Great staff. Great approach to training. Love the interactive approach. Not sure where they fit in on the price related to other places....and i don't care....because this place does a great job. The people there love dogs, and my dog can't wait to get there! Thank you guys, you have exceeded expectations

Great staff and super convenient! My dog loves going here. Normally she has anxiety about being dropped off places and she is always so excited to go to Camp Bow Wow and that is what you hope for in a doggie day care!

My dog has been coming here 4 years, 4 days ago I made a reservation for my dog to stay the week while we take our family trip to Florida. That same exact day I booked I was told that my dog was booked for the stay an all set. Now today it’s time to drop our dog off so we can head to the airport and I was told my dog was not able to stay because she wasn’t up to date on her vaccinations. I had no heads up or nothing at the booking that my dog needed vaccines because if I did I would’ve had a week to get her up to date. I was so furious neither of the so call managers were any help and after explaining my frustrations to Tobi I was called by his manager who put blame on us saying it’s our part to keep her up to date. But why book a dog knowing that they are not up to date on there vaccines. I’m so furious we had 45 minutes to find someone to take care of a 100lb dog and make it to the airport. Thankfully my neighbor saw me crying and frustrated and was willing to watch her while we gone. I’m so mad and so irritated and we will not be bringing our dog back there!!! Instead of putting blame on the owner and apology and accountability from there staff would’ve been appreciated!

I took my pup for his “interview” the other day, and that was our first time using any type of day care/boarding service. I loved that I could watch him on the webcams from the Camp Bow Wow app. It made me feel comfortable that I could just check in whenever I wanted. The staff was super friendly as well, and that makes such a difference! We are going to be boarding him for 10 days, and it makes me feel much better to know that he’s in safe hands and will enjoy his stay!

People were very friendly and my Pomsky, Skylar, loved it!

My dogs LOVE going to camp! I have one dog in the big dog room and one in the small dog room, and I love being able to watch them on the live cameras during my work day. They both start jumping and whining with excitement when we turn down the street that Camp Bow Wow is on! Strongly recommend :)

Interview visit went well. Facility appeared to be nice & clean. Staff was very friendly and seemed to be having fun with the pups. I enjoyed watching him on the web-cams

We always know Nash is well cared for when he stays at Camp Bow Wow in Shelby Twp, and he loves going there! That's why we have returned again and again for about 5 years now. We're also grateful to Jackie for recommending a vet when he was in need of vaccine boosters and we couldn't get him in to our usual doctor. Dr. Cameron and his staff were so kind to me and to Nash. Thank you!

Boarded my dog during my wedding weekend and failed to read the reviews beforehand. Do not make the mistake I made. When I came to pick up I noticed something was very off about my pup. He was sluggish and had a terrible cough. No one even mentioned he had been coughing at pick up. I thought maybe he was excited to see me and my wife, but at about 2am he started wheezing and reverse inhaling. To make matters worse, all 24-hour vets were at capacity. I partly blame myself for his sickness because I took a 4 star rating at face value without reading reviews. I have taken my dog to a few camp bowwow locations and there seemed to be something off about this one. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to the trusted brand name. As kennel cough and canine flu has been a recurring issue at this location, you'd think they would have improved their cleaning protocols and identified the root cause of the numerous infections. The lack of professionalism and mental anguish I am currently experiencing listening to my dog cough, gag, and dry heave during the early hours of the morning with nothing I can do for at least 6 hours is most unsatisfactory. $480 vet bill to find the cause of my puppy's terrible sickness. Not the experience I hoped foe on my wedding week. Took them almost 2 weeks to actually connect with me and told me they wouldn’t do anything to make it right because it’s not their responsibility. If this was a regular sickness like kennel cough or canine flu I’d be fine, but the fact the vet sent a panel to Cornell University because they have no clue what is wrong with my dog is absurd. The owners frankly don’t care about the dogs or customers.

We use CBW for boarding. I like that my dog is in a safe environment. She gets to play with other dogs during the day and enjoy just being a dog! I like that you can see how your dog is doing on the cameras too!

The staff if very friendly at Camp Bow Wow. All I have to do is pull my dogs collars out and they get so excited. They know they are going to doggie day care! I like that you can watch them throughout the day. I love that the staff in the room interact with all the dogs instead of just standing there.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. My dog loves the attention the handlers in the play area give her...Overall pleasant experience.

We take our med-sized geriatric pup to Bow Wow for doggy daycare and he loves it! He only goes once/week on Sat or Sun (it's also a cheaper rate) for just a half day to socialize him and lift his spirits. The staff are friendly and professional and treat our pup very well! We watch the play yard camera and the dogs are well behaved and our pup always looks super happy! We live about 12 miles away and find that it's worth the time and investment bc our pup's mood and socialization has significantly improved. We also use the groomer at Bow Wow and she does a great job too.

My baby is taken care of now matter what, I never have to worry. These rockstars love my superhero????♥️ Our groomer, Christina... Stellar????

I have taken my dog for daycare twice so far and I have had great experiences both times. I love watching my dog on the webcams. The workers always appear to be very attentive to the dogs.

My shorkiepoo has never really been around other dogs or other people besides immediate family. The counselors there were kind and patient to me as it was hard for me to leave her. And spend time with her as she preferred the counselors to the campers :) I like the flexibility for drop off as needed and I can't wait to watch her become more social and make friends.

My dog really enjoyed her day at Camp Bow Wow and I loved being able to check in on her via the webcams. Made me feel very secure in leaving her there. She had a blast! I'm considering setting up a day or two a month for her just to have a chance to play with other dogs of her own size. I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!

Jasper stayed here for 10 days and they took very good care of him and I was able to check on him every day on the web cam in the day camp area

The people here know my dog as soon as we walk in and are almost as happy to see him as he is to see them. You know you can trust a place when a dog puts their slober of approval on it. My dog loves coming here and always gets so excited when we pull onto the street.
