Scott Lake Veterinary staff were kind and considerate to my canine. They listened to me, kept the treatment plan within the predefined scope. They kept everything within my budget. My dog is already showing signs of improvement. I'd highly recommend their services, will return with the rest of my pack for their needs as well.

We moved into the area a couple of months ago. One of our dogs is epileptic so we needed to establish a relationship with a vet to get his medication. Out builder recommended Scott Lake Veterinary Center. Even though it is 25 minutes away it is worth the drive. The doctors and staff did a full evaluation of our little old dog and gave us a very complete report. It's obvious that everyone we've been in contact with there really cares about animals. Highly recommend it!

They are so caring and knowledgeable! Dr Zach took the time to explain everything he did to my dog during his exam. He is very patient and efficient!

Absolutely amazing vet clinic. My Daisy absolutely loves her vet. Most dogs get nervous when they go to a vet, but not Daisy. She was welcomed with open arms and loved on by everyone there. Katie, her veterinarian is absolutely amazing. She explained everything to me that I needed to know and did not hang up the phone until I was comfortable. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who loves their animals and want nothing but the best care for their fur babies. Also, this is a very affordable vet.

Scott Lake has been taking care of my cat for the past three years. He has a heart condition and they have always been very prompt about reminding me when he’s due for a check up, and they take very good care of him at his visits. Dr. Zack in particular is great about explaining things in terms I can understand and has always been very professional and compassionate to work with. 10/10 would recommend this business!

We were introduced to Scott Lake through CSHS partnership (we brought our foster dogs there). When we foster-failed, we were so happy with Dr. Zach, we kept Micco there and moved our 9 yr old resident dog, Alex! All the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Zach has been incredible, helping us through a challenging and potentially life threatening issue with Alex. He listens, and no matter how small or silly our concerns, addresses them with facts, tact, and kindness.

All three of our dogs see Dr. Tom. Each one has specific needs that he takes time to address. And he seems to delight in them as much as we do. The staff at SLVC is caring, upbeat and friendly, as well as very professional. We are so grateful for the detailed care our dogs receive there.

Scott Lake has been great since we have been bringing our pets there since 2016. The staff has always gone above and beyond for us! Tara is doing a great job revamping the facility and Dr. Zach has provided the best care, especially to our large Newfie who required multiple surgeries at a young age.

We have needed care at Scott lake for several issues over the last few months- behavioral cat issues, dog hot spots and a new kitten but have been going here for a few years since our move. My pets have always received top notch care from Dr. Zach and all the staff here! I have always felt that the doctors and staff took extra time to listen, be empathetic and offer the best care plans for us. Thank you for understanding and caring for my pets as you would your own!

I have been taking my dog here for two years now and have had nothing but great experiences. My dog has constant medical issues and they always make sure to get her in and treat her within the day or two. The staff is great and they genuinely feel like they care for animals and don’t just do it for money. I drive 35 minutes for this vet and I will continue to do so since the quality of care is worth it.

This is the only place we have taken our small dog who is now 5 years old. Vets are thorough, answer all of our questions, and have called us at home to follow up when our dog had an injury. I wish they had weekend hours, but no other complaints.

this is pretty… spendy. i take my dog here but they take care of pets very well. my dog loves the employees so much that when she goes to the vet, she’s always excited! definitely one of the best vets with great service!

I just moved to the area and scheduled an annual visit for my cat. Before the appointment, my cat got an injury. I called right away and even with their busy schedule, they got us in right away to address the injury. They took care of all our concerns and were considerate about budget. All staff was very friendly and extremely thorough.

Dr. Tom and all the staff are incredible! We have been with them for 10 years and won’t go anywhere else.

I had been bringing my dachshund, Griffin, to Scott Lake for years. When his pain became too much, we made the hardest choice as pet owners to let him go in peace. We filled out the paperwork and paid our bill. We opted to pay extra to have our boy cremated separately, so that we could keep his ashes in his memory. Weeks went by with no communication from Scott Lake. After several phone calls, they told us that we had to make an appointment to pick his ashes up. When we went to pick them up, we were informed that since we opted not to purchase an urn for his ashes, that they were DISPOSED OF. They disposed our beloved dog's ashes because we didn't buy an urn. Forget the fact that we paid the extra $100 dollars to have him cremated separately! I can't even express my feelings. Hurt, anger, frustration, sadness... this is unforgivable. I really liked Scott Lake before this. I sent my friends there. I recommended this place to random strangers looking for recommendations. This is not ok. There is no fixing this. We were reimbursed for our office visit on that horrible day, but that doesn't make this right. How could something like this even happen? I wrote this same review on their Facebook page, and they promptly deleted it. Please take that into consideration as well when you're looking for a vet for your animals. The end of life is just as precious as the start, and Scott Lake has destroyed part of our memory of our sweet Griffin.

Dr. Zach and his team are efficient and accurate in the care of our cats. When we had to put one down due to congestive heart failure, we received a sympathy card from his staff.

I am honestly not sure about the quality of the veterinarian service itself , but the support staff in reception/billing / and record is poor at best . I moved back to Minnesota in june and needed checkups for my dogs . Had to drop off ( covid 19 rules ) 4 hours later the vet himself called letting me know the health of my pets ( he thought I was still in the parking lot waiting ) he had no idea how long the dogs were there . I paid and retrieved my pets . 3 Weekes later I needed veterinarian service again due to a rash on one of my pets . I was told by the staff they needed checkups again . They had no record of the previous visit .I was told they had no appointments available for new clients ( but could pay a emergency fee to get them in . I went elsewhere

We've been bringing our dog to Scott Lake for years. Their doctors and staff are so helpful and understanding. They never add unnecessary services to bill more, and they always explain every aspect of the care they are giving.
