Vet care is fine but completely inflexible and run like a the customers time and concerns don't matter. Switched to them during Covid after specifically stating I want to be with my dog during the visit. First visit fine. 2nd visit, not allowed in. 3rd visit told me appointment canceled because I was 12 minutes late (perfectly legitimate reason). Said I was too close to the next appointment. Nobody else in the parking lot and dog just needed a shot and a quick look at a troublesome paw. If you want a clinic to treat you like their time matters and your's doesn't and one that appears to have little concern for animal care and zero flexibility with their customers then this is your place.

After a seriously bad experience with my Veterinarian of 25 years, I met the owner of Valley Creek Road Animal Hospital and entrusted my family of dogs to thier care. They have done an exceptional job with earning my trust and respect , I now find myself referring them to friends. Great staff and caring Doctors who take the health of my dogs seriously to heart. So glad I found a place to know my dogs are properly cared for.

Very caring vets, they respond quick to appts and questions. No issues with scheduling a needed appt. Very happy with the vets for my two doggies.

After receiving a recommendation for VCRAH from family, I have been taking my dogs here for years! We make the 30 min trek out because the staff and care is incomparable! All of the vet techs are so sweet, kind and caring with my pup, especially throughout the recent curbside policies.

Love Valley Creek Animal Hospital. Dr Urban cares for the animals more than any other veterinarian I have been to.

We are clients of Valley Creek Hospital Our dog was having seizures and we called them first thing on Saturday They said they could not see her as they were all booked up with regular patients I had to drive all the way to the U of MN animal hospital with my poor dog having seizures the whole way!!! I will not be going back there.... We ended up putting our dog down it was a horrible experience!!!

Wonderful staff that wants the best for your pet and not what's best for their pocket. It's a rare trait that doesn't go unnoticed.

My dog had an emergency on Christmas Eve that required sedation. They were able to squeeze her in an hour before closing!! So thankful for this clinic's willingness to help, and they were professional, kind,and reasonably priced. Thank you, Valley Creek Road Animal Hospital!

The absolute best service and staff!

They went out of their way to help me final arrangements pulled together for my dogs ashes. Help with getting the right urn ordered. Standing by my side at the time of my passing of my Basenji, Roxie. My second Benenji, Finnegan decided he wanted to join Roxie on the other side the very next day. They helped me again get the ashes to them, the urn so both my babies could be together again. It was hard enough loosing one, but the second one decided to leave the next day. Valley Creek Road Animal Hospital really helped me in one of the worst times of my life. I am forever grateful, and I know Roxie and Finnegan appreciate it too.

don't go if you don't have deep pockets, they tell you one price then charge more, if you ask about price they will tell you they don't need your business. I went back and the vet was on vacation so they would not release the medication we already discussed causing my cat to continue to have problem over an unnecessary time. very disappointed in this place, for the amount they charge its very surprising, I've never been more upset then them causing my cat unnecessary pain.

Dr. Urban is amazing and her staff is great.

I brought my puppy here to get spayed. I asked for them to also staple her stomach to her side because she is a deep chested poodle. They refused and told me that it rarely happens that a dog suffers from GDV (bloat). Now here I am sitting in an emergency veterinary clinic writing this review as my dog has has surgery to repair GDV. Don’t let this place fool you and tell you something isn’t needed for your dog. If you feel that it is the right thing for the health of your animal do it! And go to another vet that will listen to you.

Both the vet and the technician at this clinic were wonderful. I had concerns about a small mass my cat had developed and they took my concern seriously while reassuring me that regardless of what it was, she would be taken care of. I felt like the staff all cared about my cat’s well-being and kept her comfort and my peace of mind as some of their top priorities. I would highly recommend this practice!!!!

Great staff at Valley Creek Road Animal Hospital! We have three dogs with very different personalities and the staff here takes great care of each of our dogs.

We love Dr. Urban! She is willing to literally sit on the floor with your dog and love them up before doing an exam. She is thoughtful of her actions to make sure that they are the best for the pet and the owners. The staff is amazing too! They are warm and welcoming and are always willing to answer questions and give your pet the attention that they deserve. Can I give more than 5 stars?
