I had my sweet kitty put to sleep. They are very Accomidating and very compassionate even during a hard time.

They were wonderful and compassionate in helping us deal with our sick dog.

They are amazing! Caring, compassionate, answers all your questions and addresses all your concerns. Highly recommend.

The staff is very professional. We feel listened to & that our animals are well cared for.

Although the outcome was sad, they were very compassionate and relayed information wonderfully. We had to stay a little past closing, but we did not feel rushed at all. They allowed us the time we needed.

Thank for taking care of My bruiser all the way to the end. Best people and vets that I know. Bruiser was 15 years old Before he died and went here for all check ups.

During a very emotionally sad time, Monticello Pet Hospital was very compassionate and didn't rush me thru the process. The cost for their services that day were reasonable.

I always bring my cats, Joni (white domestic short-haired) and Jonie ( orange tabby) to the Monticello Pet hospital for their health needs and vaccines. The staff are all very nice, friendly and accommodating.

Super expensive. The vet couldn't even tell me if I needed to register my dogs with the city, she didn't know ????. They should know that information. Chewing on a couch, she recommended a basket muzzle. I got my vaccine records and apparently they only add a vaccine onto the official record if the series is complete. That's a little shady, since I needed the full medical record to give to my new vet to finish the series.

Can never get in always booked up, even for a re-check.

Only vet we will go to anymore. We see Dr Sarah Wilcox, but I trust this whole clinic. After we moved out of monticello, we started see the local vet where we moved to. I won't go into detail, but I wish we had never switched. I blindly trusted the other vet and we regret it. So glad we are back to monticello pet hospital.

Absolutely do not recommend. After calling a million places to find a humane euthanasia for a pet, we were told to try monti. The person we spoke with explained to call in at 730 am and that they would fit him in at some point during the day (neglecting to tell us it was based on cancellation or that there was only one vet and he was double booked all day). Call this morning promptly, they can’t get him in. Was told ‘Sorry I misunderstood what they were saying’, well I had two others involved in the phone call to verify what was said and it wasn’t. While I understand and respect how busy everything is right now, make sure you are giving accurate info. I was also told, ‘with all due respect, why would you cancel an appt before verifying you had another’- when you have to say that, you aren’t being respectful! If we knew there was a chance he wouldn’t get in, we would have never cancelled the other appt. again, leading back to it not being a miscommunication, rather a lack of information provided. I was also told, when I asked if I could do anything to help, that I need to be respectful to the staff. Respect goes both ways. If it was acknowledged that it wasn’t MY emotional state of MY misunderstanding, but a lack of information provided- it would have been handled differently. However, not once was that acknowledged.

They did an awesome job on Chloe, definately will be coming back

EDIT: I had a really long story here about my experience at Monticello Pet Hospital but have taken it down because I received an apology. If you decide to bring your sick pet here, be sure to ask what the severity of the situation is before beginning any treatment. Ask that everything be clarified before making a decision. If your pet is extremely sick, please bring them to the ER. Understand that if you are told that you have an option to bring your extremely ill pet home with drugs, that means they are asking if you want your pet to die in the comfort of your own home because this won't be explained to you. I recommend this place as a general pet health clinic. Perfect for check ups. They seem to really care about pets and seem especially passionate about taking care of pets in the community.

Extremely friendly and a great place to take your pets. We've been customers for years and have never had a single issue.

Be aware! I have been a customer for many years! I believe that they are doing some kind of scam where they say they are booked for weeks but there is a upcharge for urgent care. They will not return my emails or call me to discuss this.

Very helpful people, and they were great with our pup! Brought her to be spayed, and everything went smoothly. All went well, no complications and she's been happy since!

This hospital was able to squeeze my dog in for an emergency c-section. Unfortunately, the remaining puppy was already deceased. Grateful for the services performed at a reasonable cost.

Awesome place. Staff is so nice and welcoming. Made our puppies first visit so easy.

Almost a YEAR into the pandemic and we still can't go inside with our pets for appts ??????? St Cloud, Becker, and MANY other Veterinarian Clinics all over MN allow this. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Fast response and nice staff

We switched all of our dogs over to Monticello Pet Hospital about a year ago. We are so happy we made that decision! They are so good with our dogs! One of them has severe anxiety and can act aggressive when he is scared. They go above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible for him and I believe his anxiety regarding the vet is lessening. They are not the cheapest vet around, but I don't think they are over priced either.
