Walked in for the first time, none of the staff greeted me! My puppy came out poofy. It was like he never got a cut at all. I asked was there any way they could cut him down a little? Crystal told me no because my puppy hates them. Crystal seems very unwelcoming and not willing to provide good customer service. I had to come home a cut my own puppy hair. Im so dissatisfied!!

The employees along with the owner are extremely pleasant and then place is always very clean. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Love Catherine's Pet Parlour! I have been taking my Basset Hound, Artie, here for over 10 years for walk-in nail clippings with a dremmel chaser for $12-$15. You can't beat the people, price, and atmosphere. Thank you, Catherine!

When I took my multi-poo in, I told the women don't touch her ears or tail, light trim on the rest of her. Her ears are chopped and uneven her face is lopsided they shaved the rest of her. I don't think I will be going back.

Because of Covid, we had two other groomers cancel on us at the last minute so my dogs were matted and needed to be shaved. Catherine's got my babies back together! They're coats are growing in nicely. They had available appointments and I absolutely love their flexible drop off and pick up times! They're affordable and the staff members are all sweethearts!

They are great! First time we brought our sheepadoodle, there was a miscommunication about what we wanted (but they still did a good job). Catherine called me later and sorted everything out where we were able to bring him back in. My dog ran in there all excited the second time, and left his normal, happy self; so I imagine they are treating the dogs very well! Haven't been inside yet due to Covid.

My dog HATES getting her nails clipped but the staff does their best to make her feel comfortable.

5 stars all day. Clearly dog lovers which makes me feel good. Couldn't be happier with the grooming.

Wonderful experience! Took great care of our 15 year old lab/chow mix and we will be back. They were kind enough to give her breaks from standing for too long and that's honestly an amazing thing to have someone do for her.

I have a 5 month old aussiedoodle. Took her for her first grooming to Petsmart. They couldn’t really cut her. Said she was moving too much. Took her to Catherine’s a few weeks later and they did a fantastic job! As a puppy I am sure she was nervous but the staff at Catherine’s kept her calm and were able to give her a great cut! They have earned a lifetime customer. Highly recommend

They can take on any challenge, Our "senior" (10 and 11 years old) golden retrievers always come back looking and feeling like a new dog.

They pick up/return pups to your car.

Professional and friendly. Met them in parking lot and allowed me to hold my dog while getting nails trimmed

Staff was great! Catherine came out herself to make sure I was happy with my zoe's cut. Service was fast. Great 1st experience!

Dropped our pup off and showed them a picture of how we wanted him groomed. We just asked for them to take it very short, same length all over. He came out with a poofy face and ears, making him look like a very feminine pup. Had to ask them to redo it and make another trip there and back. Looked better once they fixed it, but then when we got home I noticed a chunk they had taken out along his lower side. What an overall disappointing experience.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and has my dog coming out looking and feeling great. I've been going to them for about 3 years now, and never had I had a disappointment

We have been using Catherines for more than 20 years and absolutely LOVE them. They are loving and gentle with our dogs I love the openess and cleanliness of their parlor. The BEST!!!

Love Catherine's the entire staff is great and do a really wonderful job on my dogs, Bonnie is my boy Theo's favorite. I have 8 dogs that I take there at various times and am always super happy with the results.

We've used Catherine's twice now. We were able to get in fairly quickly, within a week of calling. Both times the cut was just not good. Numerous missed chunks of hair all over both times. It's pretty bad. I think for $50, which is just slightly more than average rate for a cut like this, the finished product should be better. Everyone at Catherine's is super friendly and the location is decent. I really wished the cut was better. Unfortunately, we probably won't be back.

Phenomenal grooming & the owner warned me that my pup was showing signs of a UTI. Turns out she does have one and I would have never known. That is top notch service and care for her customers! Highly highly recommend this place!

Love taking my dogs here! They are so nice and accommodating for us. I had wrong drop off time before and was super early and they still took the dogs. I felt horrible but they were still so kind about my mistake. My dogs don’t seem to be under stress when they are done here.
