Bless these people who work at the Wyandotte AnimaL Hospital.. My Pet passed before I got her to the Clinic..... I can't say enough about how caring and Kind they were. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH.

I made an appointment here a month ago for my cat to be groomed today. It was to be a sedated groom. I called prior to my appointment during the week to make sure I had all the proper documentation needed for this grooming. I was quoted a price between $120 to $145. When I got there at 830am, she said they had to charge for extra blood work and that I was miss quoted on The Grooming price originally. The Grooming was around $200 actually and the extra blood work would be an extra $55! They said their receptionist is new and probably made a mistake. Meanwhile my cat is very badly matted and in need of a groomer. I could have found him a responsible groomer weeks ago! Would not recommend this place because they are not reliable! Waste of my time! Took morning off for nothing. And still have to find a groomer! After the way this was handled, I am relieved to know my cat will not be in their care actually. Just annoyed that I have to find somebody else that I can hopefully trust with my pet. Now its not about the price...its about the professionalism.

The staff was very helpful and took great care to keep me informed. Due to Covid-19, I had to remain in my car while my dogs were examined. The examines (2 dogs) were completed expeditiously and I was very happy with the remedy for my Boston terrier.

Hate the wait and form of communication due to covid but it has to be done, I guess

My dog hurt himself and calling Wyandotte Animal Hospital they got me in as soon as possible. Once there the communication between the office personnel and the doctor was excellent. The doctor even called me later in the day to clarify some questions I had. I've been going to this office for quite a few years and I have never had a bad experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better staff on one of the hardest days of mine and my beloved pet's life. Thank you fom the bottom of my heart.

I love the vet that we have. Doctor Poindexter is a great vet and a good person. He's very good with my dog too. The only issue I have is not being able to go with her inside to the exam room, it's very unnerving having to wait in the car while they examine her. The doctor and staff are all good people. Only thing I don't like is having to wait in the car.

Called last week to make an appointment for my dog when she stopped eating, was told that since she hadn’t been there in a while she would be a new patient(she has never been to another vet). Was further told that they are not taking new patients at this time. This was the last straw for me. They couldn’t squeeze our geriatric cat in when she was slowly dying. Constant issues getting my other dogs seizure medication. I have pulled all my animals and will not be recommending them to anyone. The only reason for the two stars is because I really liked Dr Crawshaw.

They were the only vet that would get us in last year during Covid as a new patient, even giving me a surgical slot to get our dog in to be seen for an exam for his infection. They have also been patient while we decided further treatment for his allergies, never pushing anything.

Started taking my kitty here and they are super friendly and handled him so nicely. I found my new vet and recommend this place to anyone looking for new vet. Cost was pretty good and the staff and vet was very knowledgeable. Thank you for taking such good care of my buddy. Update: Puck has grown into such a playful and loving kitty! Sorry this is so late, but thank you so much for taking care of my Princess Lucy. My vet was closed because of Covid. She got very sick and you saved her life. The office called a day or two later to check on her and it meant a lot to me. I can’t thank you enough. She is doing great!

They were great had my dog in and out in no time

Two years ago or so my dog had these little pimples on her paws. I called the vet just to ask about them, they said bring her in. So I bring her in and they all tell me this is completely normal idk why they had you come in. The vet walks in, looks at her for about 5 seconds and says yep they're normal, she's fine. Leaves. That was the whole visit. I thought this was strange but after hearing what they've done to some other people (many who are older and don't online review) I thought I better at least post my experience. They essentially try to squeeze extra appointments and fees out of people. I'm not the only one who has had to come in for nothing. I absolutely have the right vet. My boyfriend always made the appointments in his name.

I'd go back there anytime. There do gentle, kind n caring of your baby ur pet and your feelings. I had to put my baby down of 12 years and it's the hardest thing I have had to ever do. I cryied all the way home and still crying!! They gently handle my ms Peanut ???? ???? ???? very reasonable price. Give them a call. Wyandotte animal hospital is great.

Unable to reach our own veterinarian, we reached out to Wyandotte Animal Hospital when our dog, Oscar became ill. Oscar was seen very quickly, and is now on the mend. ???? The doctor and the entire staff were friendly and caring. We couldn't be more pleased.

I brought my dog in for a double ear infection and her yearly shots and I paid over $400 for everything. After her appointment they told me to bring her back in 2 weeks to ensure that the ear infections had gone away with the medicine that they gave her. 2 weeks went by and I could tell that her ear infection had gone away, she hasn't scratched her ears and the smell had gone away. But of course they told me to bring her in and so I did. When they were about to bring my dog out to me they called to let me know it would be $36. I asked what this charge was for and they told me a re check up fee? I paid over $400 2 weeks ago and now I have to pay another $40 to make sure you did your job correctly 2 weeks prior? This doesnt make sense to me. I questioned the lady I spoke to because no one ever told me that to bring her back there would be a fee and she said that there is always a re check up fee. In that case I would not have brought her back, because I knew her ear infections had gone away. This seems fishy to me, and has made me lose trust with Wyandotte Animal Hospital. You've lost a life long customer, and I will make sure to let everyone that has fur babies know to watch for slap in the face fees from this vet. See ya.

My own vet couldn’t fit my sweetheart in and recommended Wyandotte. Wyandotte was so kind on the phone and made her an appointment that day. From the time I called, from the time they brought her back out to me, they were communicative, listened, and seemed to care very well for my cat. You can tell they really care about your pet.

All the doctors, techs, groomers and associates genuinely care about your pet. Their prices are moderate and they make you aware of any discount you can use. That’s very helpful with two dogs! I was recommended by a friend and I would recommend them as well.
