While this facility has many good personable employees that truly care about the animals that come there. Dr Harper is horrible. Rude, money hungry over charging and Condescending. After looking at the negative reviews I can’t believe she is still employed. Steve and the rest of the staff are great caring people! Unfortunately she weighs this place down like an anchor on a WW2 battle ship.

I have two large Akita dogs that are quite protective, and have a tendency to be wary of strangers (very common trait of this breed). My dogs *LOVE* Dr. Harper and staff, and are very comfortable when she examines them, and when vaccines are needed. She is extremely knowledgeable, and will explain everything that you need to know. I have never felt rushed during my appointment, either. A few months ago, my boy had a medical emergency that required hospitalization. She recommended an excellent clinic and called me personally to check on him after he was released. That really meant a lot to me. The staff is very kind and are great when follow-up appointments are needed.

If you want your pet to get excellent care, from a staff who truly care about the well-being of animals, this is where you should go. As many reviews suggest, Vet Harper truly cares about animals; so if you treat your animal poorly you can, and frankly should, hear about it. What more could a person want than to have a vet who cares as much about the pet as the owner and who is skilled as a veterinarian? I cannot recommend both Vet Harper and the Plymouth-Beech Animal Hospital more vehemently; the care they gave my dog Max (and the kindness they showed me) is beyond anything I have seen in any medical field.

my dog was almost killed, they gave my TINY dog 3 shots and she went into cardiac arrest for 13 minutes, how mouth was foaming, her body was twitching, i do not recommend at all.

I have been bringing my pets to them for years. The doctors are always concerned with their health. Dr. Harper is very friendly calling them "love" or "sweetie". My cats listen better to her than me.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my pet to Plymouth beech Animal Hospital, the staff are wonderful and always filled with joy. HOWEVER Dr. Harper is far from it , she’s a TERRIBLE Doctor. I brought my puppy in to start her vaccines but due to family circumstances I wasn’t able to get her in before they expired. The staff informed me that I had to start over, no problem. I started over and I had an appointment that Saturday, unfortunately I couldn’t make it. Dr. Harper then called me and told me how terrible of a person I am for not making my appointment and I needed to come in ASAP otherwise I wouldn’t be able to be serviced there! I spoke with the young lady and she confirmed that not to be true. If you want to take your pets to this clinic just request another Doctor!!!

Dr Harper is one of the best she cared for my dog for a long time if i get another dog i am taking it to her :)

I love this place they are very good with animals they send me reminder for appointments they call and check up on the dogs. There prices are awesome. I'll never go anywhere but here..????????

Dr Harper has cared for my dog Bella for 3 years. Bella is always very happy to see her! I always know that Dr Harper cares about the health of my pet and that she will be well cared for. Dr Harper took her time examing her and was very thorough . She made sure that I had the information I needed for her care.I wouldn't want anyone else caring for her!

I have been taking all my dogs here for many many years. Presently I take my 2 chi"s to Dr. Harper. She takes time to be very thorough with them both. They are always eager to see her, never scared. She gives me awesome recommendations and follow up. Dr Harper & Steve are so caring. Steve follows up to make sure they are ok after shots. They also board them when I am on vacation. I never worry about my babies when they are with them. Every animal is special. Kinsey & Chloe are in good excellent, clean, safe environment at Plymouth Beech Animal Hospital.

I have never had any issue's with this vet. Better experienced & and very good with my 3 fur babys. They worked with me on the shots and prices. They know all 3 dog by 1st name bases and spoil them. And My fir baby love there vet. They dont like the human s.s!!

I have been taking my pets here for 10+ years. Almost always 5 star service, but I gave 4 stars due to a very negative experience with Dr. Harper. She is very abrasive, condescending and rude. She may be a good vet, but she is terrible with people. I asked for a notation in our file that we will NOT deal with her and was told that MANY people feel the same! Then why is she still there, driving away business. I have literally gone elsewhere if she was the Dr. on duty. The rest of the staff is fantastic though!

I loved this center until I had a conversation with Laura. She was so rude and disrespectful. She refuse to let me speak to anyone. She hung up the phone and when I called back she refuse to give me the number to the other clinic. Very disrespectful.

I loved the office workers, they were great! However, Dr. Harper was far from it. We went in with a newly adopted dog for routine vaccines and a nail trim. It turned into the WORST vet visit ever! She is ridiculously abrasive. Despite having told her that we just got this dog two days prior, she began lecturing us on how we are not properly caring for him. After giving him his vaccines and taking forever to cut his nails (still lecturing us), she starts to send us on our way. Oh but wait, she forgot to take blood for his heart worm test! So, she has to put him back on this lift table thing (cause she can't bend over), freak him out all over again to take blood. Then she couldn't find his vein. Finally at the counter to pay where she is pushing me to buy heartworm prevention there. I've already told her I'm purchasing it elsewhere at that point. Then she tells me he can come back for a three year rabies in 12 months. They gave him a one year rabies and didn't inform me until after the fact! I said when I walked in that I wanted the three year. All in all, she was terrible and doesnt listen a word you say. We own a dog, we foster, we rescue, we know what we are doing. She wouldn't hear any of it and went on about how we are awful, basically. Based on a dog that we literally just got and are trying to care for properly.

All of the experiences I've had with Plymouth Beech Animal Hospital have been great! Dr. Wuerth is the doctor there and she is really good with my puppy. The office overall is great and I love the personal attention they give to my puppy such as calling after a visit to see how he is doing, remembering his name, etc. I am also new to having a puppy so I have a lot of questions and they always give in depth polite answers and never make me feel silly.
