Parkway has the most compassionate staff. Dr. Nick takes the best care of my special needs cat and truly loves his job. They are absolutely the best people.

We have been bringing our dogs to Parkway for 25 years. Though some of the doctors have retired, we have always been happy with the veterinarians and the staff. We are especially fond of Dr. Nick. They always follow up with us after procedures to make sure our dogs are doing okay. The vet techs are always kind and affectionate with our dogs. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Parkway. We highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Parkway! In the mid of the covid shut down our dog at the age of 8 years and 145 lbs. began to fail with leg and shoulder pain. So much that she was not able to walk. Our vet of over 8 years had told us the only options were surgery or acupuncture. We did a little research and ended up taking her to Parkway, where the vet spent 20-30 min on the phone with me while examining her (due to covid we could not go in with her) explaining what we could try. With weekly injections and medication she was back to walking and acting normal in about 30 days! She is now going to celebrating another birthday with us, something we did not expect. Thank you to all of those at Parkway that played a part in her recovery!

I have been taking my dogs to Parkway for 30+ years. The receptionist/front desk staff are always polite, helpful and compassionate. The vet techs have always been very helpful and friendly with my nervous German Shepherds and the Vets themselves have always given my dogs great care. Dr. Routson has always gone above and beyond to work with my dogs. She takes the time to make each visit with my dogs as comfortable as a nervous Shepherd will allow. She has gone so far as coming out to the reception area to give my dog a shot because she new how nervous and stressed out she would get. I would recommend Parkway Vet Clinic for all your pet needs.

I have nothing but great things to say about Parkway. I first took my cat there after a potential emergency concern, and had called several other vet clinics that were unable to get me in. Parkway was able to schedule me in for a cancellation and took exceptional care of Oliver. All front desk staff I spoke with on the phone were so kind and helpful. I felt super comfortable leaving my cat in their care- all the staff cares so much about the animals, are so attentive and genuine. Dr. Rogers took time to answer all my questions and concerns after his exam, and was very thorough and helpful. Also had a great experience taking my cat in for a dental cleaning- process was very smooth, they took great care of him and communicated with me throughout the process. Parkway excels in communication, organization, genuine care, and love for animals.

My husband and I have brought all 4 of our pets here for nearly 5 years. They are hands down the best vet clinic we’ve ever had. They’re always patient, caring and provide full clarity on any questions or concerns we have. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

Parkway Vet Clinic is not only providing vet services for my current dog but they provided vet services for my family dogs starting in the mid 1960s. They are wonderful people who try very hard to do what is best and correct for your pet's needs.

Puppy to 4 years old my dog has visited Parkway Veterinary Clinic. To date, I am completely confident and comfortable with their Doctors and service.

We have been taking our little guy pork chop to parkway vet for about 7 years now. He feels so relaxed with these people that work there because they're caring. If I have to make an appointment for him,I do it with ease, I take him in there every 3 weeks to get his nails trimmed with no problem. Thank you parkway vet for being there.

Have been taking our pets to Parkway Clinic for over 40 years. Six dogs and 3 cats later, we remain impressed with the service, professionalism, staff and doctors. Although some of the Drs. have retired and moved on, the high level of care continues. Thank you for all you do to keep our pets healthy and happy!

I've previously used Parkway as my primary vet when I lived in the area and still drive 45 minutes to use their boarding services for my dog when needed. The staff is exceptional and always make me feel that they take care of my dog as if he was their own.

We love this vet clinic! We’ve moved around a lot and had our fair share of vets we don’t like, however, that isn’t this one! We’ve been seeing Dr. Nick and trust him and his advice whole heartedly! He treats my dogs like his own and shows genuine care for them, and lots of treats as well! Everyone we’ve encountered has been very nice and when we have an appointment with another one of the Veterinarians, they are also just as awesome and treat my dogs so well. Highly recommend!

Parkway has been our veterinary for care and boarding for 20+ years (5 dogs and 2 cats). My 2 Chihuahuas who are now 11 years old run to the door from my car. They love everyone who works at Parkway and they love my fur babies!

We - along with six of our dogs - have been clients of Parkway for over 20 years and I will continue to trust them with the health and well-being of our dogs for another 20! While Dr. Routson has most definitely been our favorite vet, our two younger pups, Kipper and Tiger, have been happy with their recent visits with Dr. Nick :). Over the years we have had mostly happy, easy check-ups, however, several times when we faced a major illness with one of our dogs we have felt comforted and confident in the care our dog - and we - received. About 5 years ago we brought our 11 year old English Cocker Hodges in when he started losing feeling and control of his back legs with what I thought might be a herniated disc in his back (having had one myself). Dr. Routson did diagnose a herniated disc and sensitively explained that this could go either way - he could improve, or he could become paralyzed in his back legs. She explained that with medication and confinement to a crate 24/7 for about a month we had the best chance for him to recover. She actually said to me "it will be tough, but if anyone can help Hodges through this, I believe you can." This was exactly the kind of encouragement I needed! Not just an honest assessment of his condition, but also her emotional support and belief that we were good dog parents. Hodges DID get better, and lived another 3 years until we lost him to cancer, and Parkway and Dr. Routson helped us through that too. We now have a senior dog, a 2 year old dog and an 8 month old puppy - and I completely trust Parkway with their health and well-being!

We switched to Parkway about a year ago after having issues with how another vet treated our elderly cat. They were extremely caring and thorough in their assessment and caught cancer that our previous vet did not. We unfortunately had to put our baby to sleep, but they were full of compassion and kindness and gave her everything she needed to feel comfortable for a last couple days with us. We continue to take the rest of our babies there and they are super accommodating to our youngest pup who has a vet phobia. They've gone above and beyond to make her comfortable! Every doctor we've interacted with has been amazing. We are moving soon and have decided we will still continue to go to them even though the trip will be 1.5 hours each way because we are that satisfied with the care they provide for our babies. Definitely recommend them!

We started taking our dog to Parkway on the recommendation of two separate people, and we've been so happy with the care she has received! Dr. Nick is so knowledgable, patient, and good with our dog! The staff are consistently kind and helpful. I would recommend Parkway to anyone.

I've entrusted Parkway with my beloved pets for nearly 50 years since Drs. McClumpha, Kirchgatter, Bares, etc. Fine staff, great care.

To be fair - I haven’t visited them in person. But, I was referred here as a great place to get my dogs nails trimmed and was really disappointed in the customer service I received in the phone. I called at 5:36 pm - they were open until 6pm. I asked about nail trims and then requested to make an appointment. The woman sighed and then put me on hold. When she returned I asked politely if this was a good time to make an appointment as I was super confused by her frustration when I asked to do so. She said “we can do it” then proceeded to ask my last name. When I told her she repeated it back to confirm and I said “yeah” to which she replied back by repeating my exact words in a mimicking sort of way. I ended the phone call. I have never written a google review before as I usually just understand folks are maybe having a bad day when customer service is not great. However, I was very disappointed and wanted to share this in hopes that their team will read this and improve their service. In the end, I can handle this kind of stuff and just want my pets to get great care. However, I feel like if making an appointment put their staff out then I’m not sure they would give my pet great care. I ended up calling another recommended place right after to which I received a very pleasant and helpful receptionist and I have an appointment with them in a few weeks. :)

Been going to Parkway for years. I wouldn't think of going any where else to get treatment for out cat. Parkway provides quality service - loving, gentle and medically sound.

They are great to work with. They seem to genuinely care about the animals and take their time talking to people about their pets. I like that they have so many vets on staff so you don't have to wait weeks to months to get seen.
