Very expensive. Plus it's always a mystery as to what your bill is going to be... just bring $600 with you to be safe otherwise they keep your dog. They also try up-selling you on everything you can think of...

We’ve been using Skadron since moving to the area in 2013 and have had great experiences. From the routine visits to the incidental visits, the staff and service have always been exceptional. My boys love going in as it’s guaranteed scratches and treats.

We had our first visit last week and had an excellent experience. Every single staff member we encounter prior, during, and post visit were amazing! They took the time to answer all our questions and took care of all our needs. Most importantly everyone was so kind and sweet with our fur baby! I highly recommend Skadron!

Dr Tom Skadron is a very attention detailed doctor and an excellent listener when it comes to our pets medical concerns.

I’ve been going to Skadron for almost 20 years. They are very knowledgeable and always looking for ways to help save money with the best quality care for all my pets. I know many of the vets personally attend seminars and similar, to learn about the latest and safest resources available, as well as upcoming or new procedures/medications in the process of being approved. I have a 15 year old min pinscher. Many of the vets there have/had senior pets themselves and fully understand just what we are going through. They take the time to listen and try to find solutions to issues. I’ve never been asked to approve a test/procedure that I felt was not necessary. Thank you Skadron! Special thanks to Teri for taking extra time with us at our last appointment, and for always having a teaching mentality for those that are eager to learn.

The Vets and Staff are all great. They genuinely care about the animals they see as well as the pets owners. They also make the difficult times more bearable. Love this Vet Clinic.

I will never go back to a Banfield after dealing with this amazing group at Skadron. My poor boy wound up diagnosed with FIV and Stomatitis and Skadron referred us to the right place whereas Banfield told us we can wait, Banfield was wrong! Skadron is our new home for when our animals are sick!

Teri is so knowledgeable and caring. She has been helping us with our leopard gecko and I highly recommend her.

We've been bringing our dogs here for decades. The care is great, the people are wonderful, and they really take time to make sure my pets are in the best health possible.

Every single person I met here was so kind. The atmosphere is so inviting, lots of beautiful art on the walls, and the lobby was clean and warm. The kitties in the lobby were all very sweet. My dog is pretty unsure of cats, and the staff were vigilant and understanding. The prices were even incredibly reasonable. I just really enjoyed this place, and will certainly keep coming back.

Skadron is absolutely wonderful. The staff goes above and beyond for the animals. They are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. They don’t rush you through and take the time to talk with you and explain what is happening.

I loved the feel of the facility! Cats and other animals roam free, staff was friendly there was the smell of strawberry waffles (somebody was having breakfest). It felt like….. I had been coming for years… :-) instead of my first visit!

This is a great office. They are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Heidi is very caring and she did a great job of explaining everything to me. I will use this vet as long as I live in the area.

Today I left in tears, in the best way. I have had terrible experiences with two different vets clinics. I always left unheard, dismissed and ignored. Today I left feeling the complete opposite, they took time with myself and my boys and listened. They loved on them, were patient and just wonderful. I don’t think a five star review isn’t even enough. From the welcome to me walking out the door. I truly feel overwhelmed of gratitude towards them. My pups are my whole world and it makes such a difference knowing they are with people who truly love and care for them.

The staff is so nice! The vet made sure I was ok to do certain tests due to price reasons before they were done. The vet also allowed my son to be involved with the check up including allowing his to hear our kitten's heart beat, which was so nice of them.

My family has been bringing our dogs to Tom since I was a kid and we have always had a great experience. My husband and I drive out of our way to Skadron with our 2 year old Golden Retriever because we know that we will be treated like family. Tom and his staff are responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind people that love what they do. Our dog has no problem with being fearful of the vet because they take such great care of him. We’d highly recommend Skadron! You will be in great hands!

I recently had my my first visit to Skadron Animal Hospital with my new puppy Midge. I couldn't have been more pleased with the care and the reception both Midge and I received. I had questions that I felt were answered honestly and helped me make more informed decisions about my puppy. I am so glad I chose to come here. I loved my former clinic, but unfortunately the doctor passed away. To know that I have chosen and exceptional clinic for my new dog, makes me as a pet owner at ease and so happy with my decision. They are excellent.

The entire team provides the utmost care and compassion to any and every pet and pet-parent that has a need. I have had the pleasure of dealing with nearly every staff member over the last 30+ year's with the many pets I have had and do have. All have received the best care I could imagine from each pets beginning as well as their end. Dr. Tom and Dr. Teri have built this place on pure heart and it shows.

Big thank you to Anne, Mel, Emilee, and Kailyn. They stopped what they were doing to help and assist with a 3.5 week old kitten with low glucose today. So appreciated!

This is a very friendly office and the first Vet that has allowed me in the exam room since Covid hit. I felt the real concern that Dr. Skadron had for my Kitten and he seems has been on the road to recovery thanks to her help.

I took my brand new chocolate lab puppy Grizzly there for his first check up. The staff and veterinarian was super professional and answered my laundry list of questions about my new puppy. Would highly recommend.
