Dr Wolfe is the best vet ever. She is always professional and complete and treats our dog as one of the family. Staff is fantastic. If possible she would get 10 stars

We love visiting the clinic. Dr. Wolfe is great with pets and kids too! The entire staff is friendly. She takes the time to answer questions and explain things. We never feel rushed out for the next appointment like at some clinics. I love the late appointments on Tuesday nights because we drive all the way from Alma and my husband can drive us there after work. Our pup, Jewel, loves all the attention she gets from everyone and sometimes forgets her manners, but they are super patient with her.

This was out first visit and the staff was wonderful given the situation of a dog bite that needed to be treated. We were very concerned about getting our dog treated and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I couldnt ask for a better clinic.

Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional! Anything that I didn't really know much about they had pamphlets of information for and explained thoroughly. They were also very nice to my little boy Kit (he's a cat).

I took my 10 year old dachshund here for an exam and dental estimate and they went above and beyond. All staff members were very kind and you could just tell that they care for your pet as much as you do. Highly recommend.

The doctor and staff are 100% amazing.... They were the only emergency vet that would help my dog.. No one else wanted to even look at him without me having a thousand dollars to show them!!! The doctor and staff did such a good job and they did it for half of what any other place quoted!!! We found our forever vet tonight!!!!!! Thank you for saving Turbo!!!

My beloved old cat needed some urgent care, and I am beyond pleased with the care we received at this clinic! The doctor and techs are very knowledgeable, helpful, gentle and caring. I felt very comfortable and cared for during our visit :) and my kitty is feeling better already. Definitely bringing the rest of my animals here too! Nuts says “thanks!”

After 10 years of taking my dogs to the sane vet i had to find a new one due to us moving. I found bennett rd animal clinic and decided to try bringing my dogs here. I was highly disappointed in the way my dog was handle. My dog is roughly 45lbs and in our previous office the vet would get down on his level to examine him and not raise him up on a metal table. My dog was visible anxious about this but i stood with him to try to keep him calm. The tech was holding him so tightly with her arm around his head and neck that it was making the situation visibly worse. I offered to hold him because he would stay still better for me then what she was doing. He was roughly handle and i was not pleased with this treatment. I also had to pay $15 for them to write me a prescription since i was going to fill it at the costco pharmacy which always has better pricing. Their reason for this charge was unexceptable. Will not return here. **update to bennet rd reply- monster has no history of aggression he has never attempted to or ever bit anyone or any other dog so saying he has a history of aggression in his file is a blatant lie and I'm glad I'm not returning to your office. To falsley state he has a history of that is unprofessional in my opinion. You had both of my dogs records completely mixed up and had no idea which dog had which condition and thought monster had an anxiety problem which is my other dogs condition. Also not sure why you put his name in quotation marks, it makes it seem like your implying something about a 40lb well tempered behaved loving dog, you didnt do that to any other dogs name you referenced in your reviews just mine.As for your comment about a vet not having a long career by getting down on the floor with their patient is a bunch of garbage. My previous vet is an older gentleman who has been doing this for a very long time and has no problems treating the patients the way they should be treated in a comfortable setting. Im am not some inexperienced child and i know how my family member should be treated, it is one of the most important things to me. I expect the best like i would if he was my child and what i received there was not that.

Love Dr. Wolfe and her staff!! Had a 9pm appointment and it went to 1020pm...they took the time to make sure my new kitten had everything he needed. Never felt rushed or like it was getting too late. You can feel how all of them love animals. Thank you!!

This was my second and last visit to Bennett Road Animal Clinic. I took my cat in for her booster shot and when they brought her back out they had told me they had “ NOT” done any exam on her that day. When it came time to pay they called me over the phone and took my card number before showing me any receipt or giving me a breakdown of any charges (mind you the first time I went there I was brought out a printed receipt where they went through each charge with me before even asking me to pay). When they brought my receipt out to me after taking my payment, again, none of my fees where explained to me as they did the first time. I immediately noticed I was charged for the exam that the vet herself told me she did not perform. I called before I left the parking lot and even the employee told me over the phone that the exam in fact had not been performed but “the vet had told her to put it on there anyway”... I asked to speak to the vet directly about the charge and she came out to my car. Before she reply’s to this review, as she has to all the other past low rated review saying, “she explained this” and “she explained that” I would like it to be known I personally feel she was not willing to explain anything to me. She came out in a stubborn and argumentative manner basically explaining she’s right and that’s all I need to know. She even switched up her story some from saying “there was no exam” to saying “I looked at her eyes through the crate, they looked fine”. At the end of the day I should not have been charged at all for any exam done through a crate. My cat was inside for a total of 5 minutes and I was charged over $100 for my visit. She had been there two weeks prior and had a full exam done and there was NO mention in my appointment reminder call of her needing another one.

My canine son requires dental surgery. He is a longtime patient of another vet in town, when he had his yearly exam, they gave him a clean bill of health EXCEPT for his teeth—but they can’t get to his mouth until this summer. He’s on a waiting list but I’m also related to someone who is married to a semi-retired vet in Colorado. I called him (and didn’t know a significant portion of his practice was dental surgery on small animals). He told me “sooner, not later”—so here we are. I liked how nice they were to my baby. They wanted a “get to know you” meeting with him; he & Shelby were friends right away and shortly thereafter, his new vet came out to pronounce him a “nice guy.” A mother is always proud of that, and, of course I am more than willing to share his images (he loves to pose) . I am giving this hospital a “four” because due to COVID (not their fault), I couldn’t actually SEE the inside of the clinic. I personally like to check out a new facility. My son has been in two vet clinics prior to this one (previrus) and I like to see where he’s going (I come from a medical family). Also, I’ve never experienced being required to give my full social security number at a small business like this one . I did it but I also questioned Dr. Wolfe why that was necessary and was told that it was “just in their system.” I do not think that THEY are dishonest but I recently had my SSN hacked so I am pretty hyper vigilant about anyone wanting it. I gave it because my son is first priority and I didn’t get a “bad vibe” from them but I have had this other experience in my past. Overall, this is a nice clinic; I think that what one’s canine tells you is indicative of the people inside.

They got my dog in on an emergency call situation again as fast as they could. I can't thank them enough! The staff are so nice and helpful. Such fair prices for the knowledge and work she does!

I didn't have any problems how they were with my dog, but Dr Wolfe said some things to me this week that I wasn't happy about. My dog was just neutered from some place else and he was very uncomfortable and restless. Dr Wolfe got me in after hours. She gave him a high dose of narcotics and said it will start working within 15 minutes. 7 hours later, he finally fell asleep. 2 days later he is still very loopy and not himself. She stated that she always gives her patients a narcotic and they never have to wear a cone. As I was paying $183 in a 10 minute visit she states " you get what you paid for" as far as his surgery. I am beyond disappointed what she said to me and will not be taking my dog back

Quality veterinarian. Definitely worth the expense. Always thorough, always returns my calls even on the off hours. I completely trust them with my pets' health.
