I needed to get my dog into the vet ASAP when I noticed an issue with her eye. This isn’t even my regular vet that I had been going to, but the other vet didn’t have availability to take her in soon enough. This vet took her right away, identified the problem, gave me the antibiotics and it’s been an easy and smooth recovery! I was happy they were able to take me in on such short notice without having been there before and I was happy with how quickly and professionally they were able to help resolve the issue. Thank you!

The vets are fine. However, it did irk me that the doctor didn’t put the ointment in my dog’s ear, so I could see how to properly give the meds for his ear infection. She just printed off instructions. Also, they no longer do a follow up call—just a generic text to call back if needed. And finally, their meds are so overpriced, and they wouldn’t let me just order the same meds on Chewy. The ear infection medication price was Chewy was $10 versus the $31 at the pet hospital. I just ended paying three times more. The pet hospital needs to give patients the option to buy their prescriptions somewhere else if their prices are going to be much higher.

Update: now that are puppy has gotten all her shots we will definitely no longer be going here. If you don’t pay enough attention it seems like they will add anything to get your bill higher, things your dog doesn’t need. I scheduled just the next shot all of a sudden im paying for 3 other things. I liked the vet. The baggie they give you is a nice touch for your first pet visit. I didn’t like how they worded and advertised their ‘plans’ they make it seem like you are saving money. They really pushed sales. We are going to finish our puppy shots but don’t see a future of taking our pet here.

Except for the wait, understandable because of holiday, OK visit. Of course because of mask mandate, I have a bit of a problem hearing all that Jo and nurses were saying also with Jazz whining, interfering in my reception. But I think all n all this visit was productive!

This is the best pet clinic you would ever want to go to, my mom has been taking her dogs there for over 60 years and I've been going there for 30.

I can't say enough positive things about this pet hospital. It has a very open, kind and welcoming atmosphere. Compared to many other vets I've been to, it's very reasonably priced. And the staff are AMAZING. Everyone has been incredibly kind and I've always been able to get an appointment quickly with the doctor I prefer.

I finally realized my 17 y.o. cat would not be getting better and struggled so hard to make the decision to euthanize her. My regular Vet was booked. BPP was able to get me in same day. Every single staff person I met was compassionate, patient, and informative, and gentle with my cat. I was so emotional and they were so very patient. The price was the same as my regular vet, so I assume their other prices are also. Thank you Dr. Stromberg and all your staff.

My dog had an itchy red belly and chest, and benedryl wasn't helping. So we went to Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital for the first time, and I'm so glad I did! They gave her an exam right away, informed me of the issue (seasonal allergies), and then offered several solutions. Very fair pricing in the visit cost ($60+) and prescription (I compared to online pricings). I will be making them my dog's primary care!

My cat was lethargic and lost his appetite for 3 days. At first, I was going to take him to some vet in Minneapolis with an affordable price but the waiting list is very long. I ended up bringing him to Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital, which is the nearest vet close to our home. After the vet saw my cat, he was diagnosed with URI. TBH at first, I was reluctant to bring him for a treatment at BPPH because the price is rather high, like, above average? The hospital charge $69 for an exam alone. That day I paid around $190 (exam included) and they gave my cat some IV fluid, injection, and a take-home meds. Within 2 days, my cat got better and now he's bouncing back to health. Well, I guess it's worth it even though I still think that the price could be lower .

My dog was overdue for shot updates and needed to have other issues addressed. I was treated respectfully, and my concerns about my dog put at ease. I also felt the cost of the visit was very reasonable!

Yesterday was our fist time visiting this vet and it was a great experience. Our dog was throwing up, having diarrhea and not eating. They were able to fit her in same day and offered three treatment plans. In all my years of owning pets, I've never been offered three treatment plans! Also, our doggo can be quite a handful (she doesn't like her paws touched and decided yesterday she didn't want to be examined either) and they handled her attitude with grace. They were incredibly communicative throughout the examination process - which was awesome since I couldn't be there in person. Thanks Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital for such a great and reassuring experience during a stressful time!

Okay service in the past, certainly not great, and rather high prices. Have used their services for over 20 years. When most vulnerable when putting down my 13 year old pet, I was not supplied with the urn I ordered and was going to be charged more for their mistake (a $20 mistake that they would not pay)when I just paid almost 500 for the service, and would have to return my pets ashes/urn to them for possibly 2 or more weeks. Bad business if you ask me. I won't be going back to this clinic.

Previously had great experiences, but was forgotten about today for the first time. Was told to wait for a few minutes, but ended up waiting for an hour to then find out that they had forgotten about us. After a phone call, my dog then went in for a 2 minute weighing session for heart warm tablets..... day wasted.

Our new puppy, Maria, a mini Aussie Doodle, went to BP Pet Hospital today for her last vaccines and her Rabies Vaccine. This is my third dog at this clinic and I and my family growing up have been going here for well over 30 years! I especially appreciate the personal care they give. Their entire staff are always very happy to answer any questions. They give pre-estimates and I truly feel their prices are a good value. I’m in the Puppy Wellness Plan and added on her spaying. I pay a monthly amount and it includes all the necessary vaccines, gives me access and the basic checkups are covered too. I highly recommend them to every pet owner I know!
