a self-proclaimed helicopter dog mom). I was also a little sad that they close on Sundays, so we had to wait until today to pick him up; however, I understand that they have to stick to their business hours! When my husband picked Kekoa up this morning, he said he looked super energized; not frightened and stressed out like when I picked him up from the other boarding facility. He looked like he did so well at Swan Kennels, so we will be using them again (and recommending them to friends) for boarding. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Swan Kennels for treating our fur baby like your own and making sure that his stay with you was a wonderful one!

I much prefer to board my dogs at Swan Kennels than at the vet because they have indoor/outdoor runs for my pups and you have the option of letting them have some outside playtime everyday. It is very affordable and the staff is friendly. The only drawback is that they are not open on Sunday and that is usually the day I would like to pick up my dogs, but still well worth it. The kennels is in close proximity to their home (I think that is their home) so I know someone is always around in case the animals need something. I highly recommend Swan Kennels!!!

Scary place. I used this kennel several times but had never "crossed" the owner. The kennel closes at 6:00. I had called prior to let them know that I would be there but it would be just a few minutes prior to 6:00. I drove up at 6:00 and the owners were in their backyard (I assume having just walked the 15 or 20 yards from the kennel doors). There is a large gate for cars to pass through at the kennel's entrance. I knew they were expecting me, I walked by the gate, and wrongfully assumed that they would be accommodating. As I saw them, I called over "I'm sorry, I know it's 6:00. Can I please pick up my dog? I will be glad to pay for another day." She says, "Sorry, we are closed." I explained that I called and again offered to pay for another day because it's 6:00 on the nose. This lady (I assume the owner's wife) storms into the house and I hear her yell, "I DON'T KNOW WHY....." The next thing I know, the male owner (whom I cannot call a gentleman) storms out of the house and across the yard like a cannon ball. He then yells at me, "It takes a lot of nerve to cross a gate! You need to find someplace else to take 'ye' dog!!!" By now I am shaking and we walk in to the kennel. He closes the door behind me and I didn't know what to expect next as he continued to rant. Another lady (who actually handled the situation very well) took my money and went to retrieve my dog. I believe she was embarrassed as to how the owner handled the situation. Visibly upset, I explained to her that if they would've explained the situation better, yes, I would've been disappointed to not be able to get him but I would've gotten him the next morning and most likely would've returned to this kennel. Instead, I observed an irrational and bizarre man who chose to yell, put his finger in my face, and intimidate a repeat customer rather than help. I've never been so frightened at a place of business. I was literally afraid to turn my back on this man. I am unsure how much he (or the screaming wife) has to do with the animals but I shudder to think of them around my dog. The character of these people and their business was tested and THEY FAILED MIGHTILY!
