Dr. E and her staff are so thorough and truly care about our dogs well-being. So glad we sought them out to help solve our doxie's allergy issues.

I can't say enough about the Drs and staff and what they have done for my 10 year old German Shepherd. If you dog has skin issues...stop googling and just go here. I have spent $1000's over the years trying to find help for my boy. I just went for my first checkup after initial visit and am ecstatic with the results. I highly recommend this place. For us, it was worth the 90min drive to finally find solutions for my pup! Don't think about it any longer. Call them! Best choice i ever made for my dog❤❤❤

The Pet Dermatology Clinic changed our Dog Rudy's life. He was loosing a lot of his hair and having major skin issues. They right away determined it was a thyroid issue along with skin allergies. They got him on the right medicine and within a month he was a whole new dog. His coat has never been so lush and at 4 years old he finally has the energy he deserves. We are so thankful for their expert and genuine service. The techs especially Sara were unbelievable. Thank you so much.

Great care without a lot of fuss!

I've been bringing my dog here for many years. She was plagued with a lot of skin irritations and ear problems. They cleared or otherwise managed/reduced all issues, allowing my dog a much more comfortable life. Truly grateful they were there.

I just wanted to share a review even though we have only had one appointment here. WOW, are we impressed. Dr. Young was very thorough with our wild 1 year old lab. She was willing to take the time to talk with us about our concerns as well as taking the time to educate us. Thank you!!

Great personalized care for my cat, that has a chronic skin condition. Dr. E is very thorough with exams, explains her findings and directions for care, in a manner that is easily understood. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Without these folks my dog would have a really hard life. We have trust her most for her knowledge. Fully recommend. Staff are great.

Let's start with My Dog Jack I don't know what we would have done if not for Dr. E, she has helped us with everything itch and scratch Jack has!!

Excellent customer service and a phenomenal doctor. My doberman had large bumps around his neck and back. After bringing him to my primary vet I had no conclusion on what was causing it. Dr. Eisenschenk worked with me, over the phone (Covid era) and assured me that she has seen similar cases. My Dobi is now on medication and I'm hoping this will clear it up. I will post an update in a month. For now, I feel confident in giving the Pet Dermatology Clinic 5 stars. The price of time + medication was reasonable and affordable.

We have been bringing our dog here to alleviate his allergies for the past several years. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I would recommend to anyone with pets with allergies to bring them to the pet dermatology clinic.

Been bringing my two dogs here for over 4years now for skin problems and allergies. So happy I found them and I bet my two dogs are happy too????????

Dealing with severe allergies is extremely frustrating for pets and us people. I was happy to find this Derm clinic. They were very upfront and honest about pricing, gave us options, and we are seeing improvement with our Frenchie, Stevi. Each case varies and I appreciated the Doc taking the time to look at facts of our specific case and make a game plan accordingly.

My dog had alot if allergy issues and every late spring into sumner would develop ear infections, loose his hair and develop superficial skin infections. This past year, we had one bought with his ears after we went swimming, never list his hair and looks the best he has in over 3-4 years

This first portion of the review is just based on our initial visit. *second visit update added* Due to covid-19 I could not actually enter The Establishment, the staff was amazing at handling everything over the phone and safely wearing a mask out of the building to pick up my dog. They set up an action plan to help us get her skin issues under control and so far I feel very confident that we are heading down the right path. I will need to update this review in a few months as her skin issues are not something that will be resolved overnight, but the friendliness of the staff and the safety precautions they are taking at this time are enough for me to want to review them and give a 5-star rating thus far. I will update my review in a few months with how the progress is going on her sores. okay visit two went well, we have progress on her spots, we have switched to a second antibiotic to get the remaining (resistant) bacteria under control, as previously the staff is very friendly and happy to reexplain and review any questions or concerns and listen to your ideas as a pet parent. pill pricing is very affordable, and cheaper than our pet, and actually cheaper than the online company we go through so we're happy to get her meds through them, as supporting local is important to us, and they make that possible also. so far, after second visit, still a very positive visit and really feel like we're getting somewhere (after YEARS of struggling with her regular vet/at home) and going in the right direction!!

My cat kivati has been miserable for almost a year. She has been in a cone while my vet tried food, meds and topical treatments. My vet recommended maple grove pet dermatology clinic and I couldnt be more pleased. In one appointment the vet figured out the issue and treated it. Kivati is actually playing and enjoying life again and I couldn't be more grateful. They also have responsive, caring, and professional staff from the front desk to the vet, everyone has been exemplary.

Maybe they're better with dogs that cats? We were hoping for some good, specialized treatment, but ended up with less answers and more bills. When we found an actual vet finally, they were so surprised at the dose of medication our cat was put on. Seemed like they had no other answers for us and just made us go backwards. On another note, I have always experienced good customer service here. Friendly staff. Just not the place for our answers.

Dr. Eisenschenk is wonderful. She tested out puppy, determined her allergies, and prescribed a treatment. Our dog can now live without scratching herself.
