They take care of difficult dogs. Mine is but we manage getting him checked out together. I love the people here.

Definitely don’t recommend bringing a pet here that you love!!

Got my cat a lion cut here and it’s just of an unforgivable quality for the 80 dollar price tag, his little boots are uneven in height. there are chunks of fur they outright missed. You’re better off taking your cat to an actual groomer, especially since other groomers charge about the same price and do a good job. Sorry I wanted to like it but they did bad

They are really good with my cats! And if you communicate you're running late, I'm always running late, They are understanding and accommodating yet still if they can be to get my cats in still. I appreciate that greatly with my hectic schedule and difficulty making it on time. They also schedule an appointment within a weeks time at the latest. Or I just get lucky. But I have heard other places taking much much longer. I recommend Pet Central Animal Hospital.

We have been customers for years here. Due to unexpected circumstances our dog had to stay there as in “holding facility”. Staff was really rude and not so helpful. Spoken to Heather multiple times and never got the sense there is any passion or care for the animals. I will never go back to this business. They don’t seem they care for pets, they care about bottom line $. Be aware!!

I had a really great experience bringing my bulldog in for a little emergency appointment. She was having a hard time walking & I didn’t know how I was going to get her in from my car to the clinic. Before I even had to ask, the fella behind the front desk offered help. He came out to my car & grabbed my 65 lb bulldog no problem and was so kind to her. Made my nerves go down a lot. ????

I’ve been taking my 2 dogs here for 4 years now and their staff is always great. They patiently listen to my questions and provide options. Like most vets they are busy but are flexible in scheduling. I’d recommend Pet Central to anyone!

Very friendly and they loved my pups

I brought my cat in to get treated for ringworm. I was given a cream to apply to the area and a (wrong size) cone. I was told to do this for 2 weeks. After the two weeks it only got worse and our other cat contracted it. When we brought them both in, we were given an oral medication to go along with the ointment, as well as a shampoo. The vet could not find the spot on our 2nd cat and made us find it. Despite it being over an inch wide. They also did not examine the cats fully and missed other spots. We bought our own woods lamp and found the other spots at home. It seemed like they did not care. It was $60 for the exam on each cat and the effort to help us was not there. We were told to do this new oral, topical, and shampoo treatment for another 2 weeks. It’s been almost a month and a half and things have gotten a little better but still not clearing up. We did our own research and found that most people recommend a sulfur lime dip for ringworm. This was not mentioned at all by the vet. Nor were other options on how to treat this. We did the sulfur dip last night and are ALREADY seeing faster results than we saw with the oral, topical, and shampoo treatment they gave us. If we had known about this, we could’ve cleared in up in 2 weeks rather than 10. I also waited an hour to get a simple tail shave on my cat that should’ve taken 10 minutes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed overall with our experience here.

Always give care and attention to our puppy. Even returned a call after hours when we were having a scare with our puppy. Pretty easy to get in even with everyone getting dogs last year.

Dr Jasmine is one of the best Veterinarian’s we have used over the past 30 years. Highly recommend her!!

They're a little pricey but we bring all our pups here and the feral cats when needed. They're usually really good about getting one of our pups in on an emergency basis. It costs quite a bit for an emergency drop off however, if they need to see the vet its a really good option.

Had the best experience at this place! The staff is professional and caring. They took great care of my kitty during her first vet visit and grooming experience! 10/10 would recommend!!

My little pup Bean had gotten into a scuffle and had a small puncture wound on his lip and seemed fine for a short while. After a few days his lip started to swell up (clearly infected) so quickly and as a newer dog owner I panicked. Of course it was a Sunday and I was turned away from busy emergency vets or would be getting myself into an 8+ hour weekend wait. I decided to take a chance and wait until Monday. Pet Central was able to see Bean quickly between other visits and he was out with an antibiotic before noon! I was so relieved that they were willing to get him in and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more understanding of the situation.

They're always friendly with my pets and I and seem to be very knowledgeable. Also, I liked watching the parrot in the lobby while I waited to be seen
