Brought my dog Chase in Saturday very rude lady behind the desk not just to us be everyone that came in while we were there. Thank god we have other options normally we use fur babies in case we have another Saturday emergency I would as soon drive to Jackson or New Orleans. Maybe the lady was having a bad day who knows

Compassionate, affordable care. Over 30 years experience, and that can't be beat when it comes to your furry loved ones. I ended up there in emergency situation, due to misdiagnosis six months ago from another vet. Doc and staff are exceptional! PLEASE see EDGEWATER VET FIRST. I have taken my dogs and cat to Dr. Hunt. She is marvelous. She loves all the animals she works on. The prices are reasonable and they care about your babies.

I have a female schnauzer mix she was supposed to weigh 20 lb she weighed 20 lb I went to doctor acosta's veterinarian office pass road at Edgewater and I do believe that is the most professional veterinarian's office I've ever been in I would suggest dropping everything you do and take your pets to miss Acosta. Her staff is so knowledgeable her prices are very reasonable $200 a year getting the shots updated little mental health for her my dog and a great place. They have grooming and boarding and they do the toenails like I said my dog got a license with her picture on it and she has a passport.

Excellent experience. The office was very busy on the day I visited. My dog was seen very fast, considering how busy it was. The associates at the office were very helpful, beyond what I expected, and provided exactly what I needed as if it was nothing. The procedure was immediate, and perfect. I was out the door almost immediately. I'm kinda stunned by their overall performance. 4.5 google rating seems far too low to me, and of course I gave a 5. Clearly and without a doubt, this is my vet now. Thank you Edgewater Vet.

I just switched to them from a larger, chain veterinarian. I'll opt not to dismiss that business but as for Edgewater Veterinarian Hospital I feel more confident and trusting with them than I had with the other business and hope this move works out long into the years with my animals I'm anticipating ahead of us. EVH is my second family! Dr Hunt, Naz, Kevin and Farrah have been treating my canine family for OVER 15 years. I have lived out of state for many years and when I come back to town for visits, I take my dogs for their vet care and needs. If my dogs are ill or require surgery, I ALWAYS GET A PHONE CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY asking how they are doing. Dr. Hunt and Naz has delivered medication to me, met me to deliver medication and offered me ways to contact them after hours if needed. Of course, they are a 5 star review and 10 if possible. Compassionate, professional and Dr Hunt is by far the best Vet on the coast! Thanks EVH!! ❤

Very nice lady's. My little one likes them too

I have come here about 4 times now since I moved into the Biloxi area. I don't know who, but one of the ladies who answers the phone is kind of rude and very short with people. At first I thought it was a "she's having a bad day" kind of thing but it seems like every time I call she's in a bad mood, rude, and short with me. Besides that, doctors are very very sweet but I've had to come back for the same problems to get treated and it's kind of draining my money. With my cat she was sick with cold like symptoms and we had to bring her back 3 times just to get it treated. My dog also has ear mites, brought him the first time and they gave us medicine for him and gave my cat a shot. Followed the instructions, the vet tech checked him when we had a follow up and said he was fine. A few days later I check both of them and it's horrible all over again. Giving 3 stars because the doctors were sweet and attentive even if it felt like they were rushing us out at times.

Awesome place, really experienced and knowledgeable. I almost forgot to mention affordable. I've went to other vets in the past that didn't pay attention to my pet that charged alot of money. They pay attention to you and your pet here! Change vets like I did, don't settle for less! I'm sure the vet here is better than anyone you may have now! Take your pet here next time u have a issue. Your pet will be thankful and you will leave there without doubt knowing that was the best experience you and your pet have ever had!

Great service and great bedside manner by the veterinarian

I love this vet. They have taken care of my eldest dog for several years. He was old, and when he finally passed they sent me a condolence card and never charged me for his last visit. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the electronic health records system they use. They own both Edgewater vet and Biloxi Animal Hospital. However, the records system is not integrated. They mostly see animals at the Edgewater clinic, but if your records are at Biloxi Animal Hospital the receptionist has to call that clinic and tell them your credit card number over the phone out loud. This is an unsafe practice as the entire lobby can hear the receptionist calling out your card number, expiration date, etc.. Then the other clinic charges your card and you have to wait for them to fax over a receipt. Integrating the systems into one would be much safer and more efficient. However, as far as the health care goes, they have saved my little old dog many times, allowing us more time with him. ❤️

Wish I could click ZERO stars. If you have a pitbull, do yourself a favor and DON’T come to this clinic. Our favorite vet was booked today, but we really needed to get Khoa in so we had to settle for this place. Well let me tell you NEVER AGAIN. The front desk, tech helpers and the vet discriminated against Khoa from the minute she walked in. This is a new place for Khoa, so she was very timid and scared. Instead of trying to make her and my fiancé feel more comfortable THEY PUT A MUZZLE ON HER. The staff repeatedly made comments such as “she’s gonna have to stop that” and “she’s probably just not socialized with people or other animals” because Khoa was visibly scared and somewhat growling. All I know is they are so lucky I was not at the clinic.

I've changed my rating to three stars. I still like the convience that I don't live too far from the vet's office. The vet is great. My reason for changing the rating is the receptionist Nazli(I'm probably not spelling that right). Anyway, her telephone manners are awful. She needs to improve her telephone etiquitte. Other than that I'd still recommend the vet.

I really like the Vet lady. She was so gentle with my fur babies ears and my dog didn't pee all over herself.

I've NEVER in my life been treated so rudely. I literally left in tears bc I didn't know how many ounces were in a solo cup. She told me to find another vet. The receptionist constantly apologized to me bc she too realized how horrible I was treated. LITERALLY the most awful experience I've EVER had in any professional situation (or lack thereof)

Kevin was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions...and there was alot of questions.
