They seem like the genuinely care about the animals, but I recently had to have a cat of mine put to sleep. He was seen there before. So, a man (vet) comes in and gives him a sedative injection and says he'll be back once this takes affect. Then he grabs around the cat's chest and says this shot has to go directly into the heart artery. I don't know, ya'll. Is that really how it's done now? I thought it was just one shot and it was done. Anyway, it seemed cruel to me & my husband who was also there to witness it.

This place went above and beyond to save our beloved kittens from a sudden uri. Thank you so much for the care you put into our pets. You've made long term customers out of our family

WOW! That’s all I can say for everyone that works here. These ladies helped my cat with an urgent matter, to care of him so efficiently, and never minded when I called a lot to check on him. King thanks every person who gave him attention, listened to his meows, helped find the issue, and deal with his Houdini tricks! We appreciate all of you!

Came in late with an emergency with my toy chihuahua and they waited for me, took care of her and sent us home with medication for the night and took her early the next morning to perform surgery. They took such good care of my baby. Surgery went well and she is almost fully recovered and back to her old ornery self ????. So greatful to Ashley and Hannah for taking care of us.

In the last 20 years I've taken 3 animals to them for expensive service that none of the animals survived. Bad luck or bad service? I won't be taking any more animals to them or recommend them to anyone, unless of course you are wanting to kill your pet.

BEWARE!!!! They do not take care of your animals!!! Go literally ANYWHERE else. Their staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They will send your animal home hurt, in pain, and unable to walk without pain meds. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.

Dr. Brandt is one of the best veterinarians in swest Michigan. He is kind, compassionate, and has always gone above and beyond for all animals.

We recently moved to town a few months ago. Called around looking for my baby boy to have a really good vet.. They came highly recommended. On my 1st visit my puppy had an ear infection. They had us all waiting outside while they took the dog inside. They gave him his shots and did a heart worm test and gave him medication for his ear infection. I had a lot of questions the qirl seemed bothered by me because I was asking them. I also asked yo speak with the vet. She said she would put me in for a phone call in the morning around 9am the call never came. I have also been waiting over a month for my fogs monthly pill, they never seem to get a shipment, so I asked for a prescription 3 weeks go and nothing. Every time I call the are full of excuses. 1-800 pet meds is still waiting for them to approve the medication. I think they don't even have a licensed vet in the office. I think they are running it illegal or something. There is a reason the vet is never available after 2 and a half months of calling to speak with him and never getting a call back. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT TAKE THEM YO THIS VET SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT AT THIS OFFICE

Everybody here from the veterinarian to the ladies that work the front desk and even the four-legged customers they have are completely awesome. They have been my family vet since I got my dog many years ago. My oldest daughter who lives in a different city, a two-hour drive from here, couldn't find a vet to look at her cat because her cat has anxiety and is very picky about his people and will bite, but guess what she made the 2-hour drive down here after I set the appointment and THIS Veterinary Clinic, NOT the 9 others that she went to, but this one took care of him and if they wouldn't have he probably wouldn't be here today he was very sick! I would never go to another clinic for any of my animals. River Valley it highly highly highly recommended I can't say it enough!

I just moved to IN recently and my dog was attacked by another dog. I called every vet in the area and none would take her in without an appointment. The Dr called me on his cell and asked what was going on with her. He told me to go ahead and bring her in! This place is beautiful and the environment is a great place for you pets. I highly recommend this place to anyone! They really do care for the animals and I appreciated it more than anything that he called me and told me to bring her in. I love this place so very much. I drive 35 min to bring her here when I need to now!
