I do not know why "compassionate" isn't one of the "what do you like about this business" choices. The Bluffs Pet Clinic are amazing. Their care for our dog and cat over the last 6 years has been at the level of the Mayo Clinic. When our cat's urinary problems became too expensive for us to manage, the Bluffs' "adopted" him. I can not say enough good things about this business.

We took our 11 y/o German Shepherd dog for acupuncture related to her arthritis. Very impressed with the results and general professionalism of the vet. Very friendly with wide variety of services.

The staff and the vet were super friendly. Professional. Has a variety of services like x-rays lab work herbal treatments and acupuncture. Went in to get cats nails trimmed. A bit costly at $21.

Our pets have been lovingly and expertly tended by the staff and vets at The Bluffs Pet Clinic for many years, both for routine care and some special health conditions. We always trust that we are receiving thoughtful, well-researched advice.

Staff that truly care about your pets brought my cats in and can't wait to bring in my future hedgehog.

Been bringing my animals there a long time and while they aren't the best, they aren't the worst either. Have been great with my dog, kind of messed up my cats surgery, but he's okay now so it wasn't a terrible mistake and there were some complications that caused it so they did great under pressure

I can’t express how grateful we are for the staff who worked with our dog! He doesn’t do well at the vet and we have tried other places unsuccessfully. However, Katie spent several hours working with our dog and truly went above and beyond to get him the care he needed!

My cat had a ear infection and they gave him a shot and we were sent home with some ear drops and now our cat is doing fine!

Great staff! The parking lot is small and gets congested but they move things along smoothly to try to make up for it.

Even 1 star is not good enough for this place. This vet clinic is only out for your $$$$. They are not responsive. We had an issue with our puppy and were told by the vets to take her to the animal hospital, but when we showed up to take her they REFUSED to give her over to us. I had to go inside during COVID to take her. This place has no common curtesy when it comes to their customers. We parted ways only to find out that they were going to continue to charge us for our puppies wellness plan. SHOCKER! This place is a dump and should be shut down! This management group is one of the shadiest I have seen in my many years. Very unorganized leadership with questionable ethics. Proceed with caution. Dear friends we all know you love our pets just as much as we do, please save them and yourself from the pain and stress and find help someplace else.

Would give a 0 rating if possible. Do NOT bring your animals here if you are passionate about them. They messed up a surgery on our dog, got rid of the Vet because they didn't like her work and took no responsibility. If you have an issue with their service they will get defensive. Had a surgery scheduled for a month called to follow up on a date and they said we will need to bring our dog somewhere else. Didn't have the courtesy to tell us 2-3 weeks prior and/or call only found out because we called them 3 days in a row and finally got someone to speak to us. They don't care about you or your pets just the money they are stealing from you!!

Went there for holistic medicine and was so pleased! In the past I have went to vets that said they were holistic supporting, but then when getting there get pestered about flea and tick treatment or heartworm prevention or how all vaccine are reccomened. They were kind only asked if I treated my pet for it . Their questionar was four pages long which was amazing! So through. They took their time, didn't push my shy dog, and the small details were the best! Price was fair for a holitic vet and didn't mind them at all for what I got.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. They were able to get my pup in quickly when she got into some stuff that isn’t exactly dog friendly. They made sure I felt included with her entire plan of care regardless of the COVID restrictions. I even got a call the day after my dogs appointment just to check up on how she was doing!

Bringing my son's dogs for their first vet visits - the staff asked great questions and gave the dogs thorough exams. I feel very comfortable bringing the dogs back and highly recommend their services. They practiced great COVID safety.

Amazing people they were there for us when we were turned away from everyone else. They are very caring and compassionate. You want a place that truly cares for your pet this is it. I wish I could give more stars.

The vet techs and the staff are great with my dog, she’s been going there since she was a puppy and she is going on 4. The issue I have is with the administrative skills..Billing was great until about last year. We are on automatic payments because she has a wellness plan and every time we would need meds or something, they would always respond that they don’t have my card on file; odd. Recently, after another visit, I get a call later that they need my card because it’s not on file and she doesn’t have a wellness plan with the clinic. Umm.. strange, I’m told the plan expired and it’s supposed to auto renew unless someone calls and cancels. *Receptionists checks my account and advises that nobody called to cancel; meanwhile, we’ve visited twice since the plan was supposedly “cancelled”* No explanation why.. It’s very frustrating and inconvenient. It makes it hard to trust that my information is being handled properly and my pet’s information is also being handled properly.

Everyone here is so kind! The office is very clean and smells good. They have a couple cats that wonder around and are very nice. The vet and vet techs are super sweet. Front desk staff are easy to talk to. Prices are very reasonable! I would recommend this place! Edit 1 year later: Still great prices and friendly service.

Did not hate this place! They take excellent care of my cat Midas.

We had an amazing experience with our boy cooper. He went in very sick and with the doctors help he is his normal self again. We greatly appreciate this clinic for everything especially with them being willing to take cooper in an urgent matter even though they were booked out. Thanks again! Cooper will definitely be back!

Fantastic veterinarian care. They have wonderful staff and take fantastic care of my English Setters. I’m a demanding customer when it comes to the health of my hunting dogs and they exceed expectations.

I had Dr. Matsek with my dog yesterday and she was SO thorough in evaluating him and explaining step by step her recommendations for his senior care. I felt she heard my concerns and really took the time with my dog! She put my worries at ease. Some of the services seem a bit pricey but I have always been treated and greeted with smiling faces here and they take great care of my ????

14 years of consistent, dedicated, doctoring to my now 14 year old Vizsla which began at 5 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and her outstanding team.
