My dog hates going here and the owner explains the covid science to customers, but the grooming is pretty good.

I’ve been taking my 100lb Labrador Retriever to Tina for about 5 years now. It’s always a pleasant experience. She takes special care with his nail trims as he’s had a prior groomer clip too short, so he’s skittish about one paw in particular and he even lets her trim the hair btwn his paw pads. He’s never been crated so I love there are no cages and he’s the only one there while she works, which makes it super fast! He’s usually ready in less than an hour looking great and smelling fresh. Highly recommend!

My dog, who is afraid of everything, loved it here. She looked and smelled great afterwards too.

We have been taking our dog to Tina for over 4 years. We have found her to be sweet and caring with regard to our 4 legged family member. We enjoy the fact that our dog never sits in a cage while waiting to be groomed or picked up. Thank you Tina for doing a wonderful job! We now reside in northern Michigan. However, we still bring our dog to MC Pet Concierge because we know she’ll be groomed perfectly with the care that we appreciate.

I took my dog in to be groomed. While the place was nice, I noticed my dog was uneasy around Tina the groomer. I stayed around for a while before leaving because I just felt uneasy. I walked into the back and to my horror Tina had her thumb in my dogs butt. While I appreciate this type of behavior, my dog didn't seem to be into it. I don't like I'll be going back.

Took my dog there came home with bumps I don't know if it was bugs or the owner.Place is real dirty buyer beware

Ziggy came out very clean and (relatively) calm. By far the best experience we have ever had with him at a groomer. The one animal at a time approach is great for nervous dogs.

Love Tina. My girl isn't the easiest to groom but she always looked great after her spa days. Unfortunately she can no longer get up stairs but Tina has come to my house to trim her nails. You can tell that she cares for her fur-clients.

I will not take my dog to her anymore worst service I've ever had the place stunk really bad And the owner had the worst breath n I had to get myself and my dog out of there

I wouldn't even give MC Pet Concierge Grooming Service 1 star after the way i was treated today. This was my Pomeranians first time there. When we walked in there was no welcoming on ber part. Tina asked for his records and proof of flu vaccine. I was never told this when making the appt (and i spoke with Tina to schedule it) She than basically called me a liar. We have been going to Dr. Hott for 30 yrs and he said the flu shot was not needed when we saw him on Aug11 . Tina said Dr. Hott is retired and things have changed since then. Im a liar again i guess. Well i know he is but being a 30 yr client/friend of Dr. Hott he knew one of my furbabies was dieing and came into the office (even being retired) to be the one the put him to sleep to make it a little more comforting to us. Tinas attitude was so bad that i commented how warm it was in the office and she snapped "its 66 degrees" in here. I know this is long and i apologies for that. We finally left and immediately called PetsSmart to make an appointment. I asked them do i need to bring proof of flu shot vac?? They said no its not required any more due to the local area is not having anymore outbreaks. I dont normally right reviews but in this case i felt so disrespected from a business owner i needed to. Also it was 5pm and we were her last appt. She probably wanted to go home so lets be rude and maybe they would leave. Go at your own risk .. *******As you can see below is a response from the owner making me look like a liar... Well think about why she would that. Finally someone exposed her as the person she REALLY is and that brings her perfect reviews down. Oh wait a min.. Lets read Toms review and that also tell you alot. Why would i lie when all i wanted was my dog groomed. My 7 furbabies get the ultimate care and thats why she didn't touch my Ricky. There is a reason for everything and who knows what would of happened to my baby if she got her hands on him. God Bless.

Tina is awesome. My dog does not do well with nail clipping. I felt bad, he had given her a little nip. She was able to calm him down, and he melted like butter. Picked him up and she was able to proceed with no bad reactions from by dog. She rocks!!

We love and are totally loyal to MC Pet Concierge. Professional, personal, affordable. Corky loves getting his spa day every three months and now are German Husky puppy is going to be getting some de-shedding treatments done. Wonderful business owner and person. A shining example for small businesses.

Great experience for my dogs! They were actually happy to be there! The atmosphere is calm and positive. My dogs were so soft and smelled SO good when I picked them up, we will definitely being going again.

Phenomenal grooming with no cages. Maddie is always excited to go and get treated with such care and expertise.

Great atmosphere, no chaos like some other local grooming salons & one of the biggest perks - CAGE FREE!! Tina did a fabulous job grooming my Pug & King Charles Spaniel - they look & smell wonderful! We were so happy with the fact that both animals were groomed in a timely manner, in a laid back atmosphere & at reasonable rates. Thanks Tina - they'll be back!
