Fido loves it here and always comes home happy and exhausted. They also have the best staff! They know all the dogs by name. Once I forgot they closed earlier on the weekend and they stayed open until I arrived and picked him up. I’m so grateful for how accommodating they are

We used to use Ruff Love a few times with our former dog (a senior who basically sat there and watched other dogs). Fast forward a few years, and we end up adopting a very energetic and enthusiastic puppy. I'm a mother of two young human kids, and being able to drop our pup off at Ruff Love for daycare and boarding has been a lifesaver. She LOVES going to Ruff Love. The staff is excellent - professional, attentive, and they genuinely love doing their job. The owner, Jessen, is great (he even remembered our former dog, and that was over 4 years ago since she passed), was super helpful when we hit a snafu with getting our dog spayed, and I have total confidence in him running a great business. Every employee I've talked to has been great. Their hours are fantastic (dropping our dog off in the morning works out really well for our schedule), the facilities are clean. We use daycare about 4-5 days a week, and have been going for several months now - every time we see the dogs well cared for, supervised, and our pup is happy and safe. The boarding option is amazing - they only board a few dogs overnight, and bonus, they get to play all day! We've boarded our dog a few times, and I trust Ruff Love completely - our experience boarding there was far superior than when we used a dog sitter to board at her house. There have been a few times I have picked up our dog, and I swear someone gave her a bath, as she smells of dog shampoo (and she looks cleaner) - which is amazing. A few other notes on their attention to detail: with our former dog, they found a tick, pulled it off, and let me know (I hadn't even noticed and was very grateful). They've alerted me to bumps on my current pup (which I had not caught) and was able to help me monitor (turned out to be bug bites, nothing serious). I had dropped our dog off post spay for boarding; I overheard Jessen instructing his staff to watch out for her stitches, as she recently got spayed. I did not say anything to remind him - he just remembered. I recommend Ruff Love to every dog owner I meet, regardless where they live. These guys are the best.

This place is great, my dog absolutely loves going here and she always is a tired pup when I pick her up.

They're amazing! We go frequently and our dog loves everyone there and is always a happy dog when we pick her up. Whenever we mention "Daycare" or her "Friends" she can't wait to get in the car and go! They don't have toys in their play area to encourage good behavior. If you bring food for your dog in a labeled baggie they'll feed them in a separate room. They don't separate small and large dogs, our dog hasn't had a problem with it. They really care about the dogs there!

We take our puppy there a couple times a week while we are at work. She is worn out and ready to chill when she gets home! The staff is very friendly and knowledge.

Like many other folks, I got a puppy during quarantine. I've worked hard to socialize him, and he was BONKERS during puppy school. I wanted to bring him to daycare but I was nervous about him mixing with such a big group of dogs with how over-exuberant he gets. He seemed a bit overwhelmed after his first couple visits, which were only a couple of hours, but he was obviously dreaming about it after, so we kept going. He now marches right up to the door and runs to the staff, who know him on sight even though we're newer clients. I love peeking through the window when I pick him up and seeing him hanging out, relaxed, with a mixed group of dogs. Once I saw him snuggling in a staff member's lap, getting scratches in his favorite spot. I feel totally comfortable leaving him there, and recommend it for anyone bringing home a new puppy! I hope to be a customer for years to come.

Love bringing our dog here. Quick and easy pick up and drop off, reasonable prices, and our dog always leaves happy and tuckered out. Staff is always in a good mood and excited to see the dogs.

Really lovely place. Our dog Juniper has felt welcomed since day one, has minimal anxiety when being dropped off (quite the feat for a squirrelly hound), and seems to have a blast as she's always in a great mood (and tired!) when picked up. At other daycares she's attended, she is much more reluctant to get out of the car and acts like we're saving her when we pick her up--not so with Ruff Love. I do attribute part of that to the limiting of attendees, which I think is much more ideal for the stress levels of the dogs. The staff are always very kind and friendly and seem to have a genuine love of their job and the dogs. I also really like the setup that they have for arrival/pickup with the gating and door system as it feels less harried and immediately overwhelming for both us and June, compared to other places that open immediately to the play floor. Very reasonable rates as well. All in all, A+.

The wonderful staff at Ruff Love are the kindest souls on the planet. We've been taking our dog to Ruff Love since she was a puppy - she's nearly 3 now - and she enjoys every single minute of it. Ruff Love's hours are the best around. It means staff are with your pets the majority of the day, caring and watching over your fur children as if they were your own. If our dog could spend everyday at Ruff Love, she would. The facility offers indoor and outdoor play areas, plenty of water, and the option to feed your pets if need be. We're so thankful we have the whole Ruff Love team in our lives!

We’ve been taking our dog here for the better part of a year and she always loses her mind with excitement when we pull into the parking lot. Jessen and his staff care so much and take such amazing care of our dog. She’s boarded there multiple times as well without issue. Thanks!!

I’ve brought my 5 month old puppy, Teddy, here three times now and I’m always impressed by how friendly the staff are. When I’m going to be busy or gone, I like knowing that my dog is having fun running around with other pups. I appreciate that they have a trial run for any new dogs. Reasonable pricing as well.

We take our dog Smokey to Ruff Live 2-3 times a month. He always comes home happy and tired and the workers there are friendly and are very kind to the dogs.

FABULOUS! My Chihuahuas don't get much outdoors time in the winter and as such not much exercise so it is great to have a place to let them run off some steam and comingle with great staff and friends of their species. And its really great someone else will pick up their poop for a few hours. Lol
