We have been bringing our dog here for five years. They are absolutely wonderful. Everyone takes such good care of our dog and I am so thankful that they seem to love her even though she belongs to me. :) Also, their prices are excellent compared to other clinics closer to the Twin Cities. It’s worth a little drive for our dog to be so well cared for and to pay such reasonable rates.

I came in for a specific concern and the doc addressed that concern first. I asked a lot of questions, which she answered. She was very knowledgeable and I was satisfied I knew all I needed about my concern. I thought we were done, but the doc continued with a full check up checking teeth, ears, heart, etc. She asked if I had any further concerns. She was very thorough and caring. My dog was nervous...as are most dogs at the vet, and the doc was kind and soothing to her. It was an exceptional experience.

I was able to get a same-day urgent visit for my kitty. I felt better getting him checked out right away as there was concern he had a blockage. Peace of mind is so valuable. Everyone was very kind and helpful with getting kitty back on his feet (paws).

We had a great experience making our initial appointment by phone. At our appointment we were greeted right away. We did not have to wait too long to be brought to the back to start our appointment. The tech was friendly and attentive to what we were telling her. The doctor was friendly, kind and attentive as well. She gave us great information and treated our boy wonderfully. A great first experience and we will be glad to go back.

Super friendly staff, patient, explained the care for my cat before and after spay. Called once spay was done to tell me it went well, so I didn't have to wait and wonder and worry. I appreciate that a lot. Lobby is clean and well lit - so are rooms. A cheerful place and people. I trust them, it's important to have people you can trust with your pet. Reasonable fees in my opinion.

My dog tore her ACL and I needed a surgical consultation. I contacted 3 other vets and they all had a consultation fees between $285 and $365. Dr. Dave did not, was extremely thorough and patient and explained all of my options. I had a great experience during a difficult time. The staff also were all very warm, welcoming, and friendly. Lincoln has absolutely LOVED going there since first getting him! He got fixed today and they were so patient with telling me instructions even tho he was losing his mind.. the vet came out to the car so he could go in and calm down while we spoke.. they have always made me feel so extremely comfortable! My dogs are my absolute world so it’s VERY important to me to have people I trust! I’ve been to a couple of vets in the past that were very cold and while I was sitting in the waiting room sat and discussed very poorly about pet owners and I was not OK with that..I feel like it’s very unprofessional to talk about other patients in front of the lobby of customers.. I have never felt like anyone was being judged at this vet! Thank you for being great!

We've been going here for years with all our animals. We had issues with one tech, and it was handled immediately. Their customer service and care for your animals are always great.

WE have been coming here for almost 30 years. You have cared for our previous 2 dogs, sadly passed from cancer after having them for many years.....and now our current dog, Sasha....we love South Shore and the doctors and the care they give our pets.

We took one of our dogs here for a few years, and then decided to try a vet closer to where we lived. It didn't take us long to go back to this place. Their staff is always professional, caring and kind. I'm glad we have this place available to us, because I do trust them with our dogs' health.
