Every time is a great experience. All of the staff recognize and adore my cat and I do feel that they are genuine about providing the best service with his health and happiness in mind.

Dr. Morrow has been our vet for over twenty years. She's awesome!!! We trust her completely and she truly cares about my dogs.

We started going here on a reccomendation and have really appreciated how well the staff have worked with us. From dealing with a human shy puppy to helping with colds and surgery planning they have been the absolute best. Rockford Rd staff really care for your pets.

Our dog enjoys coming here and is excited when he sees the staff. He actually pulls towards the door as soon as the building is in sight. The staff is very friendly and remembers us every visit.

I was a client at RRAH for approximately eleven and a half years. Simply put, the team there took superb care of my dog throughout the entire course of his life. I never had any doubt that he was receiving the best care possible. The doctors, technicians, and staff were all excellent to work with. It was very apparent that they truly care about both the people and animals they serve. I would strongly suggest RRAH to any pet owner for its pet's healthcare needs.

Amazing place, my girlfriend called to ask if we could bring in a stray, long story short this kitten wouldn't be here at this moment if it wasn't for this place let alone the people here are amazing and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I absolutely LOVE RRAH! I have been taking my dogs (3) to this clinic for around 5 years and every visit has been a positive experience. Over the years my dogs have been treated by Dr. Morrow, Dr. Mesa, Dr. Arend, Dr. Warming and Dr. Cronick who have all provided compassionate, quality, and honest care. The customer service is presidential, to say the least! The gals at the front desk are always welcoming and friendly and their team of techs treat my dogs like celebrities (seriously, my dogs actually enjoy coming here)! Having a reliable and bully breed friendly clinic to take my dogs to has really made all the difference.

We have been clients of Rockford Road Animal Hospital for a long time and have taken care of all of our pets with the greatest of care. When our female was having puppies in the middle of the night we called the vet and he helped us through the birth of 10 Great Pyrenees Mountain dogs. They are a great place to work with. We have recommended several of our friends to Rockford Road and they all have been very happy with the services they received.

Everybody who works here are just wonderful and they took great care of our dogs.

Just had the best vet experience here, and it was my first time with them. Very reasonable pricing. Staff was incredibly nice as well as knowledgable. Safe to say this will be my new vet for future visits.

We switched over to Rockford after a terrible experience at WellHaven, and we LOVE it here!! Everyone that we have spoken to has been extremely helpful and clearly cares a lot about our dog. They are extremely professional and were able to squeeze us in on short notice to get our dog checked out. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rockford! Not sure what’s happened here, but this clinic is no longer willing to help work in a pet when they know the pet is in pain. Twice now I’ve tried to get my small dog in for 2 separate issues, and both times I’ve been told “sorry, we’re too busy. Try someone else or make an appt for 2 weeks out.” Again- my dog is in pain and they suggest that?! This second issue my dog is currently having is something I know that will literally take them 5 minutes to fix, yet they don’t budge to help. They seem to have lost their compassion and replaced it with black and white rules. I’m finding a new vet. This is ridiculous.

I couldn't get my dogs in anywhere it seemed like! This was the first place that had openings before July. Absolutely pleased with our visit! All the women we saw today were kind and wonderful. I might just make this our primary. Worth the drive!

Took my 14 year old dog here for the first time last month. The staff was friendly, caring and professional. It was nice to have a veterinarian experience where the doctor paid attention to my requests. Would recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone.

Dr Warming was able to book my German shepherd in right away. She discovered a lifelong condition during that first appointment. I am very grateful for her attention to detail and professionalism but she still made us feel as if she had always been our Doc. The ambience is warm and inviting thanks to such a welcoming staff. Pricing is competitive and I never feel as if I have to spend every last dollar for tests that may not be absolutely necessary at the time. A wonderful place to come to. No doubt that this is my last animal hospital.

I have a picky eater and so when it was time to visit the vet, I was so glad I picked Rockford Road Animal Hospital! They were respectful, thorough, kind, and willing to help. They even gave names of different pet clinics if I couldn't schedule with them and I need urgent care. The veterinarian was so helpful and provided me with excellent advice and tips! My little Lacie girl is much happier and healthier :)

Rockford road animal hospital is amazing! From the staff, to the environment and just overall care. We met so many caring & kind staff who genuinely love the animals they care for. We went in for a first checkup for my 8 week old puppy and she was met with so much love and care (she definitely won’t be scared of vets). Doctor Eileen Mesa is amazing! And so is her tech Jason! She came in and gave my puppy so much love my puppy fell asleep in her lap the whole exam. The front desk staff is so welcoming too. So glad we decided to come here. They truly love & care for animals here!

We have lived in Plymouth for 17 years and have been with Rockford Road Animal Hospital the whole time. The Vets and staff are excellent and really care, not just for the animals, but also for the people. They are compassionate and understanding. They will continue to be our vet for years to come.

Very COVID-19 cautious. Masks required. One person per animal. Directed straight into a room with limited interaction with other customers.

Not only do we love Rockford Road Animal Hospital, but so do our fur babies! Their care, love and support is immediate as soon as we walk in the door. I appreciate their transparency when giving options for care- but most importantly how they listen and respond to us as clients.
