Lora did an excellent job on my senior dog's nails and teeth. She was very thorough and fast! The staff is always efficient and courteous to both me and my pet. Their prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my pet's grooming needs. Thanks Bubbles N Barks ????!

I have been taking my 2 pups to Bubbles n Barks for several years now, and it’s the only place I recommend my customers to go too as well. The ladies there are awesome. My dogs look brand new when I pick them up. Friendly staff, responsive when needing to book appointments. I highly recommend Bubbles.

The last couple of times I have took my dog to Bubbles and Bark it has been BAD and RUDE no customer service at all don't think I will be going back.

My fur baby has gone here for several years. Never a disappointment. Now I have another grand dog and she’s 7 months and about to start her grooming Journey with Barks and Bubbles. Highly recommended!!

Jenna has been my groomer for 6 years now! She takes very good care of my pack of 4, with all different breeds and personalities. This is a hidden gem! People also have to understand that groomers have a hard job. Half the time when people think their dogs are good at groomers, those are the ones who act the worst SOMETIMES! I will always keep coming back

Do not take your pet to this groomer in St. Clair Shores. This was our first time and we will never go back. Our very mild mannered golden retriever wears a gentle leader, which is basically just a collar that goes around the neck and nose. IT IS NOT A MUZZLE. Unbeknownst to me, when my husband dropped off our dog, he asked if they knew how to put on a gentle leader. It isn't rocket science but it helps if someone shows you. They assured him they did. When I arrived to pick up our pup, the receptionist went back to get my dog. When he saw me, he began to pull on the leash. It was clear that the collar was on wrong and that my dog was being choked by the way the collar was put on. When I asked the receptionist to let go of the leash, she did, and my dog walked calmly toward me. I took of the collar off and then offered to show them how to put it on correctly. (There were three women in the room.) Another woman, apparently the manager or owner, told me that "they did not need to know how to put it on correctly," and to "not bother showing them." When I again offered, adding so that another dog was not choked, she told me, again, not to bother. I said fine, and offered that I was sure to include this in my FB review. She then told me, "We don't care what you put on facebook, we are booked out for months." I said that was great, but that people would like to know how customers were treated. She then stated that I would not be welcomed back and before I had a chance to respond that I would not be coming back, this woman instructed the receptionist to, "call the police." At which point the receptionist picked up the phone apparently intending to call the police. I added that I had done nothing to warrant calling the police. I then signed the credit card receipt and left. The customer service was awful. At no time did I raise my voice, use profanity, or treat this woman with disrespect. I honestly thought that it would be helpful for someone in the pet care industry to know how to properly put on a gentle leader collar. If this is how she cares for a pet while someone is watching, imagine what she does behind closed doors.

When I picked up my cat after being groomed she was lethargic, and would not eat for more than a day. When the groomer came from the back to speak to me the cat through herself at the front of the carrier and tried to attack her. In five years with her previous groomer nothing like that ever happened. She told me my cat had been aggressive, which makes me question her ability and what she did to remedy the situation. Many cats are difficult to groom, but the groomer should have the skill to work through these situations. I just hope she didn't become physically abusive towards my cat.

The girls here take such good care of my pooch, she is a 15 year old lab mix and they are so gentle with my old girl Sadie. Always been happy with the service here.

I’m giving B&B 2 Stars strictly based off the immature ppl that work there. I absolutely loved our groomer Shauna,(her communication sucks) but the high school chatter & judgment is what I’m annoyed with. This is a business that provides a service, your personal opinion of the customer should not matter. I’ve asked the staff multiple times to book my dog for a standing Saturday at the same time. This leaves room for no confusion! For some reason no1 could seem to do that. My groomer “Shauna” was upset with me(I guess after fitting me In) instead of dealing with the staff whose job is to book appts! In life their will be cancellations, emergency’s… which I’m ok with paying any fees etc. that may occur. Instead of my groomer getting to the bottom of the problem, she confronted me saying I’m rude to the staff (when they mess up) I’m rude and “unappreciative” when I ask how long will it be before my dog is finished (after 5 hours) I guess because I was a “fit in” I’m not allowed. I was falsely accused of cussing out a receptionist (immature lies) because “in house chatter” was taking place. I’d always greet the girls, I talked with my groomer and expressed I was thankful. I gave her free range to do whatever she wanted to do with my dog. I Say All this to say! If you find any fault with the staff at B&B just know they are judging you & They will stick together like high schoolers! I was told by my groomer that’s she would know longer service my dog! I was totally blown away and took off guard. I’ve never seen a place of business that’s so focused on the wrong stuff! Maybe that’s why the appts couldn’t be made! This is what it all boils down 2! I’m happy to see that my groomer didn’t value my dollar since I was so disposable. On the other hand, we appreciated her. High school behavior! “Cultural differences.” Oh they referred me to Grosse Pointe. My “rudeness” would be welcomed there!

How they treat their workers is horrible, they are poorly managed and have a very toxic work environment. I do not suggest anyone work here if they do not have to. If I could rate one star I would. Very unprofessional I will not be coming back here.

Wonderful and patient staff. My dog had some trauma from his first grooming with Petco so it made for a bad first experience with bubbles and barks but the ladies eases his fear and was able to groom my baby.

some crazy groomer there did my dogs nails one side at a time. she dremeled half the nail vertically so that on the other half it was still as long as before she started. then she did that half. this resulted in 4 bleeding nails cuz she cut the quick. my dog"s quick is easy to see but she wasn't even watching. I hadn't had any nail trimming probs there till this woman. short, older, dark long hair, chubby. do NOT leave your dog with her!

I took my Shih Tzu in for a grooming and asked for a teddy bear cut around the face and clean shave along her bottom and paws. I got my dog back with loose hair everywhere as if the groomer cut the hair and did not try to brush/ blow away the access hair. Also, her cut is extremely "choppy". The fur looks as if someone just randomly cut patches out of her fur. The tip of her tail has a blunt cut on the tip. The cut overall is very messy and uneven. There is no way I am taking her back to that place. Oh and the staff (cashiers) were not friendly or welcoming at all being that it was my dogs first visit.

If you want friendly professional service..Bubbles and Barks is it..took my new Maltese/mixed for a cut and he looks awesome..didn't get the groomers name but she did a great job..5stars on this visit
