Doesn't answer their phones and in the event that they do they don't respond. They just pick up the receiver and hang up on you.

I would not recommend going to banfield. They don’t respond back if your pet is having any problem after vaccination. They just say that they will leave a note for doctor and you never get a response back from there on. And when I call them to get the update they say that I called them before they called me. You never get a chance to talk to the doctor other than the frontdesk people. This is the second time I am facing the same problem. They don’t care if your pet is feeling well or not after the vaccination. I wish I could give zero stars.

They can not understand that the life and wellbeing of our pets depends upon their serious and professional service. The service we have received is terrible, not recommended at all. Sad to say this, because I trusted in Banfield before.

They always take great care of my dog and they are conscious and reasonable with covid precautions.

Vet staff are friendly and helpful. Will answer any questions you have.

I had my puppy spayed at Banfield Eden Prairie yesterday. In spite of having a phone conversations with the Veterinarian before the procedure, I never saw her in person. It was obvious that they were very short-staffed. An important phone call went to voicemail and was never returned. The phone call I was told I would receive today to check up on my dog never came either. I feel very uneasy about the entire process.

I would have to say it is much for friendly and welcome experience for me as the new clients, loved how it was done and how it was scheduled so quickly and fast.

I brought my cat into the Eden Prairie Banfield location for a semi-emergency visit on a Sunday morning. After attempting to decipher the contradictory signage out front I was met at the door by a rude vet tech telling me to call before I ring the bell. I explained the primary issue, lethargy and frequent sneezing, and left my cat in their care. They called later that day giving her a clean bill of health despite the obvious upper respiratory issues she was having. $300. Two days later my son was awoken in the night by her vomiting profusely and choking on her own snot. We called the Eden Prairie location when they opened in the morning trying to get her seen for antibiotics since we had just been there, and not only did they rudely disregard my plea for assistance they suggested we “take her elsewhere.” It was our hope that since she was just seen there they day before, that we could forgo additional charges since she was misdiagnosed. They never returned our call and we ended up taking them to the Savage location. She was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection for which she was given antibiotics. $80. Had she been properly taken care of to begin with we would not have incurred the additional stress and charges. I would not recommend this location. The employees are rude and dismissive, and they are more concerned with selling their bogus insurance policy than they are with the health and well being of your pet.

They were very helpful with knowledge about my pet and the vet was very kind.

There is a reason it’s the only place you can get an appointment... do your pet a favor and go to a real vet clinic

Great service and care. When our vet was scheduling out 3 months - Banfield got us in within 3 hours. Banfield is our new vet.

Great staff! Great vets! Both Docs are kind, and compassionate. I’ve been bringing my dogs here for 3 years, their elder dog care is especially good.

In the past I've been very satisfied with Banfield and their level of care, but recently when my elderly cat became ill I was informed the soonest he could be seen was a week out. I understand they are busy but an elderly ill animal can surely take some precedence over Fido's flea medicine, yeah? Ended up calling another vet and my cat was seen the next day and rushed into his appointment as soon as we arrived. May be taking him there from here on.

They had all items pulled and ready for pickup. Script for my cat ready to go. Store was clean and organized.

My first visit with them and everything went smoothly. I think with the new changes, they could have taken an extra moment to slow down in the enrollment plan for my new dog. Due to COVID-19, I do have to pay the adult price which I think is a little steep since...he was only a week or two when I enrolled him for the puppy plan. Otherwise the vet was nice & they did a follow up. My husky liked them and he didn't like the last one, so thats really what counts for me.

We saw Dr. Whitney Woelfle and absolutely love her! Incredibly intelligent, kind, compassionate, and great communicator. Extremely trustworthy and honest. The team (front office coordinator and tech) were also outstanding. Happy to have such talent close to home.

DO NOT BRING PET HERE. We brought our 15 year old Dachshund here because she was visually uncomfortable but was still able to walk and jump up on our couches. We left her there and picked her up a few hours later and all the sudden she can’t even stand on her own. Her back legs are obviously injured and she is in a lot more pain and discomfort then when we brought her in. I have no doubt in my mind that she was mistreated and ABUSED while under the care of this pet hospital. If you care about the safety of your pet, DO NOT bring them here.

Fast appointments, great pet care

They have done Ralph and I well, but not sure if he has had any problems. Affordable plans and they help me remember when to bring him in.

I love that they care for my dogs as well as I do. The customer service is amazing, and I appreciate the drop off service. Whenever I have to go to work and my pet is sick, I'm comforted knowing that I can leave her in their capable hands. Highly recommend both them and their membership program.

Eden prairie banfield has been great to work with, both my cats have been to for primary vet care and one needing mouth surgery our vet (forgot name at the moment will add when I get the chance) was very transparent and pleasant throughout.

Even with the social distancing the service is always great.

The people who handle my cat have been absolutely wonderful! The woman who answers phones however, is the most unpleasant human.

If you can have one conversation here without being upsold on (numerous) other items/actions it would be a miracle. Its like the used car salespeople of vet clinics. While I think most of us appreciate the interest in the care of our pets its over the top!

They take really nice care of the animals here. It's not the same experience as going to ma and pa vet but the are convenient and quick.

Nice enough staff but they try to upsell you too much. I felt the rooms could have been a little cleaner too.

I would highly recommend Banfield in Eden Prairie! As a nervous, first time pet owner, I have found so much comfort in the care my kitty receives Banfield. After mixing up my own appointment time and dates, Barb was still able to fit me in that same day (even though there really weren't any appointments available). The care we received from Dr. Wolfley and Melissa was outstanding! They answered countless questions and were so nice to work with. I will definitely be bringing my pets back here!
