If you are looking for long term care for your pet, I would recommend going anywhere but here! They have withheld medication, have not responded to pharmacy requests, neglected the treatment plan that THEY laid out. Then banned the patient all together when called and asked questions about why it’s been two weeks and they still haven't sent the script over (like they said they would)… after being banned, they then refused to send medical records to a new veterinary office. The lady who answers the phone, who apparently owns the place, is more than rude and less than helpful. She insisted that we were liars, and that we never talked to anyone who said they would send the script. This place is a SCAM. This patient was banned with no explanation, the second we started asking questions. They only care about the money that comes from setting appointments, not your pets. If your pet needs long term care, treatment and lifesaving medication, please do not bring them here because they would sooner let your pet suffer… as we are dealing with now.

Took my puppy in there this morning, got told it would be a 2 to 3 hr wait and it was much more faster than that. They are very nice and very quick to respond. I love them and driving a hr away from home was well worth it.

Had to take my cat Mietka there, she was very sick. This business was recommended to me by a friend. Tried getting into the Michigan Anti-cruelty Society, and Michigan Humane Society, no luck appointments only, and booked up until December, and January respectively. Today she's back home, YEAH! Very Professional!

I've only ever been inside the first set of doors to drop off my pups due to covid restrictions but the staff is always so nice and helpful. The doctor is very informative and patient with questions. Makes the hour drive to get there with two pugs less stressful.

Appointments are quick, they value your time and don't make you wait. Everyone I have have contact with here have been amazing. My dog started a year ago with them, her eye was buldging out and we talked about a possible removal. Now her eye is a normal size with no talk of removal.

Our dog unfortunately had to have his eye removed, however the surgery and aftercare at Vet Vision has been fantastic. Their offices are efficient and we couldn't be happy with giving our pet a much higher quality of life. Awesome folks.

Was referred here by my vet for ophthalmology services for my senior shiba inu who has ulcers on his eyes that aren't healing as well as they should be. I was impressed with the level of care my pet received and how incredibly nice the staff was from the initial call to schedule an appointment to my visit. I found the Dr. to be very thorough and kind. I felt the appointment and procedure were very timely, especially during the pandemic. Highly recommend!

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Vet seems very knowledgeable and caring. Costs are very high.

I called vets all over the state trying to find someone who could confidently treat my rabbit’s eye problems. Vet Vision did not disappoint - definitely worth the 3 hour drive. Originally I couldn’t get in until May but a cancellation got us in less than 2 weeks after making the appointment! This was the best curb-side veterinary experience I’ve had (unfortunately I’ve been to the vet a lot this past year). The doctor and technicians were very thorough in their explanations. I also appreciated being notified of the cost of the procedures before they were completed so there was no surprises. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Bailey!

Dr. Kimmet is my dogs doctor. She is great, she knows her stuff. She diagnosed him right away and got his eye pressures back under control. Same with Dr. Easton, she has filled in a few times for me when Dr. Kimmet wasn't available. She is really thorough while explaining what is going on with your dog which is really helpful when you don't understand the terminology. They also have an emergency clinic for animals right in the same building so if you don't have an appointment you can still get your pet in that same day with not too long of a wait.

I would give a zero if possible. Very rude and over priced! Try your best to find another Ophthalmologist for your pet.

I like the doctor that saw my cat and the staff is friendly but I have to say something about my experience today. I am so disappointed with how they are handling things with covid. They won't let your cat come in in their carrier but want you to put them in a cardboard box. Thats just cruel really. Mind you my cat has vision issues so is already terrified and to be placed in a cardboard box thats really small (he is a big cat) is just adding to his anxiety. And there is really no rhyme or reason to that... they are touching my cat that I just touched? Put on gloves and change with each client. Really disappointed with that process.

Second time around using Vet Vision and I would never go anywhere else when it comes to my pets' vision issues. They are more than just professional. They are loving, caring, and empathetic. The very best. Thank you.

After testing they explained everything very well about our dog Pia and her swelled up eye problem and what the options were in treating it since she had lost all vision in it with no chance of recovery in vision. We choose to have it removed now instead of trying to treat her for pain and swelling which there is no guarantee of and having to remove it down the road anyway. She is already doing so much better now after removal then she was doing before walking around in pain with a swelled up Cornea. I believe this was the right decision rather than having her walk around and trying to treat her pain and swelling with a blind eye that is useless anyway.

Always a great experience. Friendly and always on time. Wish this was my regular vet not just a specialist office.

I took in a feral kitten that had scar tissue on her eyes from infections she had when she was a tiny kitten. Dr Easton was recommended to us. I couldn’t be happier with her care. Her eyes are better and she can see more clearly. The staff has been kind and helpful during covid.

EXCELLENT communications, thorough and reasonable costs given their expertise. HINT: Just buy eyedrops, other meds needed from them. IF you can even find them elsewhere you'll be lucky if you save $5 overall, and you'll waste a day or two when you could have been treating the problem.

My dog had to have her eye removed due to a tumor. Vet Vision was kind and friendly and good with animals.The communication is great you are always kept in the loop. Highly recommend

They are fantastic very caring very knowledgeable. They called me every step of the way to keep me on the loop when my dog had surgery all the staff is great highly recommend. They were not afraid of my pitbull either.

The technician was very nice, but the veterinarian had zero empathy & never once said she was sorry. The first moment she came in she wanted to put my cat to sleep. I needed to know why this 6 year old cat who had seemed perfectly healthy 2 days ago was dying. Her first assessment of him was totally wrong, I insisted on xrays, again because I needed to understand what was happening, which proved her wrong. I don't think someone with such a lack of empathy should be in an emergency clinic, where people & their beloved pets are in a trauma situation. She definately did not listen to anything I said, she made a horrible experience worse.

When ur poor little guinea pig ChubChubs became suddenly & ultimately terminally ill, the doctors and staff took wonderful care of him. Trying everything to cure him and when the time came, were extremely kind and compassionate to both ChubChubs and our family. I hope to use there services again under more pleasant circumstances.

I was able to get a same day appointment. The doctor and technician were very gentle and thorough with my dog. Office staff was accommodating and efficient. A wonderful place.

Dr. Easton and the staff are fantastic! Dr. Easton takes the time to explain throughly my Shih Tzu's eye condition and the treatment plans. Both my boy's have received superb ophthalmology care here, and I am grateful that Veterinary Vison goes above and beyond with personal attention, and kindness. I highly recommend Veterinary Vison of Rochester.
