I take my dog and two cats to Breckenridge and they always do a great job for us! I find all the staff to be warm and friendly and they show a genuine concern for my pets. They are good about fitting me in when there is a concern that needs prompt attention. Thanks Breckenridge veterinary team!

Extremely rude staff. We have gone between here and Meadowbrook for years. I was surprised by the unprofessionallism staff at the front desk during my last visit. I also heard unprofessional reactions to a client that was calling into check on her dogs test results. Staff needs some heavy training or turnover please.

I usually go to the sister location, Meadowbrook, because it's closer but I'm now going to Breckenridge because the front office staff is friendlier.

The doctors are great and the support staff are wonderful. I've been taking my cats to their clinics for many years with no issues. When one got I'll and had to be put down at an emergency clinic they even sent a condolence card! They even care about the pet parents, expressing concern for a recent issue that cause me to cancel an appointment. Keep up the good work, guys! Loki and Sookie adore you . Megan K

I haven't had any problems until recently where the groomer didn't trim my dogs nails for the last couple of grooming sessions which was supposed to be included in the grooming charges. My dogs nails are so long they are starting to split. I called the office manager and she said she couldn't do anything about it and she was very rude. I did give the groomer a good tip but not any more after speaking to the office manager. The office manager needs extensive customer service training and the groomer needs to follow a checklist.

Everyone is so helpful, efficient, and friendly here! Such great bedside manner which kept my pup calm and comfortable. Everything was thourally explained and their pricing is refreshing. Not often are vet visits less expensive than you anticipated. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful. The staff treated my beautiful little Tootsie as if she belonged to them. I can always get an appointment w/ the vet of my choice and their follow-up is tremendous w/ phone calls from the vet or assistants. Prices are great and they offer a Senior Discount!

I needed to find new vet, so I picked Breckenridge based off of location and reviews. Glad I chose them because I had a great experience taking my dog their for his yearly vaccinations. The staff was friendly and discussed different options for preventative medicines. The vet also was very nice and asked many questions about my dog's health and history, instead of just making a short appearance and leaving.

They take very good care of our cats. And 2 locations means I can usually get a quick appointment.

this vet has always been so kind and helpful when i come in lugging my two dogs and two small children. very thankful for the way i and my entourage is treated and very satisfied with the care for our pups. highly recommend.

Nice veterinary clinic on Novi Rd in Novi. Dogs and cats welcome. Resident cat to greet you in the lobby. The Dr cured my little fur baby of diarrhea. Very good treatment and I am happy.

Everyone here is amazing, and my dogs absolutely love to visit.

They shaved my dog at a teeth cleaning and I am livid!!! I took her in yesterday and today as I was grooming her I saw that they shaved both her front legs all the way up, all the way around - likely way more than necessary (if shaving was necessary at all). I have a long haired Yorkie so obviously the bald arms look crazy. What’s worst, and the reason I’m highly upset is that they did not tell me they were going to shave her, let alone ask me. When I brought her in they saw she had long hair and probably knew they would need to clear an area for needles (if that is why they shaved her, since they never consulted with me I can only guess the reason). If they had any regard for me, they could have let me know what they’d need to do; because obviously I wouldn’t expect my dog to be shaved during a teeth cleaning. At the very least, they would have pointed it out to me after the fact, if they hadn’t planned to shave her, but the need came up during the procedure. Just because I hand my dog over for a procedure and give them permission to adminster necessary care during that time doesn’t transfer full reign and ownership and does not take me out of the decision making equation. I’ve been taking my dog to Brekenridge and Meadowbrook on and off for nine years; but because of this, I will never take her back. I don’t trust them. ** Response to Owner** Your reply just proves my point that this clinic is inconsiderate and has no regard for pet owners. The fact that you feel that partially shaving my dog without warning me first (or even after) is something I need to just get over because its "cosmetic" makes me hate that I gave you all so much business in the past when I was never really impressed by your service to begin with. Also, your statement that I "didn't understand" the teeth cleaning procedure is remarkably condescending; its not that I didn't understand it, its that no one took the time to explain it. Nothing I signed allowing you to care for my dog's teeth indicated that she would be shaved. And, since I am not a medical professional, you're very out of touch to imply that I should know the details of surgical prep. Again, my anger and disappointment in this matter is much more due to your handling of stripping my dog than the stripping itself. In any case, I'm glad that you left this borderline flippant, half attempt to address my concern, because it makes me feel much more confident in my decision to switch vets.

Dr Joe is an amazing Vet. He has been our Vet for 20 years and has taken incredible care of our 10 rescued dogs. He is compassionate, patient , knowledgeable and just a great person that truly loves animals! Hi highly recommend Dr Joe!
