Some staff should actually be re-educated. The vets are fine but allow some staff to say things like "well how much is on your card, do you have enough to pay" after I handed her my card. Who does that? A little respect goes a long way. I'll be going somewhere else. I suggest you do too. Goshen takes exotics and the staff there is respectful. Going down hill.

This is the only place we take our two dogs! The staff is very caring and loving to our pets.

Zoe has had a lot of health problems and when she suddenly seemed in pain Dr. Chastain was very sweet and thorough with her. We left knowing that he had looked at everything and he personally called the next day to give her blood results to me. So appreciative!

I love these folks! Very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable too. Our cocker spaniel had a back injury a few years ago and without the quick help and advice from AHofS we would not have brought him back. They are very kind to our "patient" and have answers to our questions - 5 stars for sure!

Started taking my 2 cats here since moving to Indiana. The girls are so sweet and deal with my angry kitten like pros.

Dr. Jamie Stover and her staff are exceptional with "bed side manner" resolving medical needs in a friendly, professional manner. Dr. Stover treats our dogs as if they were her own and is tireless in finding solutions that are best for our fur-babies. She and her staff are one - of-a- kind!! :)

I would go no where else in Kosciusko County. They're the best!

My first time there. The wait was 40 minutes but they were super busy. Vet was kind, compassionate and thorough. Fair prices!

Update: They have gotten much better about answering their phones and I haven’t had this issue again now for about a year. Original: Great veterinarian. The problem I have is they don't answer their phones nearly enough. Whether on another call or what who knows, but I've had to go to NIVES twice for this exact reason. Then I get a call hours later. They should have at least 2 people answering calls. And maybe they do, but it's still an issue. Other than that, they are a great clinic.

Dr Jamie Stover and nurse Haley were absolutely wonderful, so kind and caring to me and my 15-year-old cat Gracie!!???? They both listened to my concerns and explained thoroughly the tests they would do and the plan going forward!! Their love for people and animals made my day !!???? Their knowledge and kindness make them a great asset to the Animal Hospital of Syracuse, IN!!???? The whole staff is always helpful and I highly recommend this Animal Hospital to everyone!!☺️

I have taken my cat here for 2 years for his annual check up and shots, I won't take him anywhere else, because the Vet and staff here treat him with such care and concern and they treat me with respect! Thank you Animal hospital of Syracuse!☺️

I love all the staff at Syracuse and have never had a bad experience. They take great care of my foster kittens as well as our own cats and dogs, with love and patience.

AMAZING vet, knows how to handle large/GIANT breeds very well! Rogue (Rottweiler/Italian Mastiff) started out here a few years ago and her 1st visit, she lunged at the receptionist out of fear and they still managed to make our experience wonderful! Letting them work on her at a SAFE distance and muzzled at first, kept ALL of us safe. We got her training and surgery for her knees and it has been almost 6 months of NO MUZZLE! The vets love her and treat her and us with love and respect. She is a new dog!

The people at the Animal Hospital of Syracuse are simply awesome. They squeezed my dog in even though they had a very full schedule. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable and the Doctor is top shelf. They truly care about your pet.

Poor Giovanni got a fish hook lodged in his mouth when he thought the lure was a toy. He needed surgery to remove two barbs from a fish hook from his jowly mouth, after we cut the hook out. AHSyracuse got him in right away and took great care of him. Thank you for being there for us whenever we need you!

The vet here does not know how to handle large breed dogs that get stressed when going to the vet due to bad experiences from past vets. When we tried explaining The reason for his behavior all she did was talk over us and tell us he is the worst dog that she has ever been around. the rest of the staff is very nice but the vet is rude.
