Professional establishment, very clear with all the details to get my pup in his top shape. The entire staff was extremely friendly and took care as a priority. Glad to have them close by!

I seriously am in love with this vet practice. This was my first time there and my cat was having some stomach issues. They didn’t dismiss me, like some vets maybe do, but they really listened to me & came up with a care plan. Every question or concern I had, the vet throughly explained his answers & was just overall a wonderful person. The technicians were lovely too! I plan on recommending this place to all my friends.

The only place I will take my animals. They are amazing and really took care of me when I lost my cat to FIP last year. They also diagnosed her right away when my previous vet was charging me thousands in tests. They only had to look at her bloodwork and knew what was going on. Can’t recommend them enough!

Hartrick is amazing! Clean, friendly, and, professional. They have taken exceptional care of my 18 year old cat and my new kitten. Even when I had an emergency with my senior cat and they couldn’t fit me in, they referred me to another clinic that could. Affordable and they don’t try to sell you on unnecessary services. Would strongly recommend :)

Clean facility. Staff is friendly. Saw Dr. Syed whom I would recommend anyone to see if their pet is sick as he explained my cat’s condition well. Would recommend anyone to go if their pet is sick or needs a checkup!

I ordered my 12 year old diabetic dogs insulin on Friday in order to get on Monday because it was running very low. I was not contacted by the vet to see that it was declined... I had to find out from Walmart when I checked online. Come to find out Monday the vet declined the refill because they haven't checked his levels since January (10 months ago)... I explained that he was completely out of insulin and needed it. They said to make an apt. to get his blood sugar checked before they could refill... so to be clear they refused to give him the medicine he needed to literally survive until they scheduled an apt to check now his extremely skewed levels. I finally convinced them to refill it with an agreement to make an apt to check him after. They did not order it that day.... They apparently had difficulty making the order which again they did not tell me until I contacted them for a third time to find out where his meds were... He has now gone 4 whole days without his medication. In short we are switching to a competent vet who can communicate better.

Very nice new office. Was in and out with my pet faster than my previous vet. Dr Brown was very friendly and helpful. Prices seemed reasonable compared to other places.

After 25 years this clinic has lost our business. Called to make appt. for sick dog and was told they are booked for the next 4 days. Beware, this is not the clinic of past years!

I took my puppy here from my neighbor recommendation and I have found them really nice When I had a concern they squeezed my pup a visit so we she can be checked rapidly Michelle and Kayla are the best on the phone and Dr, Syed is very good

Excellent service and responsiveness. Every time we have communicated via email they have provided a detailed response within the hour. Their availability is limited but they are prompt on informing you if an appointment opens up. The service from the care providers is excellent. My dog is very nervous when she goes to the vet and they always do a great job in managing her skittishness. Cameron is great with my dog and always manages to put her at ease when he greets us at the door. Dr. Reed is excellent working with my dog and really goes the extra mile with listening to all of our questions explaining everything in Layman’s terms. We would recommend Hartrick to anyone in the area!

I was a new customer. Very professional service! They took my dog in a separate room to administer shots, which I had never seen before. I would have preferred to be there for that step, hence the deduction of one star.

My pet cat is very skittish and does not do well with anyone she does not know. I was very impressed with Dr. Reed and how she handled my fraidy cat, Candy. She picked Candy up with her blanket, gave her a cuddle and my nervous cat became very calm in her hands, no hissing, scratching or biting. I was so relieved. Dr. Reed did a thorough examination and I was well satisfied with her expertise, professionalism and kindness. Everyone I came into contact with at this clinic was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff is super friendly and helpful!

We have a rescued pit previously raised as a bate dog. She’s become a snuggle bug to humans. But reactive sometimes to other dogs. Every time she comes they let her in the back door, have many many treats and constantly check hallways along with pets and verbal praise. Although she’s extremely anxious I know I can call explain if needed and they are on top of it! Extremely understanding, caring and loving place!

