I’ve been bringing my dog here for years and I couldn’t be happier with this place. I’ve seen it through 2 different owners, and both of them have been the gems. The employees are so friendly and happy to be around the dogs, and the dogs are beyond joyful when here. My dog comes back exhausted and full of smiles and a wagging tail. I’ve used them for boarding on vacations, and I feel confident and safe leaving my dog here. Where there’s happy employees, there’s a good business. Thanks everyone at downtown dogs!

We have brought our cattle dog mix here for boarding as well as daycare and she seems to love it. They have two cameras in each room so you can check in on your dog and quell and anxiety you do have. There are several different rooms for dogs with different temperaments and the staff are great at getting each one into the right spot.

I boarded my dog for 3 days, and he was in great shape when I picked him up. All the exercise wore him out, which is always a good for an energetic Australian Shepherd! Highly recommended.

Downtown Dogs is amazing. They do an excellent job at ensuring a "pawsitive" play experience for all their for legged friends. They do this by getting to know your pup's personality, their activity level, and their mood for that day and will place them in a group so that your dog is getting the right type of play that's suited for them. They only small drawback is that they don't have an outdoor area (they do but it's just very small). Due to this the dogs urinate inside and I will at times smell this along with the bleach they use to clean it up on my pups fur. I do however want to say that the staff does an excellent job at keeping things clean (e.g. moping up immediately when an accident occurs) and will wipe down your little one before pick up. I think it's also important to mention that the dogs know the difference between daycare and home and he has never once had an accident at home. All and all I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and how they care for him that I wouldn't bring him anywhere else. It's pawsitively an excellent place to bring your dog and the best thing is your dog will be well socialized and come home tired affording you some R&R after a long day of work or even a guilt-free evening out on town.

Our dog does individual boarding at Downtown Dogs because she doesn't always get along with all other dogs. The staff at Downtown Dogs always greet her by name, even if it's been awhile, and are excited to see her. We know she's been well cared for and she is happy to go and happy to leave - which I take to mean she isn't stressed when in boarding. I wish she were more sociable so she could do daycare, but we're thankful she has a great spot to stay when we can't take her with us.

I LOVE bringing Rudy here. He struggles with separation anxiety, but I know he’s in good hands when he’s here! I enjoy that I’m able to check all of the cameras to see how he’s doing. Every time I pick him up they have detailed notes on his day camp/boarding experience. I couldn’t recommended this place more!

We love Downtown Dogs! Our malamute has been going to daycare here since he was a puppy, and he cannot wait to go in every time we pull into the parking lot. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and they never fail to answer our questions. Downtown Dogs is the best of the best!

Dogs Day Out is exceptional! Cheerful and well thought out, it’s a nice space to spiff up our poodle. The tubs are generously spaced, with everything we needed at hand. My favorite feature is the drying room which is separate from the bathing area, keeping the bathing area quieter than other dog washing spots. The dryers are top notch and blow warm air! Our pup was much more relaxed, which allowed us to spend more time drying him. We bathe our standard poodle regularly and Dogs Day Out made it a really nice experience. We’ll return time and again.

I am writing this review because I was going to try another place (bc I am not working downtown right now) and it was such a terrible experience I wanted to make it known that DTD is the BEST! So easy to bring my dog here, they treat him well and I know he is cared for and loved! Seriously don't even waste your time. Some other places are so weird about who and how they let dogs in and even what time you have to come? Not DTD they are on your schedule and it's so refreshing to go to a place with great customer service!

I have two bully breed dogs - mixes of pitbull, mastiff and shepherd. The staff at Downtown Dogs welcome them in and treat them like any dog. I was a nervous wreck dropping them at daycare but of course - they had an amazing time. I would recommend Downtown Dogs, especially if you have a bully breed dog.

We had dropped our dog off there while visiting from out of town. It was a very nice roomy place for the dogs. We loved that we could watch our dog live with the video feed. Made us feel better about her in a strange place and unfamiliar fur friends.

I’ve been using DIY dog washes for the lives of three consecutive dogs, and the facility at Downtown Dogs is the best experience I’ve had. The space is lighter and brighter, and invitingly decorated. Each tub is well spaced from the next, and set at a comfortable height for working with dogs of any size. Whoever designed this space must be a dog lover, each detail is very well considered. My favorite design element comes at the end of the experience in the separate drying room. Rather than remaining in a wet tub, each warm-air dryer accompanies a no-slip platform for your dog’s comfort.

I am a new fan and client of Downtown Dogs! Winston is my new rescue dog and I've been using Downtown Dogs to help him get used to his new city-living lifestyle. So far, he's had great obedience/training classed with Lindsey (individualized and unbelievably helpful for both of us!), bath and nails clipped at Downtown Dogs, and of course a visit to Downtown Dogs to socialize with other dogs and have some playtime. Each experience has been personalized and professional. I know Winston will have many more visits to Downtown Dogs. We couldn't live without all they offer!

This place is amazing! It's huge! So much room to roam. Everyone here is so great; they are all so helpful and they really get to know your dogs. We are always greeted by "Hi Opie, Hi Pearl!" They seem to know all of the dogs' personalities too. My pups are always so excited to go there and they sleep so well at night! Best dog daycare we've experienced.

They are so good with my high needs beagle. Before coming here he was kicked out of another daycare for baying. They know when he needs redirection, when he needs reassurance, and when he needs a nap

Wonderful staff that love dogs!

LOVE this place. We have been taking our shiba Tanuki here for almost 5 years. They take the time to get to know you and your dog, provide the best care for them and are flexible to do the right thing. Our dog had some serious health issues and they always were mindful and listened to how they could help him, even when he wasn't always the easiest. Cannot recommend this place enough.

My dog TJ had a blast at daycare! The staff was also very caring and loving towards him. Will be coming back

Downtown Dogs has been absolutely amazing for us and our very special hound dog. Ernest had many an issue which made it very difficult for us to leave him when we traveled. The staff at Downtown Dogs absolutely adored him and gave him so much love and attention that eventually, Ernest didn't mind going to boarding anymore. He was always beyond excited when we came to pick him up, but we knew he was in a safe and caring place. When we had to make the decision to put Ernest down, the staff were overwhelmingly supportive and on his last stay with them he was given so much attention and treats that I know came out of the staff's own pockets. The location is no longer convenient for us, but we will definitely take our next dog here without question.

Downtown Dogs is PHENOMENAL. Whether it was daycare or boarding, I have never felt like my dog was in a more loving and caring environment outside of my home. The staff are absolutely amazing. The only reason we aren’t going anymore is because we’re moving out of state, but they have made the last 5 years the best. I’m not sure if I will ever find another daycare that will top our experiences with Downtown Dogs. I highly recommend.
