The guy cashier was rude they need to get females back on the cashiers

Payed $200 for new clippers, just to find they're used. Dog hair inside of it and everything. They seem to work fine, and i'm not against buying used, but I am against being lied to.

Great experience would highly recommend this to all friends and family. Great atmosphere and setting.

The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions about the fishes and fish tank.

Great people, great service, great products...what more does a pet owner need?? Nothing! I love taking my little buddy to the salon...everyone is so upbeat and happy to see my little Moose that I'm smiling all the way home. Melissa is an excellent groomer and is always happy to see Moose...and he her! It's a well run fun place to visit.

I love this store. Always neat, organized, friendly and stocked. Prices are reasonable. Aisles are wide enough for pets to walk. The pets for sell are very well taken care of. I have seen birds, hamsters, many tanks of different varieties of fish, small reptiles, chinchillas, feeder fish. Also, a foundation/organization that represents cats and kittens to get rehomed. They have Pet Grooming, veterinary services, hotel services. I use the grooming all the time. Nice, neat and clean. Lately very busy! So far the earliest I got my dog in was 2 weeks out. They cut the way you want. They have examples of the cut lengths to help if needed. Parking can get hectic because the store next to them tries to park at PetSmart instead of their exercising parking area. There is a large variety of stores in this corner of the street. Wonderful store.

I bought my sec betta over there , and he is suffering SBD, I do not want return him because if I do he will dead for sure ! The store abuse betta fishes there has many dead and so many sick , because the water was so dirty , nobody even care about them at all ! It makes me upset !

Awesome daycare for my cattle dog puppy. John, Karolyn, Mark and the rest of the Troy Camp Crew are fantastic. From their warm greetings, to the service provided to me and Chocolate Chip, to all the training, fun events and activities and all the awesome friends at camp. My puppy is so happy. I strongly recommend coming in and checking them out. Troy Petsmart is near I75, Rochester Road and Big Beaver, excellent location. The price and space are perfect as well. Love seeing Karolyn's smile and John's conversations about how energetic my pup is.

Clean, easy to navigate. Line was quite long to check out as only one cashier. Otherwise nice visit.

good products DA BIRD cat toy is the FAVORITE AMONG ALL CATS, IF you think you're cat has just lost interest in playing or is lazy or just 0 whatever your opinion might be. Haha HANDS down 100% OF THE TIME it works Everytime with every cat. The feathers attached to the fishing type pole move/spin in a way that sounds like a real bird and it moves like a real bird too. My cats GO NUTS ALWAYS AND EVERY FRIEND'S CAT rescue, adopted, temporary, pretty sitting cat as well. GET ONE

Highly satisfied! Julie groomed my 3 month old Sheepadoodle to perfection! I could tell she loved dogs, and my pup loved her back! She listened to all my concerns and requests and my Sheepadoodle is ready for the summer sun! It was his first groom and he does not seem traumatized at all. We’ll be back for more grooming appointments. Thanks Julie!

Store was clean, friendly employee-cashier. Unfortunately, shelves were not fully stocked. Only found 1of the items needed.

This petsmart was clean, staff were nice and knowledgeable and even helped me pick out the best food, treats, and toys for our guinea pigs.

Good selection and extremely helpful staff.
