What I liked: •The prices are reasonable. •Dr. Fields is compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. She is also flexible. I feel confident in her skills as a veterinarian. •Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. •Dr. Fields helped my cat feel better. What I disliked: •You can't go into the exam room with your pet. •The parking situation is less than ideal. I'm still giving five stars because the parking situation is not anyone's fault and the exam room situation was made up for by the fact that Dr. Fields called me and went into great detail explaining what was going on and answering all of my questions. She even prescribed a second course of antibiotics without requiring me to bring my cat back in and let me pick the prescription up at the Richfield location which was greatly appreciated. I'm happy with this gem of a clinic and would recommend them to anyone in need of reasonably priced veterinary care. All pets deserve quality veterinary care and I feel that ValueCare does their best to make it accessible by offering their services at a good rate.

Brought my Jackrussel Buddy in for teeth cleaning for half the price! They did a fabulous job! His teeth look like new and they even clipped his nails which was not expected! Very nice addition! Thanks ????

Highly recommend this clinic. Dr.Natalie so kind and caring. Xenia the vet technician so sweet and loving towards her animal patients. The front desk gentleman got me in same morning fortunately there was a cancellation. My doggie was not eating or drinking for a few days. He was placed on IV and meds to help. Very reasonable and caring Clinic. Thank you all for your compassion to our fur babies.

Had a slight emergency 15 min before they closed, all the staff where friendly and understanding, the vet did a good job helping me understand what I thought was going on. 10/10 and am considering switching them to bemy primary vet for my 3 labs. Highly reccomend to anyone

Adopted the cat from them ,the cat was bleeding, they told me like a robot to call someone else . period!

We received excellent care @ a fraction of the price for our dog's seasonal lip fold infection. Also had excellent care here a few years ago for surgical removal of small tumors. Can't say enough good things about them except wishing a clinic was closer.????‍????????????

I would highly recommend anyone that can try to get into value Care vet clinic to do it. I don't know if they're taking new clients or not but I love the doctors down there and I always feel like my dog's care is awesome

I made a appointment months ahead of time to get my kitten spayed. Everything was fine until I got a call about 2 hours later telling me to come get my cat, Because the vet went home sick . Told me to reschedule and that the next available appointment was 4 months later . I had to scramble to find another vet.

Pretty ridgid COVID protocols. Masks and you can not accompany your pet to the actual exam. I was initially pretty frustrated because when I got there they had no record of our appointment and I had to leave work mid day to get there. BUT hooray they worked us in. Prices are really what keeps us going there.

Absolutely amazing! They ALWAYS take excellent care of our animals! Everyone in this veterinarian clinic shows so much love and compassion for all animals. They go above and beyond for them and their customer service matches the care they give the animals.. We love ValueCare!! ????????????

Scheduled an appointment to have my Dog’s teeth Cleaned on April 2nd, called several times to drop him off, when they finally decided to answer the phone, I was informed that he did not have an appointment. So I rescheduled for today, April 20th. Again I was told that he did not have an appointment for today. (They told me his appointment was May 20th). I know I’m not the Brightest Bulb on the Christmas Tree, but I do know what I was told. I had enough, and called a different Vet Clinic...Problem solved!

Not well I called twice and I haven't received any call so I had to go to a different vet not very happy! And with distance from where I live it's difficult I don't drive. Not happy

I wish I could Give this place 0 stars. My dog is a rescue and has to be spayed through this vet, they have rescheduled and cancelled on me 5 times. Last month I took Her in and dropped her off to get spayed and an hour later they called me to pick her up and cancelled. She went into heat that day. I’ve also tried calling them at least 10 times today for my co worker who’s dog was just in emergency vet and needs a follow up and they will not answer their phones. Who the heck runs this place??!!!!