Great staff and don't have to wait a month for an appointment

The best vet I have ever been to. My puppy Bea had to have emergency surgery and my stress was through the roof. After getting an appointment and meeting with the staff my worries were put right to rest. They are the most friendly staff I have ever experienced. The surgery went perfectly and now not even 2 days later my puppy is almost 100% back to normal without any pain. Thank you so much to Hartrick for taking care of Bea.

Dr. Syed is the best!!! Hartrick treated my Angel kitty with respect and kindness.

This vet experience was exceptional and they not only made my pets visit comfortable but the nurse Cam, was able to carry Mikey around the whole time (which if you knew how scared he was of people you would realize what a huge thing this was for me). Reasonable rates and great customer service.

I had an awesome experience with Hartrick Vet Clinic! I will definitely be taking my kitten here from now on. The prices are fair, the staff is awesome and the doctor explained everything over the phone so that I understood his treatment plan. They also responded very quickly when I first called to make an appointment. Recently, I was having a hard time putting eyedrops in my cat's eyes and they emailed me videos on how to keep the cat calm and get the drops in. I took my cat here for an appointment this morning and was in and out in 25 minutes.

Charging a PPE fee and I'm not allowed to be with my dog in the exam room. Made a new pt appt then cancelled. Found a vet that allows owner to be with their dog, maintain social distance, wearing a mask.

We decided to bring our our new lab puppy here and after our first initial appt the office staff has been extremely not-accommodating. They are always “fully booked” and cannot see them on short notice. (Which all vets should make room for established pts because it is like a family doctor they should be dependable and accommodating, NO ONE PLANS FOR THEIR PET TO GET SICK) regrettably, We ended up getting him fixed there and 1. They forgot to send us home with the medication to keep him calm after his sedation wore off so he was in pain and upset 2. They didn’t write enough of it for him so when I called for an increased dose they said they would call me back AND NEVER DID 3. He was extremely high strung (lab puppy) so his stitches couldnt heal properly and then when I called back they said “I had to give them a 24 hour notice for medication refills”. Finally, his stitches ended up coming out and the front desk person said that I could bring him in but if he needed stitches again I would have to take him to the emergency vet because they didn’t have time to replace the stitches. So they expected us to pay the ridiculous fee for the “assessment” and THEN ED FEES. Just so unaccomadating and the front desk woman is rude and talks to you like you are a child. No issues with the actual veterinarians/techs. Seems all of the issues are with scheduling and secretarial staff. Do not recommend.

This clinic is awful, it’s the worst experience I have ever had at a vet office. I regret taking my pets here and would urge others to take their pets elsewhere.

New to the practice and could not be happier. Our appointment was on time, reasonable and the staff and doctor were so kind. They took time to answer my multitude of questions . We were offered traditional medical advice as well as supplemental life style advice that may offer additional support for our doggo. The treatment plan was well planned and explained to us. So glad we changed vets!

My first visit was yesterday and it was a pleasant one. I was greeted when I walked in which I like. I am big into customer service. The tech and the Dr were very friendly and loving to my nervous cat.

They were so kind and rescued me when my kitties needed booster shots before going on vacation, the vet I had been giving my business to for 40 years couldn't get me in

Dr Witt is great. He has taken care of all my pets for at least 16 years.

We took our puppy to Hartrick clinic for his vet care. Both my partner and I were very satisfied with the care we received for our little guy. Dr.Ewers is a wonderful veterinarian. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She is well-versed and knowledgeable on a breath of topics including vaccinations, puppy wellness, behavioral health, puppy socialization, health records, and more. We are so thankful we have her and this amazing clinic for our puppy’s vet care. The staff has been extremely helpful whenever I have had scheduling conflicts. I am so appreciative of their flexibility. The clinic also has very prompt turnaround times and great communication of results etc. We are so happy this is our vet clinic and plan to stay here for life. I highly recommend the clinic and Dr.Ewers!
