I’ve been taking my dog here for years and he always comes home happy and handsome.

They are the greatest! Connie, also is soO knowledgeable about an immense variety of doggie issues pertaining to the health of our fur babies. She has had a long career in grooming, as well as showing doggies professionally.

NEVER NEVER NEVER go there if you want to see your pet looking as you requested it. We took our little girl there and she has not been the same since. Not only did they shear ALL her hair off ( and only a trim was requested), but they kept her there for 9 HOURS. Wish I had read the reviews before we took her there.

I am so disappointed in this business. Third time they’ve scheduled an appointment and cancelled without calling me. I waste more time driving there to be turned away than actually using them. No apology or offer to reschedule. I tried to give a local business owner another chance, but hard to justify when the same issues happen.

Cancels appointments without notice, no apology. Very poor customer service.

Today was our first experience going to get my puppy Paris Renae cut and the experience was GREAT! and it did not smell at all, the groomers were all welcoming and I felt comfortable leaving my puppy there for the first time, she is 4 mos. old, a mini teddy bear Mal/Shi no scars or cuts on her at all, they stated she did very well with being bath and trimmed, well maybe that's because I have bath and trimmed her myself, maybe that is why she did so well. We have taken our dogs to Trim Shop for 16 years. The first mini poodle loved going there and our second mini poodle runs in and can't wait to get groomed! They are the best! I would never go anywhere else! The doggie comes home looking like a show-dog and smelling so good!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! THEY WILL HURT YOUR PET. I went there last week and my dog hasn't been acting the same since. I've found scabs on the side of his private area and he has been walking crooked as well. They were not friendly and it smells awful in there. They also took 4 hours to complete. And I paid $45 for nothing ,because they barely groomed his feet.There were hairs sticking out and they didn't even groom his face. I'm taking him to the vet to find out what's wrong and I will update my review once I find out. They should NOT be in business!

I've been taking my dogs to Connie and Steve for at least 20 years. The care they get is amazing. They love going there and have never been hesitant going through the door. If your dog doesn't like a groomer he will fight you or pull back at the door. Our dogs have always loved going. We had a standing appointment every other Tuesday for years. We recently had to put our dog down but when we get another he will most definitely be going to the Trim Shop for grooming.
