From the day we started bringing our pets to this office we have always had the best experiences. They have amazing doctors, are always friendly, and they show that they love animals. When we had to put our baby girl to rest a month ago, we were shown nothing but care and met with sympathy. Dr. Lee was amazing and let us sit with our girl for as long as we wanted to. The hand written cards that showed up later were so thoughtful. We will always continue to bring our pets here and can't thank the staff enough for all the hard work that they do.

We love them, and they love ...our pets! Always great service and advice.

This place was amazing! Staff are kind and helpful. We brought our pup Summer here for surgery. They were available to answer questions after surgery and sent a follow up card thanking us and Summer for stopping in and entrusting them with her surgery!Highly recommend!

Vet clinic used by Underdog Rescue. We are here for our dog whom we fostered and are now adopting for her final exam before we get her. The staff is friendly and very informative.

All three of my cats go here to see Dr. Greene. The vet techs are very friendly, and they've been really good about easing any of my fears around my cats being in the vet office without me due to COVID-19 mitigation. Everyone who works here is great about keeping pet parents in the loop and well-informed. I know my cats are always receiving excellent care and are made to feel comfortable here!

I think the vet technicians and assistants are absolutely great. So none of what I’m about to say is directed towards them. We visited 3 or 4 times. Spent hundreds of dollars trying to get some answers as to what was wrong with our dog. We were constantly given possible reasons with no answers. Upon our first visit; no blood or other tests were performed. The next time we visited we were told that her adrenaline was high and they were unable to really examine her therefore didn’t know what was going on. They told us to keep her crated and rested. There was no improvement. I called and was met with, “What’s going on now?” in a condescending tone. They quickly looked over her, sent her with pain meds and said “good luck.” After finally agreeing to an X-ray after requesting it, we were given multiple options as to what could *possibly* be happening. The possible reasons were all very serious things. I was astounded that we were sent home with some simple pain meds and a good luck with absolutely no plan or future recommended care. We left with the doctor saying “sorry we couldn’t give you an answer”. Never once was there any suggestions to see another vet or was there ANY mention of referring us anywhere. That should have been done after the 1st or 2nd visit. This could’ve saved us hundreds of dollars and more importantly; crucial time wasted to be given the run around and treated flippantly, like it’s all in your head. This was frustrating and painful experience for our family. We weren’t taken seriously and our time was wasted. Our second opinion led us to a referral to an orthopedic vet immediately. Something that should’ve been done right away.

I absolutely love vet partners!! Seriously, I tell all my friends to take their pets here. They have been nothing but kind, extremely helpful, patient and caring towards my two dogs and our family. All staff are friendly and I feel comfortable asking anything and everything. They were especially helpful as we unexpectedly rescued our last pup-we hit the ground running with her and they really helped smooth over the process and we’re there for us. Highly recommend!!

I would recommend this veterinary clinic the staff and doctor were so caring and polite and were there not only for my baby but me as well especially under the critical conditions my furr baby was in I thank everyone there from the bottom of my heart ????

They took the time to answer all of my questions, talk me through the appointment and addressed any additional needs my dog had. Professional and personable staff. On time for appointment. Brought our foster rescue dog for wellness check. Dr called me in the car & discussed list of questions I gave the vet tech. Rec'd good info to care for this adult Cavalier male. Dr emailed the link for reading material about the heart murmur condition. Thank you. I'm very pleased with this clinic.

When I adopted my two pups I wanted to make sure I could find an affordable Vet. I did some research and Vet partners had an insurance for routine shots and visits that was good for my budget. The pups actually love to visit the vet. I never saw any dogs running at the door to get in. Molly is their second "Mama" that will take care of them while they are in their care.

I have been using Vet Partners for a couple of years now and I think they are great. They are always kind and caring and go the extra mile for your pet. I made a comment , it's wasn't really anything for them to research, but because I was concerned about my cat litter, the vet tech did research on her own and called me back. That is truly customer care and concern for your pets! I highly recommend the crew at the Plymouth Vet Partners!!!

My experience at vet partners Plymouth location is always great! All the staff are wonderful and truly care about my pets....never had anything but exceptional service for the years I’ve been going :-)

Our lab came down with a severe infection and needed emergency surgery. Vet Partners was able to make room and saved our dogs life when we were in fear of having to put her down. Very responsive, empathetic, and compassionate staff.

This is a great clinic. I came to them as a first time cat mom last year and they took time to get to know my kitten, give me advice, and answer any question I could think of. They are always extremely helpful and kind. I feel great about bringing my cats to them.

I have a dog who is terrified of the vet from the previous place we would go to. We switched to Vet Partners a few years ago and it was one of the best decisions we have made. This place is fantastic with both our dogs and has eased up their doggy vet fears greatly.

We've had multiple dogs, cats, & horses in the past 50 years and lived in different areas of MN & US, so have been to many vets. This was the WORST experience I have ever had! Paid way more than expected. Also received and paid for a vaccine not needed. Communication at this location is terrible. They did not listen to anything I said. I don't remember the last time I've been so upset. Finally, no follow-up call to ask how my animal was doing. PLEASE go ANYWHERE else to get care for your animal.

Everyone is wonderful here. I especially love Dr. Woodward and Dr. Lee! They treat my dog like family!

We love the vet staff here. They are friendly, well-organized and are doing an awesome job managing care delivery during COVID. Dr. Lee sees all 3 of my pups and she is the best vet I’ve encountered in my 20 years of dog ownership. She has more patience and compassion than any I’ve seen in the past. My pitty has always had a terrible time tolerating even the simplest vet visits, but over the course of a handful of appts, Dr. Lee has helped her overcome her fear and made the visits so much easier to tolerate. I really appreciate her calm demeanor, and how she takes her time during the appts. She is very thorough in her assessment of the pets health situation and in discussing treatment options/plan of care. We truly appreciate her genuine kindness and care toward our dogs.

I continue to take my dog to Vet Partners because they always treat us both with kindness. I always leave feeling informed and that my dog is well cared for. Recently, my dog needed an appointment. Despite COVID, they were able to make the appointment, see my dog, give meds, and talk to me about it all. It was all done with minimal contact. I’m so thankful that they were able to care for my dog. These are good people and they run a great vet. I would highly recommend.

Don’t go to Vet Partners here for routine procedure. Your pup will end up like this: Went in for a routine 2d opinion on February 13, 2020 and Sydney was seen by Dr. Smith. Doctor recommended a ultrasound which was administered by Dr. Angela Woodward on February 17, 2020. Sydney had to be euthanized due to bile leaking throughout his inner cavity. Sydney was euthanized on February 21, 2020. Condition slowly went downhill after his appointment on February 17, 2020. Please don’t go Vet Partners in Plymouth Minnesota. Community should know. PS: I posted a positive review the day of my appointment but I posted to soon. I should of waited.
