Had all I needed and was easy to find.

On January 2nd, I took my 4 month old Snoodle for his first groom. I adopted him from the Humane Shelter, so he needed extra patience, which I told to Kelsey, who was to give him a puppy cut. They kept him in a cage for 2 hours before Kelsey even tried to cut him. She quit halfway thru his cut. When I picked him up, he had bare spots, shaved to his skin, ragged in other areas, he was a complete DISASTER. I do NOT recommend her to anyone!!!!!!!

Our fur babies get their grooming here. They do a great job and seem well trained. It's much cleaner than pet supplies plus (where my dog caught a bug that almost killed him then spread to every other dog in the house, a month of vet visits to clear up that plague. Never again) This store has everything you need for any pet.

The staff is wonderful. In a busy, stressful season they are kind and helpful. When they got busy at checkout, they immediately opened another line. Made it easy for me to get in and out.

Good place to go and my dog is very relaxed my dog food and my Fish food there

We found everything we were looking for.

Morgon the groomer is good but she always tries to get out of plucking my dog's ears if they give her any problems

Got what we needed and they are usually have it in stock.

Always friendly service, even when they are out of a lot of products right now. Had no Purina foods I needed.

Staff is usually helpful. Not always knowledgeable, but they try. To me, they are a little over-priced, but most chain stores are.

This was my first time in, and I only needed one thing. The store was nice and clean. The clerk at the register was very nice. I will go back again.

If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered online and money was processed and taken from my account. After 4 days went by and no order and no refund, I talked to the Manager. He told me that it was a petsmart issue and he couldn't do anything. I explained my frustration but the manager started to raise his voice at me and said he felt he was being attacked then he started attacking my job and me. I never raised my voice once just stated how upset I was and anyone would be to not have their order or money. I will never go back here and I have 3 dogs and 7 cats that I feed hard and soft food.

Wish they had a bigger variety of conure foods. The Higgins brand or supreme with the vegetables fruits and nuts and no seeds. The daily blend of all the nutrients that they need. Seeds are not good for conures. Need more variety of healthy blend with fruits and vegetables and bigger bags.

The employees are great, I would give five stars but the prices are extremely high and I can't consider any pet store perfect if it doesn't cater to every animal.... I've so far been unable to feed two of my snakes because of this store. Live feeder mice and tadpoles should be sold here. If you're coming here and looking for decent prices on great products look for "Thrive". This is one of my favorite brands here

Store is always clean. Staff is usually very helpful.

I go all the time to get stuff for my pets. Last time I went we bought a large heavy item and the staff helped us load it into the car. They were also all very friendly and asked about our pets.

I went into the store to see the fish selection. I was greeted by an employee in the aquatics department. While I'm browsing a couple of the employees were standing around talking (not work related) instead of netting out multiple dead fish throughout. I think the employees should focus on working. Social hour shouldn't take place on company time.

Had really stuff for Halloween

Would be nice if their inventory on-line matched what their actual inventory

A couple staff were not 2 friendly kinda rude

Avoid taking your small dogs for nail trimming at the grooming salon. They are not trained and I have spent hundreds trying to correct the damage they did cutting a nerve. I Repeat...avoid the salon for nail trimming, it will end up costing you and your pet aloft of anguish.

Best place for your dog bath and supplies!

Cashier helped us save with the puppy package guide
