Metro Dogs has positively influenced my life and the life of my two pups. My Golden Retriever G was cared for by the Metro Dogs team from 2013 to the very end of his life in July 2021 when cancer took him 8.5 years later. The pain I had losing G was shared by the Metro Dogs team who loved him like their own; the care and consideration afforded me will be remembered forever. Metro Dogs now cares for my new pup Daryl. Daryl is 7 months old and has been at Metro Dogs for 4 months now. I am a local business owner; I place high value on quality service , partnership and professionalism. Metro Dogs has always exceeded my expectations. Over the years the Metro Dogs team has provided clear, consistent and smart polices. I appreciate the focus they have on keeping our beloved pups safe and healthy. I have always felt 100% comfortable leaving my animals at Metro Dogs. In recent months, I enrolled Daryl in an obedience program with Go Any Where Dog that is conducted at the Metro Dogs facility; many of the Metro Dogs Team are also involved in the obedience training giving my pup continuity and familiarity with those around him. The monitoring cameras are super; I love the transparency and the ability to check in on Daryl to see how he is doing - I have only seen safe, professional and attentive supervision by the Metro Dogs team. The Metro Dogs Team has handled the pandemic in a great way. I have been happy with all the protocols in place. Lastly, the drop off/pick up times and windows work really well for us as do the flexible options like half days. I could go on and on but the bottom line is Metro Dogs is amazing! I highly recommend Metro Dogs!

My dog (and I) both love Metro Dogs! Metro Dogs is an incredibly clean and well-maintained facility that provides plenty of room to run and play for my pup. Geo has attended Metro Dogs twice a week since he was six months old, and it is his favorite place on earth. Metro Dogs has absolutely helped Geo gain socialization skills and confidence, and I feel so reassured dropping him off because the Metro Dogs staff are the perfect combination of caring, kind, and knowledgeable. Geo is also quite vocal about his love for Metro Dogs too because he cries in excitement during our entire 10-minute drive to daycare each morning!

My German Shepherd mix loves being at Metro Dogs! She is so excited when we get there that she nearly pulls my arm out of my socket. As an owner, I love that they separate dogs into different rooms based on needs and energy level. An added bonus is that they offer grooming services there as well. I have complete faith in Metro Dogs and I am grateful for the care they provide her.

I cannot say enough great things about Metro Dogs and its wonderful staff. I've been taking my small Schnoodle to Metro Dogs for about three years and I can always count on him to be well-cared for and loved-on when he goes there for daycare (his very favorite place to be!) The staff knows us by name, always provides a warm welcome, and I love that I can check on him via the webcam live streams. I would recommend Metro Dogs to any pet parent who wants the best for their pup!

My puppy, Archie, has gone to Metro dogs since he was a few months old. He loves going to metro dogs daycare so much! The entire staff at metro dogs is absolutely amazing. They each know Archie the second he walks in and he get so so excited every time he walks through the front door. Not only does he have so much fun with his friends at daycare, he also learns so much from the staff that actively work with him throughout daycare class. They work on all types of tricks like sit, touch, down, etc. so when he comes home after a day of daycare he is not only tired from playing, but also tired from mental stimulation. I recommend metro dogs to every single one of my friends who have recently added a fur baby to their family! Henry has been going to metro dogs since he was old enough to join their puppy crew. 3.5 years later, he still loves going to see his furry and human friends. The staff greet him by name each visit and he can’t get to the play room fast enough. They have cameras available so I regularly check in on him and when he isn’t playing or sleeping, he is usually sitting next to (or on!) a staff member getting some extra cuddles. This team is truly the best at what they do and their passion for animals is evident from the minute you walk in the door. Thank you metro dogs for taking such good care of Henry!

Remi has been going to Metro Dogs since she was 9 weeks old and just celebrated her first birthday there! She is shy and takes her time warming up to people but they have put in a lot of effort to make her comfortable and happy to be there. Metro Dogs has been a life saver for a high energy dog and full time working humans.

Cannot speak highly enough of metro dogs - my pup has been going there for the last 6 months multiple times a week and jumps out of the car with so much excitement when we arrive. The whole crew is thoughtful, compassionate and patient…I’m immensely grateful to have them as a convenient option for me and my dog.

