Rossoni Animal Hospital Taylor, Michigan

We had our Cavalier King Charles in for his first visit today. We switched from a corporate vet chain to Rossoni. What a breath of fresh air, the doctor and staff was friendly and accommodating. Pricing was much more reasonable that our previous vet and we feel that we got much better care!

UPDATE: my dog got a vaccine on saturday and was back on monday with internal and external bleeding. Was referred to an emergency vet for a transfusion when I called to confirm with the emergency vet they said the transfusion really wouldn't help and that they wouldn't diagnose him. I ended up going to Blue Pearl and they said the initial referral was odd as Rossoni should have known that a transfusion only would have helped for a few hours and my dog could have died. Questioning what he was given since he never had issues after a vaccine before. Also when I took my other dog there to get her rabies we waited over an hour and they never brought my receipt so I left. When I had them mail the receipt it showed she had received her DHPP not rabies - she had just had her dhpp a month prior. When I opened a case with the state Rossoni claimed it was just a clerical error. I won't trust them with anything again. On multiple occasions I've brought my dogs in at their appointment times ON THE DOT....and waited almost an hour for them to even come get my dog(s)....for something that took less than 10 minutes!! This last time I was still waiting for my receipt when I finally said forget it and left. Appointment time 5:45p finally got my dog at 6:35p...6:50 still waiting for a receipt and left. Absolutely unacceptable - why should I leave work early and rush there for that?!! Clearly not too concerned about clients/customers. When i got my receipt a few week later it showed that they had given my dog her DHPP (AGAIN) not her rabies. When I opened a case with the state they then followed up and said it was a clerical error. I don't know if i trust them.

We've been clients for many years. Dr. S is caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. His staff members are the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were extremely busy and it was raining, they were behind schedule almost an hour and a half, other than that they were good.

The first call was little confusing but everyone in the hospital is very kind and professional

Especially pet friendly. Staff is Great, not sure if they're pricey, I only take my pets here. If this Pandemic was so prevalent so you can't go inside until they free up exam rm. Which difficult for older dogs in this heat waiting outside.

Having your pet get injured is alway traumatic. But the staff at Rossini’s went above and beyond in helping me out with my lab who broke his leg at 3 months old. Cheryl was such a help, she was patience and kind. The staff of vet techs are amazing. We have been taking our pets here for over 20 years and 3 dogs! The poor lady who answers the phone needs a helper. She always has to put you on hold when I call. She is friendly and nice but you can tell she is super busy. My only complaint is sometime you can’t get an appointment for several weeks and I have had to take my pet somewhere else to have them seen. But this is just because they are so great, they have too many patients.

My dog is very shakey and nervous and is always treated gently. They are so kind here, very calming environment they go above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable.

Wait times are getting ridiculous. Waiting for and hour is too stressful on my animals. If your that far behind they should reschedule. It's only common courtesy.

During covid, service has been great. We took our Pomerian, Benny there for the first time. For his first office visit. And it was wonderful ????

I have been going to this animal clinic for over 18yrs they are the best they take very good care of your animal and the price is not ridiculous.

Over a 7 hr wait in car to do urinalysis and prescribe meds. No firm diagnoses. Unacceptable! Dr was short and rude.

Had appointment today even tho you have to do it curbside the staff was very nice and helpful and the doctor took the time to call me and make sure I didn't have any questions I really appreciated the whole experience

Just was there to do some repairs but the vet and staff were very friendly.

They where kind to my distress and lose of my pet/son and best friend Kaleb of 10 years. I appreciate their care and attention in the time I needed it.
