They showed my puppy kindness and care. Everything was fully explained to me and all my puppy questions were answered.

I have taken all my dogs to see Dr. McGrath. He is patient and truly cares for my pets. The staff here are kind and know their stuff. Wonderful!

Dr. Greg & staff have been wonderful over the last two years helping us keep our cat and dog healthy. They always are responsive and polite and know what they are doing. does not try to upsell you on stuff you don't need or anything that would put the animal's health at risk. Very great place. -Will

These people are wonderful. They saved my fur babies life. We thought they were going to be expensive but was extremely reasonable. The doctor was caring and knew what he was talking about. The whole staff made us feel like we were not only wanted but was special to them. They turned a potential heartbreak into a joyous occasion.

I love this pet hospital . I am new to this area and just got a kitten from Humane Society. She got her first shots there and was limping for a few days . So I need a good vet . I found Cedar lake pet hospital. I did not find a good vet , I Found a great vet . I had my kitten declawed ,she had to weight 5 pounds. They did a great job. She was back to her playful and loving self in a few days. The staff is so helpful and poilte . Thank you for taking great care of my kitten (Lucy).

Great experience with our cat - Dr. McGrath was friendly and knowledgeable. To the woman who was annoyed that Dr. McGrath wasn't called in to pull the ticks off her dog: At a guess they probably would have had somebody do that for you if you'd asked, but honestly that seems more like something that you should either have a groomer do (if it doesn't happen regularly and you can afford it) or just do yourself. A dog that plays outdoors a lot can be expected to pick up a lot of ticks at certain times of the year, and it would be worthwhile to get comfortable removing them - it's not a situation that necessarily needs the attention of a medical professional.

The last name is ONLY a coincidence! I've entrusted my pets' care to Dr. McGrath since the 80s and followed him to Cedar Lake when it first opened. I've always found him thorough, thoughtful, and caring for my many dogs and cats over the years; he also shows concern how the owners are affected by their pet's situation.