Our dog has been attending Metro Dogs daycare since he was a puppy and absolutely loves going to daycare. We can visually see in the car when we arrive in the car that he knows where he is and is genuinely excited to go hang out with his friends and teacher. Metro Dogs does a great job at communicating with their members on what is happening at the daycare and have great teacher to dog ratios in each of their classrooms. Their webcams are also a great feature as well to check in on how your dog is doing. We would recommend this daycare to anyone as our dog is a little bit on the shyer side but he really shines his best self when he goes to daycare here.

We have only ever had positive experiences with Metro Dogs Daycare and Go Anywhere Dog classes! The staff is made up of very clearly knowledgeable and responsible dog lovers. They’ve provided a safe environment for our dog to socialize and reinforce good behavior. They are also excellent communicators, always keeping families in the loop, and always looking out for the pups best interest. We definitely recommend!

My dog absolutely loves Metro Dogs. He gets so excited as he starts to recognize that’s where we’re headed. When viewing the webcam, I’m impressed that the staff are always so attentive to all the dogs in their care. They also all seem to know him by name, despite the hundreds of dogs they must see every week. Bottom line: Awesome, friendly staff who seem to love what they do.

I've been bring my miniature Dachshund here twice a week since he was a teeny tiny puppy and he LOVES it. When we pull up in the morning he cannot get to the front door fast enough, so it's obvious the staff at Metro Dogs have curated a happy environment for him to play with his friends. I've always felt confident leaving him in their hands and will continue to recommend them to other dog owners.

We bring our husky twice a week and he loves it. Friendly staff and knowing he's going to be safe and happy while we are working is worth it. He gets to socialize with other dogs and he is always excited when he gets dropped off in the morning.

I typically don't leave reviews, but wanted to leave a review for Metrodogs as they've treated us so well. Tex, our rescue, goes usually once a week, give or take. The staff always remembers each dog, even though they have so many dogs that attend. The staff goes above and beyond for their clients. We asked for some recommendations on trainers for our dog, Taylor sat with me for probably 30 minutes and discussed some different options and trainers in the area that she recommends. Additionally, we had a bit of an emergency come up and called last minute to see if we could get Tex in (day of) and they allowed him to come as being home would have been stressful for him (unexpected construction at our house). I can't recommend Metrodogs enough. They have been so amazing and they really know how to work with dogs too. Oh, and Tex LOVES going to daycare - he does his little excited whine once he realizes where we are and can't wait to get in and play with his doggy friends and the human staff members. During the summer they even put out little pools for the dogs, even though Tex isn't a huge fan LOL. Thanks Metrodogs - from Mark, Jess, and Tex :)

Our dog Milo has been going to Metro Dogs for years. Staff love the dogs and keep them entertained all day long. Friendly smiles every time. Definitely recommend!

Emily the manager made h0moph0bic and ignorant comments to me while working with her. I would not suggest anyone bring their dogs to work with her.

They will ignore when your dog is feeling ill or not doing well in group just to make more money

My dog always has a great time . She's a springer and plays all day and is tired for a few days afterwords. It's really amazing. I love watching her on the camera see who she's friends with.

What's relevant in evaluating a place like this is what does your DOG think about it and how does it affect their behavior: - My puppy nearly pops out of my arms to sprint in when I drop him off in the morning, and doesn't want to leave at night. He clearly LOVES being there. - My puppy is goes right to sleep and isn't super hungry at the end of the day, so I know he's been WELL exercised and fed - My puppy started at 3 months old and now at ~6 months is the most well-socialized quarantine puppy I know, not fearful or overly aggressive. This was not the case before he started, so I completely blame metro + "Go Anywhere Dog Training" (also recommend). - My puppy has been getting better at his basic commands (even as I'm getting a bit lazier about teaching him) and I suspect this is because Metro is training him well. My experience with the people who run it has been great; they're organized, considerate, welcoming, knowledgable, friendly, accommodating. It's great that they have cameras too. But all that really is much less relevant than what my puppy thinks, and he loves it. Worth every penny given their staff ratio and how special this place is. Thank you Metro dogs! :)

Metro Dogs has been so amazing for the growth of our 5 year old rescue corgi! When Winnie started going to Metro Dogs over 6 months ago, she was so shy and nervous, and didn't let many people come near her. Now, she plays with the staff & they have truly made her feel so comfortable! Some of them can even get some cuddles out of her if they are lucky! The staff are all so friendly and kind and always seem to be treating our dog the exact way that we would be treating her! So happy we found Metro Dogs!!!

