If you want to schedule your dog to be seen in order to get medication refills for a condition I highly recommend you reach out to a different vet. Not only has my pet been seen at this clinic but when he has they never really addressed the issues he was having. They are now short staffed (One can only imagine why) and couldn't see my dog for a month and a week. While they are available sure for emergencies it just seems like this clinic has been an unreliable hospital for my pet in terms of availability and quality of service. I do not recommend this location at this time.

Barrington vet in elk river wouldn't allow one person into a euthinata of a 19 year old cat. My best friend. Monticello allowed two. I came to rogers with no limit despite the fact that really only I needed to be their for him. Barrington are cold hearted. I highly recommend rogers. They are highly compassionate to my cats needs in his final moments. Thank you.

They are so good and helpful to my Moms dog Foxxy,she is almost 15 and has been going here since she was a baby.They also cared for" Bandit " to ,he was before Foxxy.Nice to trust Veterinarians that have big hearts and truly try help our Loving pets!

First, I would like to thank the nurse and doctor I worked with in euthanizing my cat on 8/31. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism on the part of the office manager does not allow me to recommend this clinic. I was informed via a phone conversation prior to my cat's procedure, that I would be paying a fee of $60. During the visit, I was informed that there would be an additional $55 "consultation" fee. When I questioned this unexpected charge, the office manager (who sent the front desk staff to deliver the message) informed me that I could either pay the fee or take my cat and leave. This despite have just spent the past 5 minutes listening to him scream in pain from the first part of the procedure. The lack of empathy and willingness to discuss my issue face-to-face have left a terrible taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. EDIT 9.6.17 - They have not returned my email regarding this situation. Very disappointing.
