Changing this to a one star, trying to charge more than what we originally discussed, very bad business practice, I will be contacting the attorney general's office and reporting your company

I brought my sick cat in. the vet tech she saw was amazing and the doctor she saw was alright. i was told that she would get better and progress but she did not. this place is extremely overpriced at best and i feel like they purposely tried to keep testing to keep the price up. unfortunately i did have to put my cat down. the doctor who did that as well as the vet tech were hands down amazing and i could genuinely feel like they were sorry. i did do a private cremation which again i feel is overpriced considering they do not do it in house and use a facility instead. when i went to pick up the ashes they were not kind and lacked some serious empathy. at the time they had my call to have them bring out the ashes when i called i told them i was here to pick up the cat and they scoffed and said “you mean her ashes” in a rude tone and then when they came out to give me her, she rolled her eyes. my cat passed 6 months ago and i am just now writing this review so that others don’t make the same mistake i did and bring their animals in.

The doctor's are top notch...I have gone there with my dogs for 13 years.

Fantastic! My poor pup was injured and they got me in right away! They contacted me the whole time even though I was in my car waiting so I felt Pom was in great hands. Really appreciate the nice service and the upfront pricing. We’ll be back!

This animal hospital got us an emergency appointment the same day. I had to call about 7 vets that day to reach this one with an opening. They were great. The only reason its not a 5 star is because when i called back the next day it took a while for a tech or vet to get back to us. They are super busy with lots of sick animal and normal appointments. I would recommend them highly.

The doctor was amazing and very helpful, but assistant with blonde hair was very rude didn’t explain anything and didn’t even know the free WiFi password, and then asked me if it was really necessary when the reason for asking was to see what my insurce covers. Felt very disrespected.

At first we had AWESOME experience with this clinic. The last time our "gentle giant" went in for a check-up, he was extremely nervous and the vet asked me to sedate him and bring him back the following Monday. When we arrived the old lady who greeted us at the door refused entry to me (they said they don't allow people in the clinic for a check-up, even though I was with him in the exam room 3 days prior), would not allow me to speak with management, the vet or the vet tech. As a result, we refused to pay the bill since we were forced to go to another clinic and now the owner, Kari Wittmer, served us papers in court for the amount owing. Unless they were to fire this old lady who served as the "gatekeeper", I would not recommend ANYONE using this clinic. Their actions on this day showed the lack of concern they had for our animal and the disdain for their customers. Bad, bad, bad!!!! See you in court, Andover Animal Hospital!!!!!

All of my animals in my adult life have been brought here and I’ve always received the best from them. Recently I brought my kitty Harley here, who is just shy of a year old, who had extremely large masses on two of her mammary glands. I had thought maybe it was accidental kittens and the techs thought so too until they felt the lumps. The techs and Vet had no idea what was wrong with her, they ended up consulting with several other vets and a specialist to try and figure out what was wrong. All of these amazing people stayed past their open hours and even moved around their schedules to fit her in for surgery the next morning. We found out she has an extremely rare condition afterwards and was going to be okay. I am so incredibly thankful for all the above and beyond work they put in to making sure she was okay. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you all <3

Dr. Kuan was friendly and explained why we should do the recommended testing. Offered a less expensive alternative.

I have brought all three of my animals to this animal hospital. They are the best. Staff is very friendly. And I feel they genuinely care about the animals and not just trying to charge you an arm and a leg. Very upfront with pricing.

There's a reason we travel completely out of our way to come here. The staff, vet techs - always accommodating and awesome. And Dr. Witmer is literally the best in the business. Couldn't ask for more.

Even though I live 30+ minutes from here, I would go anywhere else. They were so great and helpful when he had to put our kitty down, very accommodating

Our dog Boomer has been going to AAH since he was a puppy 4 years ago. We are so happy with the wonderful care he has been given. Everyone is friendly, caring and receptive to our needs. We’re lucky to have such a great place for Boomers care.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff were very helpful and answered all questions I had about my dog Kara. The wellness plan they offer is a great deal and the building was clean and modern. I would highly recommend to anyone living in the area.

I love this place! Best Vet team I've ever been to. I relocated to another city, and travel 60 miles round-trip to have my cats in their care.

They were very good with my cat jack .i really liked how they cared for my cat he is my family member

Care of the animals is great. They will try to nickel and dime you. Communication on the kitten plan needs improvement. Never on time. If you are 10 minutes late they will make you reschedule even though you would've waited 30 min past your appt time anyways. We will be finding a different vet for sure.

They took such good care of my kitty! Reasonable prices. Vet followed up by phone a few days later.

Wasn't my favorite choice, but they have great staff.