We have two dogs who we take here regularly. They absolutely love it here and are always excited when we mention going to daycare. They come home exhausted from a day of playing. It’s easy to see that the staff really cares about their well-being. They also know a lot about dogs and dog behavior, so we are very comfortable leaving our girls in their care.

Highly recommend Metro Dogs! We've been taking our small (10 lb) dog, Winnie, to Metro Dogs for over 3 years. In my opinion, the top reasons to choose Metro Dogs over similar dog daycare providers is as follows: 1. Safety. For me, safety is top priority. Metro has the largest playrooms in town and thoughtfully matches dogs to the rooms based on behavior analysis. They also cap capacity. Our dog is small, which means she's being set up for success. 2. Dogs enjoy it! As a puppy, our dog would be so tied that she would put herself to sleep after daycare. Older now, she is still so excited to go to Metro Dogs that she scratches to get out of the car in the morning. We have tried other dog daycare in the area that are closer to home/work. Unfortunately, our dog quickly became afraid of those locations and would shake. It made me question how she was treated and the conditions she was in. A big difference that I noticed was size of playrooms and lack of permanent staff at other providers. I know from watching on the cameras, and conversations with staff, that our dog is constantly receiving interaction at Metro Dogs. Plus Winnie is still really tired post daycare! 3. Staff. Our dog started as a puppy over 3 years ago. The staff really hasn't changed. The employees know me and my dog. In fact, she greets the staff the same way she greets our extended family members. It is heartwarming for me to see! I also trust the staff doing the grooming services and I hear about any issues they encounter. This means they prioritize the dog's safety/comfort over profit, which matters to me. 4. Convenience. Pick up and drop off is so simple. Plus their contact free Covid-19 protocol is genius. The employees are friendly and wonderful to work with when scheduling. We often need early drop off or late pick up, which is easy to arrange and much appreciated! Thank you to Metro Dogs!

I cannot recommend Metro Dogs enough! Our pup, Maple, has been going to daycare here about 2 times a week since she was 4 months old and she LOVES it. As a German Shepherd, Maple is naturally rather suspicious of new people/places, but the staff at Metro Dogs is incredible and has always made her feel so comfortable. I love dropping her off each time knowing that she is in such great care. Hands down, deciding to take Maple to daycare at Metro Dogs has been one of the best choices we've made for her. It's helped to socialize her in ways that we never would have been able to achieve on our own. Again, I cannot recommend Metro Dogs enough!

We've been taking our puppy, Winnie, to daycare since she's been around 4-5 months old. We were primarily interested in socializing her, because before she was old enough to go to daycare, she had a somewhat traumatic interaction with an older dog. We were worried she'd always be nervous around other dogs and never want to socialize. But Metro Dogs turned that around! Now when we go to the dog park, she actively seeks out other dogs to play with! She's still submissive for the first few moments, but then instantly turns on play mode once she knows the other dog is a friend. Beyond all this, she absolutely loves going – it seems to be the highlight of her week and she instantly runs to the door when we ask her "do you want to go to daycare today?" The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating to last-minute schedule changes and we couldn't be happier with sending her to Metro Dogs! Definitely money well spent to turn her into such a well-mannered citizen of the doggy world.

My puppy, Ramen, absolutely loves seeing his furry pals every week! So much so that his tail wags the moment we round the corner. The entire staff at Metro Dogs are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about all of the dogs. Not only will they keep me posted on how my puppy is doing, but they ensure he is safe and interacting with the others. This has been a perfect place to get him to socialize with other dogs - which only carries over to our walks and when we're going about town.
